This morning I came into Walmart Auto Service and like always I am given high quality customer service. I came in for a flat tire and was greeted by Mr. Dao which took care of checking me in, and was diligent in checking if my tire was under warranty. I was then attended by Jose (service manager TLE) I had forgotten my original paper, but he didn't give up and found it and was able to process my paper work. This review is for an incident I had today with Assistant Manager Jeff for his poor customer service and unprofessional behavior today (2/19) at 4pm. I approached him today because I found a product on Walmart's website that had a price that did not match the price at the store. At first, I asked him if there was a mistake in the pricing. He responded that he could not price match the products advertised online (which is not exactly what i was asking, but okay). I understood that he had to follow company policy, but then I suggested if I could order the product online for pick up (the website said the product was available for pickup at this particular location). He then said that the product that is defected and he couldn't possibly sell the product to me (the website said the product was available and when I looked at the product at the store, it looked completely normal).  It seemed like he was trying to find every reason to not allow me to buy the product for the sale price that was advertised in the website and it was very off-putting. While i was a bit upset, he responded in a very immature and passive aggressive way. As an assistant manager, I would think he would act a bit more maturely and professionally to provide the best quality of service to a potential customer. Instead, I was met with a passive aggressive attitude that made me not want to shop at that particular store. read more

Worst store ever. I have use a payday loan company for some time and picked up from this Walmart multiple times and never had a problem. Then today they decide because my middle isn't my last name on my ID that it's not a valid. So inconvenient and couldn't come at the worse time. I hope they check there staff an train better. It's a Walmart, so the selection is pretty good, but the insanely large crowds and lack of people working the register at night makes it a chore to shop here. I had been dreaming and planning to buy a bicycle and a trailer to ride with my two years old daughter. As I don't drive a car and there is no man to help me to install and I don't know how to make the dream comes true. But yesterday I went to the Walmart supermarket, I talked to the bicycle association, whose name is called Billy, he was so nice and kind and patient and helped me in the Walmart, so now I have my own bicycle and my daughter has the trailer, so I could ride the bicycle and pick up her from the preschool. I am so happy I made it! I am so lucky I got the help! I appreciate a lot! Walmart is my favorite supermarket! Whatever I'm china or in America! read more

Showed up a little before 1:00 am and to my surprise they were closed already(no more 24 hrs) that sucks! But I can understand why. With all the weirdos whom frequent the store late at night. Anyways though, As I sat in my car I overheard a couple of angry customers with a couple of screaming infants in their cart out at 1 am with no shoes or a blanket covering them( If be crying too! )who were exiting the store telling off the poor manager standing outside...apparently an associate wasn't letting her shop anymore because the store had closed already at midnight. 45 min ago!! So the older woman whom, I assume was the grandma was really tweaked out looking she looked like she had to be on some kind of drug anyway... But she starts telling him," well idc if the store closed already. She was being rude to me and purposely making my WIC items not go through.. The manager explained to her that it wasn't intentional. That they can't just ring up any kind of peanut butter or cereal etc etc.. With WIC checks. They have to be WIC approved items..and she didn't want to hear any of that. And just cut him off saying " Well she still shouldn't have told me I couldn't shop anymore! MY money is what's paying your guys payroll checks!" Wow!!! I felt like yelling out my car window"ACTUALLY WIC IS FUNDED WITH TAXPAYERS MONEY! SO THEY JUST LOST MONEY FROM THEIR CHECKS BECAUSE OF YOU LADY!! What an entitled idiot that woman is. Idk what the associate did wrong in her eyes but if I were that manager I would've probably got fired for telling her off! The manager that was there though had a lot of restraint and again tried to reason with her.. But she storms off. And once all their grocery and baby's were loaded in their car, I see these two imbeciles doing donuts in the parking lot and then peeling out super crazy...I TRIED TO CATCH UP WITH THEM TO GET THEIR LISENCE PLATE NUMVER BECAUSE THEY SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING SO RECKLESSLY WITH A SMALL BABY AND TODDLER IN THE CAR WITH THEM!!!! This place can get pretty rough at times, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. You'll see cops here busting shoplifters, random people asking for cigarettes or money, all the usual Wal Mart stuff. But, their produce section is pretty good here. This is the best walmart I've ever been too. It's really well organized, there aren't a bunch of opened packages and everything is properly hanging on the shelves. They have a very large food section and their fruits section is exceptionally large - they are cheap and they are very fresh, nothing rotten or uber soft. I will be coming here to get my fruits and veggies if I'm ever in the area. Their hardware and household fixtures section seems a tad bit small though. In the end, I would recommend this walmart. Why? Because walmart is cheap and this walmart is actually clean and organized. End of story read more

My dad ordered a TV online that was delivered damaged. He called the store and they said he was able to return it. But when he brought the large TV into the store and asked for an exchange and was told to take to to FEDEX to return. I tried calling in the place of my father as well and they were unsure of the return policy. I know he should not have even ordered anything from WalMart but he did and it was confirmed that the return policy is poor. Other stores that I have ordered from online have allowed me to return items in the store. The employees were not helpful and service was very poor. read more

