I needed a new luggage because my old one was completely damaged, from Hong Kong to Los Angeles via Seoul. This is a huge store with a wide variety of options -- you can pretty much find everything you need in one stop. The selection is solid, and there's plenty of free parking, which makes it convenient, especially given the busy area near AT&T Stadium. However, after I spent about 30 minutes carefully picking out my items, i found out at the register that this location does not accept tap-to-pay. In 2026, that's something I honestly didn't expect from a major retail chain of this size. I'm sure I could have checked beforehand, or they could have put some signs at the door, because now the opposite is the norm. It was surprising and inconvenient. I can't find souveniers til I get to checkout line and its sparse. Prices are higher than most Walmarts in terms of books and such. Lots of Cowboys and Rangers gear than rivals in price with Fanatics with some exceptions. Cheaper items. And the parking lot is a mess. Stopped into the Walmart in Arlington and it was pretty solid overall. Store was clean, aisles were mostly stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed without much hassle. Checkout took a little longer than I'd like--only a couple registers open--but the employees were friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. The people that work in the produce section are awesome. I know a few of them by name and we often converse. The delivery department is a bunch of idiots especially the ones who grocery shop for you and the delivery drivers ... I've been deal with this store since August of last year and been having problems not getting my orders items missing... then you report it I'm getting a hard time once I reported that my whole order smelled really bad I had to throw items away cause I didn't know what the delivery driver had done since I didn't give them a tip and I'm glad I didn't they wanted me return the items but I couldn't due to me not having a car they didn't offer to come back and pick them up but they did return my money... the shoppers pick up anything when it comes to the produce shit be going bad and they don't care.. on 6/18 Whitney never showed up with my order I had to wait til the next day to place my order again and Walmart gave me hard time about refunding my money but a representative got it straight... this the worst store I've dealt with when it comes to delivery. I was looking for an air filter for my car. The lookup list is kept behind the counter and had to get a clerk there for help. I told him that I needed an air filter. He gave me a list of oil filters. I then told him that this was not what I asked for and he told me that it he could help me in about 15 minutes. I don't know where Walmart found this person, but he was totally useless. A walmart super center with a little extra. Like most Walmart supercenters, there is a very large array of items. They also have McDonald's inside. They have a lot of cool Texas gear inside, and really celebrate the Texas pride. They also have some cool displays that are fun to take pictures with. It can get really crowded here, but it's a cool place to check out and get groceries. read more

Walmart Store #5416 Review - 915 East Randall Mill Road, Arlington, Texas (Near AT&T Stadium) My experience at this Walmart location on April 6, 2025 at approximately 5:05 PM was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of "Coach" Christopher, the manager of the customer service counter (referred to as a "Coach" at this location, as it is attached to the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium). I attempted to complete a return that I had properly initiated through the Walmart app, providing clear written reasons for each item on the app's interface (opened/tampered products including popcorn, candy, and skewers). Despite following Walmart's return process--submitting my reasons digitally and arriving in-store as instructed--"Coach" Christopher refused the return, making unfounded assumptions that I was "returning unused party supplies" rather than addressing the legitimate concerns I had documented. His dismissive attitude, refusal to review the app-submitted return reasons, and overall disrespectful behavior were unacceptable. As a customer, I expect Walmart's policies to be followed, especially when the app explicitly guides users through the return process. Instead, I was met with hostility and an outright denial of a valid return without justification. Following this negative interaction, I immediately contacted Walmart Corporate Customer Service (via phone) and filed a formal complaint. The representative, Ashley, was professional and assured me that the issue would be escalated to the store's management team for investigation. However, the automatic call procedure, prefacing contact with a representative, is clearly designed to discourage customer feedback, reflecting the hostility shown towards paying customers in store. Customer Service Representative Ashley confirmed that I would receive a follow-up call to resolve the matter. I am currently awaiting this response and will be happy to pursue further action if necessary, including escalation to consumer protection services, joining one of the many class action lawsuits against the Walmart corporation, or the Better Business Bureau, should Walmart fail to address this appropriately. This location's poor handling of customer concerns--particularly under Customer Service Manager "Coach" Christopher's supervision--reflects a serious lack of accountability. I have also heard several abuse allegations committed against employees and customers by management at this location (Note: allegations have not been brought forth against "Coach" Christopher at this time, these allegations have been made against ST: 5416 Management in general, but have not been publicly brought towards a member of management by name, as of yet). It's kind of an "open secret" in Arlington, TX that this Walmart has particularly exploitative and abusive management practices. I caution other shoppers to be wary of this store, especially when dealing with returns, customer service disputes, or interacting with management in any way. Corporate may have helpful (yet intentionally difficult to navigate) policies, but this store's execution is severely lacking. I will update this review based on Walmart's response, but as of now, I cannot recommend this location due to the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I experienced. read more

