Is any one managing this store? I have been calling this store trying to speak to a manager about cancelled grocery deliveries for 2 days the calls are just ringing out. No one is answering. I put in my pickup order in the EARLY afternoon. I arrived on time, early in my pickup window, and the order STILL was not ready. I parked and waited for over an hour. The waiting lot was full of patrons waiting longer than I had been. I could have gone inside and finished this in less time. The WHOLE POINT is efficiency and convenience. This is a joke. Wal-Mart is a MULTI-Billion-dollar firm. Your cheap corporate penny pinchers can improve this and still be rich. Looking back at my reviews, I rarely leave negative feed back because often times businesses are misrepresented because people often only review when negative experiences occur. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES. In fact, I don't think another negative review would make much of a difference for this store because Walmart will always have its clientele. I've given this Walmart multiple chance, but I absolutely cannot shop at this store ever again, and very likely at Walmart again for that matter. The final straw for me was when I went to the store to buy an item that was on sale. As my item was scanned, an employee said that she would have to contact the manager because it was "too cheap". Eventually 5 store employees that included 2 managers were hovered around me and stated they would not honor the price despite it being online and scanning correctly. I call corporate office in their presence who reached out to the manager. The manager however had "the final say" because it's "his store" and ultimately decided to decline the sale for absolutely no reasoning. The manner in which the staff spoke to me was rude and condescending, while I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from their location. As opposed wasting anymore energy with these individuals, I've just elected to just take my spending elsewhere. I was treated like a criminal over an issue with their self check out register. I was having issues with ringing up pants, i asked associate for help she came cleared it and i continued. As I'm walking out i get stopped searched, taken to the back room to look at my receipts. Everything was on the receipt the only issue were those pants and i guess some meat that didn't ring up. After notification that our groceries were ready, we waited 3 and a half hours to get them! 30 cars waiting for groceries and 2 boys to load them. They loaded at about 1 car per 10 minutes! Slowly, no hustle, talked with people before heading back for another load. We won't be doing this again! Instacart here we come! My experience with this Walmart was great except for the long wait in line. I came to Walmart with about the same expectations one has of going to McDonald's. I got good customer service in that an employee escorted me to the product I was looking for. The store was clean enough for my needs. The only down thing I had was a long wait in line. I am sure that the head office decided to keep just enough people working the cashier positions to save them money even if it does not save us time. read more

I'm giving two stars because this is a big Walmart that has a pretty good selection of groceries along with the regular stuff Walmart usually carries. Let me first say I know going into Walmart it's not going to be some marvelous experience but today's visit was pretty annoying. I had no problems today until I was actually in line at the cashier to pay for my stuff. The cashier was a guy named Francis, he didn't acknowledge me when he started ringing up my stuff which I guess I could care less but he also didn't ask if I wanted bags and he just started piling all of my groceries onto the small little space where they have a turnstile for grocery bags. I asked him if he could put my stuff into bags except for the big stuff. He didn't respond but just started putting everything into bags including things tht were already in bags ( a huge bag of apples and a bag of oranges). I told him I didn't need a bag for the big things tht were already in bags and he didn't say a word to me yet again and now he completely stopped giving me bags. I then noticed he had ear buds in and I could hear him saying something like he was having a private phone conversation while working the register, I found this whole situation to just be plain out rude. All I wanted was to get in contact with someone, anyone, to ask about the availability of a product. I don't live very close to any Walmarts, so I figured I could call and ask before driving all the way over there just to find out they don't have what I need. I called two Walmarts, this one and the one on Van Buren, and neither ever answered. I called Van Buren first and waited as the phone rang for about 3 minutes. I figured maybe that line was busy so I called another department, and another, and another etc. Of course no one ever answered from any of these departments and for each one I waited at least 5 minutes while the phone rang hoping someone would finally pick up. And I called each department at least 3 times, so in total I called one store at least 21 times and waited over an hour and a half collectively for someone to answer. Trying to remain positive and assuming that the whole store was either very busy or having phone problems, I tried calling this store instead. But of course, it was the exact same story. After two hours of just trying to get someone to pick up, I gave up. I'll unfortunately have to order my item online from target because they at least answered and told me they didn't have it in stock. This is extremely upsetting because I need this item today and won't be getting it for a week. There may have been a chance that I could have gotten what I needed today from Walmart if someone ever answered, but no one ever did. I am not from around the area, but I needed to stop into Walmart to pick up a few things on the way to my destination. I first used the men's room and for a men's room it was pretty bad. There was no toilet paper, and the gentleman that left the stall before me left it in a crappy disarray. I needed to get some small terra-cotta pots and I was pointed in the direction of the garden center, the garden center was about 1/10th the size of other garden centers and other Walmarts. Went to Walmart yesterday to get baby formula, asked an associate in the cereal aisle for help he said he would page someone, no one came yet multiple associates passed by without asking if i needed help. Placed my order with the available time slot of 3.00-4:00 pm 12/16/20. Was notified at 3:00 it was delayed. No problem. Has happened before. Arrived at store about 3:15. Understood it was delayed but figured I would wait. 2 hours 15 min later was advised STILL not ready and I was looking at another couple of hours. I could have gone into the store and done the shopping a few times by then. Was told I could pick it up 12/17 once it was completed. Finally received a text at 6:45pm (for my 3-4 time slot) that my order was ready. Came to the store in the am on 12/17. After multiple attempts (12 to be exact.... with no answer and no voice mail) to call the number posted to check in, I was told it would be another hour. That it is first come first served. WHAT!!! No.. not when I had a time slot for YESTERDAY. I can appreciate how busy everyone is this time of year. If they could not fulfill the order at the time slot they had available, then DONT HAVE THE TIME SLOT AVAILABLE. Avoid this store like the plague! I should've checked the Yelp reviews before placing a pickup order. Just moved to riverside and unfortunately this is the closest store to us, we used to order Walmart pickup at our previous home and it was always quick, however doesn't seem like this store will ever be like that. I arrived 15 mins after being told my order was ready. Upon pulling up, all the spots were taken (15+) NEVER SEEN THAT! Kinda concerning because I figured all of those people had been waiting awhile. They also were all outside their cars, probably trying to flag someone down since they were waiting so long. A spot finally opened up so I checked in and waited 45+ mins. This kid came out 3x to ask for my name for my order so he could go get it (kept forgetting my name by the time he got back to the store I guess??)...I saw him come out multiple times empty handed and speaking to other customers, probably listening to their complaints. I finally figured I'd call to see if someone else was going to help. The woman who answered the phone immediately said "we're not dispatching anymore orders, we have minor employees that we have to send home and can't keep here any longer" HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM? Are your employees that incompetent and can't schedule ADULTS for the late shift so you can actually keep your scheduled pick up times?? My scheduled pickup time was 7-8, so why the effff are ALL the employees under age for that shift when you must send them home at that time? And have no one to cover or pickup where they left off? Completely ridiculous!!! Then she says they're opening back up tomorrow morning because their system is down. But yet she was able to cancel my order without an issue after I waited an hour. Sounds like this store just doesn't want to work. And use any excuse to get out of doing any work (system down, no employees, etc.) I was so upset because I had to call to find out that they weren't going to fulfill my order. Last night I pick up a mirror , I ordered offline. I pick up the mirror. I then decide to pick up lunch. I get in line to pay for my lunch!