I just had the worst experience at the Walmart Tire Center. I went in at 9:04 am (directly from the service order) for an oil change and tire rotation that is covered under the tire purchase warranty. I was able to see them do the oil change, but then saw my car just sit there and not get the tire rotation done. Fast forward almost 3 hours, I spoke to a service rep who told me I had only been waiting for an hour and that my car wasn't done and they couldn't finish because the technician was at lunch. I was going to have to wait to get the job done. I told them I just wanted to take my car as is, they would not do it. After lots of back and forth, I was able to get my car back without the tire rotation. Service completed time from the service order is 11:51 am. Total time 2 hours 47 minutes for a simple oil change. read more

This is my go to store BUT it is NOT very WIC friendly. Staff and cashier were nice and patient but the store has very few WIC groceries that are labeled like cheese, peanut butter, cereals, breads, grains were not labeled at all. I hope they make some changes. read more

Umm its an okay store. Im a target fan so i always compare. Sometimes they have cheaper things but the question is will you find it...? Probably not, they are always out of stock of something. They "remodeled" it and it just seems more crowded because the aisles are smaller than they were before. The people who work there are useless theyre in their own little world. The parking lot if super scary theirs always panhandlers or someone soliciting something. The parking is ridiculous. I suggest go to target which is down the street , you might spend $2-3 more but its worth it because the lines to checkout are ridiculous too. So I've been coming to this wal-mart for the last couple years for my oil changes. My biggest complaint is the job always takes much longer than it should. All I asked for was a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. Guy told me 90 minutes. Came back after 90 minutes, tire rotation isn't done. How much longer I ask? Lady working the register has no clue. I walk outside, my car is parks and no one is working on it. At this point it's been over two hours and I'm still trying to figure why this took so long. If this was jiffy lube, I would've been done a long time ago. Yes it would've been more expensive but damn, what's the hold up? Oh, did I tell you about the time they forgot to screw the oil cap back on correctly, and my car started leaking oil? I took it to the dealership because I thought, "it can't be that. Those guys aren't that bad. It's gotta be more serious." You think they gave me my money back on that job? Nope. Kind of starting to wonder why I still come here. Just had the worst experience ever at this Walmart. First the cashier Gillian was slow as shit not friendly at all. After she rang me up I used my employee discount card. For some reason she called over her manager and God knows who else. Then the manager said I couldn't use my discount card after the discount already went thru. Something about not being able override. For What I don't fucking know. I had spent like $250 n the discount was all of $10. Then she says she has to cancel the whole order and ring it up again. I hate shopping at Walmart. Will not come back. Had the worst experience here. I ordered an Item site to store, I received an email it was ready for pick up. My additional pick up person went to pick it up for me. When they arrived they showed an associate the email and they began to look for the package. They looked for it over 20 minutes and they could not find it. The associate ended up finding it in the fucking garbage can. He pulled it out and asked another employee why they had thrown it out. So they just scanned it and gave it to my pick up person. When I received the item I inspected it and it was clear why it was in the trash can. The item was broken and was missing all the ac clables. All they did was tape the packaging together. I called Walmart to complain and all I was told that the manager was aware this happened and I could bring the item back for a refund. I headed over to walmart to return it and had to wait over 30 minutes to return that piece of crap. I spoke to the manager there and all he did was apologize and stare at me in disbelief. I told him to check the cameras. I am so pissed that this happened. It was a waste of my time. How can an employee think it's ok to give a customer an item from the garbage. My bf and I had went to return some items at the customer service department. All of our items we were returning was sealed. The stupid sales associate by the name of Norma who was checking our item's. Opened a brand new game that of course hadn't been open. Still packaged and all. We then proceeded to ask her why are you opening it we didn't use it? She says it protocol and that she has gotten people who have used video games and have "tried" repackaging it to get free money back. Like obviously you could of tell it had NEVER been open! With her unnecessary attitude. Then when my bf asked her if she would put the money back on his debit card she said that they couldn't, and the whole time she's dealing with us she isn't giving any eye contact just looking down with her unprofessional self. Not to mention she just throws his money on the counter WITHOUT counting it back to him. Then tells him it's on the table. Like WTF is wrong with her! Like who hired her???? Or these people? DO NOT PRICE MATCH THERE! * I've shopped at different WM location for years & have price-matched as well. This specific location by far I will never again go to to price-match. When I went there to price-match, they were bothered and perturbed that they had honor the price and that they had to flip the pages of the ads (to verify the price) themselves; the cashier, along with the assistant, was slow at it and because of that she was upset & loudly, as to embarrass & humiliate, said that I was taking up & holding the line. Furthermore, I mentioned that they hand to abide by the corporate policies & the lady said that I needed to talk to the manager if I had problem. Aren't they suppose to be aware of the corporate polices regarding price matching? For example, "We do not require customers to have the ad with them to honor a competitor's ad."