I stopped here to use their parking lot while I quickly ran across the street to the stadium. They seem quite serious about not parking here for stadium events so I planned accordingly. Either I was quick enough to be out and back, or they weren't enforcing it on this Saturday morning. The store is pretty dismal and ranks among the bottom half of Walmarts I've seen. Several out of stock areas. Carts in the cart corrals. Queues at the registers. Just a general disappointment all around. It's Walmart. Enough said. You're going to find all the basic essentials of life at a reasonable price, but don't expect any fun new brands or extraordinary service. In the grocery section, the shelves are neat but the aisles are busy. Avoid the vegetables and fruits because I saw more than a few gnats enjoying them before you. If you do make it there, the food and grocery section is on the left as you face the store while the household and outdoor items are on the right. Electronics, as usual, are in the back. Parking gets busy pretty much all day so arrive early or late to have an easier time. Entirely avoid this store if there's a game going on at the stadium across the street. read more

This Walmart is always so busy and so packed and it's maybe because it's right next to the Entertainment District, but I try to avoid going to this Walmart. It has everything you need and it's your typical Walmart... but I also have a bias against Walmart because I mean.... they're simply not the best. The lines are pretty long here so be expected to wait a while, but this location is pretty big and they also have a McDonald's in this location as well. This is the walmartiest Walmart that ever did exist. Yes, you can find everything you need here, including all the Cowboys gear. The store itself is actually really nice and impressive. They even have newer shopping carts, although half of them are strewn across the parking lot. I would imagine this would be a great stop for tourists since all the touristy things are so close, BUT IT'S NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TOURISTS...or people that can't keep a straight face and not do a double take when they see things that are generally not socially acceptable. Not that anyone cares about a Walmart review... and while I love the Dallas section, talk about an entire lack of integrity! We had an item where the rollback (LARGE NUMBERS) was listed at $19.97, when we got up to the register and they rang us at $30, we let them know of the error. She took FOREVER coming back and CONVENIENTLY takes a photo of a BLANK rollback panel... of which when I head back over to show her exactly where we grabbed them, there is another woman standing there with ROLLBACK PLACARDS IN HER HAND. They switched the price to $30 and had the audacity to say "See? It never said that." Absolutely LIVID at the poor customer service. I would have had a significantly hire level of respect had they just flat out said there was a mistake that they corrected. Rather, they essentially tell my mom and I that we lied about the price. Prices have gone up to almost match target. When compared online it's about a 1-3 cent difference. most of the carts have something wrong with them, they force you to show your receipt even though your not paying a membership barely have lanes open, self check out is a nightmare. 0/10 would not recommend one of the worse Walmarts to go to. read more

I am literally going to drive to Fort Worth to Target because the customer service in ALL Walmart's are trash The employees are never working just standing around running their mouths, talking on the phones or on another break No ONE IN the store Ever knows where anything is No one ever has a scanner to tell you the price of items in the store And damn near ever cashier has a attitude But let's get to my issue on 10/27 approx. between 4pm and 4:30 I go in to the auto area to get some keys made and two employees were in the back a Hispanic male and a black dude with a red hoodie/jacket are there The black dude tells the customer in front of me that he will need to go somewhere else to pay for his items because the cashier left at 4 and there is no cashiers there ( he is behind the counter ) I'm confused as to what he does So I ask can someone make my keys the same guy says no the cashier that left at 4 is the ONLY person that knows how to make keys (so keys can't be made by ANYBODY but the person that is off hmmm) I go to electronics to asked for a manager because this can't be true The heavy set Hispanic asks me if he could help and I tell him in need a manager to explain to me why two employees are seating back there but NO one can make a key or ring anybody up This guy says oh well there is a kiosk in the front for keys and they only make CAR KEYS ..... I said well then why are there house keys back there : he says oh no those are car keys (LIAR) so my eyes are deceiving me so I don't know the difference between a car key and a house key OKAY. I guess people want superman car keys GOT IT so I head toward the grocery side and on the way there are a display of plug ins ,spray and candles . The price for the plugs-in I believe For six is 4.98 I grab three I head to check out and they ring up as 9.99 so I tell the Hispanic young girl with black hair on 4 the sign says 4.98 she pull out her personal phone goes on the Walmart site and says it says $9.99 . I then tell her well In the store where I got them between the tissue and clothes it says 4.98 she asks well what do you want to do ?I say I want the price advertised SO she TURNS HER LIGHT OFF and asks me again to tell her where they are so I explain it AGAIN after around 5 minutes she returns with a photo on her phone with a different price and different location . This is the better of the two Wal-Marts by my home. They keep the store in good shape by Wal-Mart standards, and you may actually find someone to help you that can speak English. In the past I found this as the best opportunity to practice my Spanglish. The positives are the size and variety of products. The staff overall do try to be supportive and assist you. The opportunity, and I mean BIG opportunity is the management. They are atrocious. They have absolutely no customer service skills, poor planning skills / staff allocation. I have yet to see them actually have all the registers up and running, and that is with lines that are 8 plus deep. A couple of specialty departments that standout are the deli, as they do serve the customer and come to the job with some real personality. I was impressed as they actually came forward with ideas and suggestions. The hot case was maintained fresh, and the rotisserie chicken, are cooked fully, and flavorful. The produce section is a left to the lowest quality of workmanship they can get away with. I have found a number of items that had gone far past their prime, and were well on their way to spoiled. The other concern is that they play games with the prices, as they will charge a higher price per ounce on the bulk items than the small packaging. They do hide their books and magazines in the waaaaaaayyyyy back, but have had some good sales, and a somewhat quality selection. If you are looking for the typical top twenty list, this is where you will find it... Psst... Half Priced Books is right around the corner, and are a far better selection awaits you. However, everything else is at Wal-Mart pricing, so stock up and save! read more

