I was first told they wouldn't fill it, saying it wasn't the original prescription, and they handed it back to me. I told them that it was. They took it again and said they would call the vet and if they could confirm they would fill it. They did fill the prescription, however it was definitely frustrating that they initially were going to refuse.

However, the experience has gone down because they can't look up the best price anymore. And when they finally did... they got the same coupon code I did... that they couldn't honor. After an hour, they overwrote the system to honored it... THIS TIME. Apparently, even though they provide a coupon for this location through their website at https://walgreens.rxsense.com, "Prices vary by location". Then don't give us bogus coupons for this location. And, apparently they get the bogus coupons, too. Corporate set this location up for failure. Walgreens should fire Wentworth or give up and just close all of their pharmacy services.

When I get here after receiving that notification that my prescription is ready, IT NEVER IS!!! Every. Single. Time. I am told to wait 20-30 minutes. I can't go home so I usually just toot around or sit in the parking lot. But this is so disrespectful of people's time. Recently I came into town to grab groceries and stopped here first (knowing they were going to tell me to wait) and then went on through to HEB. When I stopped back at Walgreens on my way home, THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 30 MINUTES AGAIN. I had to forgo grabbing my prescription and get on home because I have a life despite what the girl with cat ears thinks!

How do you expect me to call around town searching for a specific medication if you won't tell me what it is?? Tonight, I have been here since 9 pm. I went through the line to find out the Rx is not ready. It's now 10:21 pm, the antibiotic is ready, but I am waiting in this line again. They have not called a single name the whole time I have been here. You are expected to get back in line which is snaking through the store. Completely inefficient.

I had no engagement with staff while in the store so can't comment on that bit. I took a Waymo so can't comment on parking either but I was a little confused at first by the different set up here. They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.

I only came to the 5th Street Target because it was the only place that had what I needed,a simple pen for black label for homemade gifts. I came against my better judgment, and honestly, I wish I hadn't. First off, the parking is a mess. You have to park in the garage and get validation to avoid paying $7. There's no handicap parking right in front of the elevator entrance either, which makes things way harder than it should be. I could have used street parking but didn't feel like being hassled by the men that wait in front of the store. Once I got inside, I started noticing a man, Hispanic, curly hair, maroon shirt, no name badge walking past me multiple times in different sections. First in the makeup aisle, then again when I moved to another area, and again a third time. It really felt like he was watching me, not shopping. He made me super uncomfortable. I was using the Target app to scan items and make sure I was getting the right prices. Just trying to get in and out quickly because, truth be told, I've been avoiding Target for a while now. When I checked out, one of my items rang up higher than what the app said. I went to Guest Services, showed the price on my phone, and was told I must've grabbed the wrong thing. I hadn't, I scanned it myself before adding it to my cart. All this over a few markers. I'm sticking with my boycott. I came here trying to support my own project and left feeling watched, dismissed, and frustrated.
