I was a find store. They have good stock , some items are damaged but I don't blame the store for that. However, when I went into the woman's bathroom there was this little critter that made me choose a different stall and get out fast. The employees are nice however I did hear one in the baby section re stocking some returned items and they were on a personal call asking the person on the other end if they were "done being a b*tch". I over heard them saying "well you were being a b*tch yesterday". And I get it but maybe not at work in the baby section. It was on speaker phone. read more

I was in the grocery exit and saw a very rude employee cussing at a person. The receipt-checking employee (a skinny redhead) stopped a customer to see her receipt. The customer went through her purse and showed it, but the employee still made a sarcastic comment like, "Now that wasn't so hard, was it?" As the customer was walking away, I clearly heard the employee say, "Yeah, that's right, walk away, bitch." The customer turned around and asked what she said and for her name, but the employee covered her name tag and threatened to call security. It was really uncomfortable to watch and completely uncalled for. read more

After multiple negative experiences at The Super Walmart on Bobby Jones, Martinez, ga, I no longer shop there. I always shop At The Evans Super Walmart, now, the employees are NOT rude and unhelpful there. Evans Walmart have plenty of Mart carts available, and willing to check in the parking lot for parked ones, unlike the Bobby Jones store. When calling the Bobby Jones Walmart, the phone is not answered, after multiple tries on different days, when you hit 'O' for operator to try to get assistance. I even asked the employee checking receipts by the door, if she could get a manager to assist, she was sarcastic and rude, and would not help, either. I had just had knee replacement surgery, and was unable to walk the store to shop... after a long time waiting for help.... I left the Bobby Jones Walmart, and went to the Evans super Walmart, where there were no issues. I called the 1-800 Walmart #, and related all my information and frustration, even asked that Yvonne, the Bobby Jones, store manager return my call, but nothing has come of it read more

This is probably the worst run Walmart in the region. The cases holding merchandise have signs on them to see associate to unlock, after asking five different associates I just gave up and bought the item on Amazon. read more

At Deansbridge 98cent.I also purchased some Walmart brand coffee creamer $1.89,the Deans Bridge store $2.89. I was at the Walmart on deans bridge road Augusta ga and used the self checkout Lane at 10:40pm last night. This morning my bank notified me that there was fraud on my account, SOMEBODY had put a skimmer device on the register and ordered over $500 of stuff. Lol. Anyone that's been to this Walmart knows that this is undoubtedly the worst Walmart in the CSRA. However, when you need contact lens solution, you need it! Their customer service is pretty awful, as well as this particular Walmart is pretty dirty. There's always some shenanigans going on right in front or somewhere in the parking lot. Regardless of what they say about this WalMart, today I experienced Hope in Humanity. I purchased a ladder but I wasn't just any ladder, it was the 16ft. I initially couldn't find any help so I went the Sporting Good counter. There he was, cleaning the windows of the Gun storage. I asked if he could help me, he said, "Sure" When I Picked the one I wanted, he carried it to the register. I paid for it. Surprised, he carried it to my truck. But wait, that's not all. He asked if I had tie down straps. He strapped the ladder into the bed of my truck. Are you serious? He went beyond the scope of his job. I wish I would have gotten his name. I frequent this Walmart (Deansbridge Road) quit often. Customer service has been thrown out the window. If you ask a worker a question, the attitude/facial expression is, you are interrupting them from doing nothing. Worth noting: * Printer Cartridges are now locked up. You gotta call Miss Attitude who takes her time, who then tell you, you gotta pay for the cartridges in that area but she cannot ring up your other items. What a Joke!!!! *Zeizz Lens wipes are now located in the Vision Care Center. Guess what? They can only ring up items purchased in that center. This is without a doubt the dirtiest Walmart I've ever seen, completely filthy from the parking lot to the inside of the store.

I really don't like going in the Wal-Mart on Deans Bridge Rd. Today they reminded me why! Customer service is horrible! The poor cashier working alone and it's like 50 people at the counter. She was doing the best she could! My sister told another attendant walking by that we needed someone to help at the jewelry department and she kept walking! Finally a young lady that just clocked in saw what was happening and she came to help! In a nutshell, customer service is everything! If you see your co-worker backed up help out! Ok, how do I say this without hurting anyones feelings? Umm Yuck? This store was recently remodeled, summer 08, and its already dirty again. There are never enough registers open. Prior to the remodel, the staff was lax and irreverent. After the grand re-opening, they were dripping with honey. Here we are now, not quite a year later and they are back to their old ways. The store is in what can be a "non" pleasant side of town and this Wal mart has without a doubt been affected. read more

I have used Dean's Bridge Walmart for grocery delivery several times. Was missing items several times, but the last time I was missing 7 items. I called and complained about never received the items. I was told twice that they were on the way and they never were delivered. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to my house so this is the one I go to often. It's one of the more ghetto Walmarts and there's cops there all the time. The other day I saw two pregnant women fist fighting in the parking lot. There's only ever like two cashiers working at one time. They recently replaced a lot of the cashiers with machines which is frustrating because the machine are dumb and the yellow light always starts flashing, then I have to wait for an employee to come push a button, but this is what happens when you demand $15 dollars an hour for an easy job, you get replaced by machines. This is where I go to get my 5 gallon water jugs exchanged and every time I try the cashier looks at me like they've never heard of a water jug before and I have to show them how to do their job. The only reason this isn't one star is because the American Deli inside the Walmart has some bangin hot wings. read more

Today I went in to pick up my online ordeer. I went into the store at 10 and didn't actually receive my item until an hour later! There was only one lady there to assist customers and she was moving very slowly. It took her one hour to help five people. I had only 1 item to pick up as did most people. There were at least 12 employees who walked by and didn't offer to help her or any of us. It was completely unacceptable to wait so long, picking up an item in the store is supposed to be more convenient, not a hassle. Horrible customer service! read more

I do all I can to avoid shopping at this Walmart! The place is filthy and unorganized! Most of the people that work here are rude (there may be a few unfortunate gems there). And why are there like 30 registers and only 5 (max) ever opened? It may be a superstore, but all it does is super sucks! read more

I don't have anything Bad to say about this Walmart, because it's just like any other Walmarts I been in. Just some advice regarding purchasing extended warranties from Wal-Mart ( at least the Wal-Mart 0n BJ Expressway ). I purchased a Sony DVD recorder about 7 months earlier. When I got to the cash register, the cashier asked me if I wanted to buy the Extended Warranty on that item. I asked how much ( $ reasonable ) and what it covered. She said that it was a "Replacement Warranty". "If anything goes wrong with it, bring it back, and we'll give you a new one of equal value." Well, sure enough, when the dvd tray failed to open up to "put in" or "take out" the dvd, I re-packaged the dvd recorder back in it's original box ( along with all packing ) and returned the unit along with the "original receipt" that showed I bought the warranty. When I got to the Service Center, they told me I would have to "ship it out myself" back to the manufacturer and wait for them to repair or replace the unit. I complained that that's not what I was told when I purchased the unit along with warranty. Some disrespectful Shift Manager in essence told me "tough" and that if a cashier told me that, they were wrong. Long story short, I took it to the next level of management and I eventually got them to exchange it. I WILL NOT purchase an extended warranty from Wal-Mart again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. read more