On July 8,2023 me and my daughter was stranded at this Walmart SuperCenter because A-AArlington Abandoned Vehicle Towing claims that Walmart SuperCenter at 915 E Randol Mill R Arlington Texas told them to tow my vehicle from their Private Parking Lot. I have pictures and video of this parking lot of Walmart SuperCenter at 915 E Randol Mill R Arlington Texas. And this parking lot has no sign that says private property no sign at all that says private property! I have spoke with several employees at this Walmart which claim and are aware that there is scouts in the parking lot searching for anyone who walks in any other direction other then that Walmart SuperCenter that I was informed by their head of security that if and when you have exited the store and walk to the sidewalk and not your vehical they have the right to have your vehical towed. The signage that is posted at every entrance or exit does not state if you walk away from your vehicle in any other direction other than the Walmart SuperCenter you are in violation of private property parking policies no sign says that information. No sign says if you are not conducting business anywhere else but this Walmart SuperCenter that they have the right to tow your vehicle. There is also no timeframe of how long your vehicle can be left unattended, or as they claim abandoned on any sign. In my case, my car was towed within fifteen minutes of me leaving it. I walked away from my car around 5:35pm on July 8, 2023 My car was towed at 5:50 PM. I was back inside the parking lot and inside of Walmart at 6 PM searching for my vehicle. I was not the only victim this day there were several other victims, one man said his wife was shopping inside the Walmart and he went and bought a T-shirt from the sidewalk of the street along side of this Walmart, and they towed his vehicle as well. They told him regardless of his wife, shopping inside of Walmart, he was the operator of the vehicle and walked away, which gave the tow company the right to tow his vehicle without consent. There are several other stories that I could tell you, but this is horrible. I have spoken to corporate Walmart and have not had a happy resolution. There were more than 30 victims on this day, including me, and my daughter, not only was it a horrible experience, but it was even worse at the towing company. She told the guy who let me in the gate to not let me in and to close it behind me and not let me leave. Me and my daughter was very scared and in fear for our life. This lady was belligerent. She was yelling. She was screaming. She was screaming at me my daughter she was screaming at other employees that work there. I have informed Walmart supercenter at 915 E. Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX of the horrible treatment that me and my daughter and my family member who graciously came all the way from Weatherford to take me to retrieve my car from this towing company to be verbally attacked from 2 female employees from this towing company. I had to give this Walmart a single star, which it absolutely deserves Nothing. Me being one of Walmart and Sams devoted consumer will now reflect, and take my money elsewhere. I hope other people that have experienced the horrible experience that I and my daughter had at this particular Walmart SuperCenter also speak out and speak up about their terrible and horrible experience. I hope they also make their complaints and tell their story. This towing company is using TDLR chapter 2303, and 2308 to conduct their illegal tows which does not apply in those Chapters. I am very familiar with the TDLR regulations and I have read thoroughly over this policy and no where does it state that in my situation I was in violation of the parking policies on private property with no proper signage posted for private property . This particular Walmart supercenter at 915 E. Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX has informed me that they do in fact have a contract with this towing company, A-AArlington Abandoned Vehicle located at 714 East Division Street Arlington Texas 76011 So this will indeed happen to more people. There's this weird thing about this Walmart. First, it's across the street from Cowboys Stadium. Now for those of you who were born and raised somewhere where football doesnt run everything, you kinda forget that when there's a Cowboys game, that's the only thing that matters. So when I decided to go to Walmart on a Sunday night after work and a game was still going across the street, OMG WHAT WAS I THINKING I ALMOST GOT INTO 3 CAR ACCIDENTS JUST TRYING TO GET INTO PARKING LOT. Not only does this location suck due to the stadium, but it's incredibly packed with a tiny parking lot [compared to the other ones I've been to anyway]. Also it's right off of Collins which is constantly under some sort of construction. As far as the Walmart itself? Other than the fact that it's always packed no matter what time you go, it's a very updated version of any Walmart I've ever been to. It's almost surreal to see little TVs on end caps of aisles with advertisements. Little kids crowd around the monitors to watch a lady go on about her mascara being the best thing ever. It's kept up pretty well though, and I guess other than it takes forever to find parking and it's always busy, if I have to drag anyone to Walmart with me, I'd take them to this one. read more
