NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

Food still but not on extra sale. I haven't seen much that cheap. Some are only 10% off which is odd for a store that's closing. I went back today to check a recliner that's still $334. I called to ask when they're closing and they advised they didn't know (not sure if that's true or not). Today it looked like an employee was still unloading boxes so maybe they periodically put more out even though half the shelves are empty to hold merch if they needed. No complaints - just was hoping for a bigger sale since closing.

There is plenty of parking and it is well lit at night. The parking lot well-maintained and there is a variety of other stores amd restaurants in the plaza. The store is well-maintained. Items are clearly marked and the aisles are free from clutter. This store also has home furnishings with an interest free option for financing. About once a month, the additional 20% off is offered with no exclusions. This is a good store if you have kids because the snacks are reasonably priced. I will continue to frequent this store.

One such post says, "Walmart is like a museum"-didn't specify what kind of museum. Sarcastic, probably, but passing by it today, I went in, it requires no admission -:) Seriously, I use its delivery service several times a week, sometimes twice a day, and I've been a happy customer for a few years and will continue using it. And seriously, their dividend is very good. Huge, orderly, clean, helpful staff. All is good, except for the strawberries: they change suppliers often; some are excellent, and some are so-so.

I recently went to the Walmart in Wimauma to purchase ink cartridges for my Hewlett Packer printer…read more When I found out the price of a black and color ink cartridge, I realized why they are kept in a locked cabinet. They seem to make up for the reasonable printer price by extorting you on the price of ink. As I was ready to purchase both items, a customer advised me that third party ink was 30 to 70 % cheaper and did the same job as HP ink. We asked the clerk at Walmart to show us cheaper but compatible ink for the HP printer and the customer and I ended up buying the lower price ink that was more than 50% cheaper. As I installed both cartridges on my printer, a warning light indicated the printer had detected non HP cartridges and no printing could be done. With opened cartridges and receipt I returned to Walmart and a new clerk offered my refund indicating that many customers were locked out of their printer due to a HP software update installed via WiFi on most HP printers. I used his tech savvy to purchase a laser printer which will last for years. My compliments to Walmart that made the refund and my goodbye to HP. I am sure I am not the first, nor will I be the last to post my frustrations with the Hewlett Packer ink scam. The "Penny wise and pound foolish" move by HP has made their competitors happy as the see their sales increase.

I felt like I was searching forever for strawberries and Romain lettuce that didn't have brown or molding. The rest of my shopping was fine. The store is definitely going through some changes switching out of the winter seasons. The store is mostly organized It's definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at, but I wish they would take care of their produce section a little more.

I love going here because it's always clean and staff are pleasant. We always get what we need and their brand is amazing, sometimes better than the name brand! I love Target and love going to this one! They have so much styles and varieties of things that you'll have a hard time choosing. Value is typical amongst the other retailers but still good. I'll always shop here!

I've seen posts where people say it's overpriced junk.....1) it's a thrift store so yeah all of this was someone's junk at some point - 2) I've thrifted a LOT and these prices are even cheaper than most garage sales I've been to. Yeah the boutique side might be pricier but most every other department has the cheapest prices I've ever seen. Fully staffed by volunteers and they're very kind and patient.
