I needed groceries and had two rolls of quarters that I normally use for laundry. Since I recently bought a washer and dryer, I figured, "Why not use the quarters for groceries instead?" Rather than using self-checkout, I thought it would be easier to hand the cashier the two bank-wrapped rolls and tell her they contained $20 in quarters. Instead, Marie, the cashier, unwrapped both rolls and slowly counted every single quarter by hand, even after I told her they were sealed bank rolls. She questioned whether they actually totaled $20 instead of simply placing the rolls in the register, as most cashiers would. After counting them, she handed me a penny and said she had found it inside one of the rolls. I even gave her an extra quarter, thinking somehow it might have been my mistake. The entire interaction held up the line and left me feeling embarrassed. At one point she smiled or smirked, which made me feel as though I was being mocked. Whether that was her intention or not, that's how the interaction came across to me. Looking back, I should have used self-checkout or exchanged the rolls for cash first. read more

After getting something to eat for dinner, I made a quick stop at this Walmart Supercenter for a pint of ice cream. This place, like any other supercenter, was huge and busy with many shoppers. The grocery section was along the right side of the building. Category signs are posted at each aisle so it's easy to find what you're looking for. They had my favorite brand of ice cream at a rollback price, but they didn't have my favorite flavor. After picking a substitution, I also got a two liter soda and a few snacks. The express self-checkout was full and had a line. There was only two registers open and they both had a line also. I patiently stood in line with four people in front of me, and the cashier was slowly scanning the items one at a time...sigh, I should have went to Dairy Queen...hopefully my ice cream doesn't melt too much during the wait. I visit here 2-3 a week. It's a good place with a good selection of stuff. Joe the doorman is so kind and for the moment I forgot her name but the young woman who works the register by the garden center is awesome. I don't need much help finding things because I come so often I know where most is. I do have to say though it's very frustrating with so many of the staff with big carts rolling up and down the isles filing online orders. Most of the time when I ask for help they are so busy trying to fill the orders they don't help very much. The self check out is no fun and I always want to be checked out by someone and not have to do it myself. But not many places to find things and have to do what you have to do to pick the stuff up. lol read more

I'm not a big fan of Walmart but they do have a few things at the store that I need every once in a while. For those of you who don't want to cruise the endless aisles of the store, Walmart offers a great pickup service. Order online and pick up at store. Place an order for anything sold online, get a window for pick up time, and when the order is ready for pick up you will get a text with a link on so you can let them know you're on your way and when you arrive, just plug in the space number you Park in, and a few minutes later your order is in your car. Best customer service. The delivery people are so nice and so friendly. I've picked up everything from microwaves to ice cream and never have to enter the store. Best service ever!!! We had to take passport photos for our online renewal. It was so easy to do. Especially with Jose's help. He assisted us very nicely and showed us exactly what we needed to do. This is a review of Walmart.com. I've actually never been in a Walmart. And do t plan to go in one of them. I was looking for a specific window cleaner and Amazon.com was out of it. A fend told me I could get it from Walmart and so I did. Ordering on line was easy and delivery was prompt as promised. Well packed and left at my front door. I ordered a few other items like garden shears and gloves and when I did not like the quality I was able to easily return for no charge. I've got no complaints about them. read more

I'm only giving this two stars because the curbside pickup service is convenient and fast. The store itself is just terrible though. The produce is absolutely the worst. When you go early in the morning to avoid crowds, rude employees are stocking shelves and think nothing if blocking the aisle when the see you coming, not moving over, glaring at you, etc. At 7 am with many open self checks I was told to go wait in line at the one open register. The store is dirty, no one that works there knows where anything is, they just tell you to use the app. It's never a good experience here. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would purchased bad chicken came to exchange I was told I had to get the same brand of chicken which none of them looked fresh so I got the Perdue brand the customer service then stated that the policy is to get same product for exact amount or closer and any differing price I would not get back,I also had a pack of cheese that I wanted to add that would have absorbed the difference and she say no I couldn't do that,keep in mind this chicken was bought not even 30 minutes prior and I had the receipt...just absolutely ridiculous I even asked her,so where do the difference of my money go and she say it's just policy.... Since I was in Boca, I always like to explore and check the businesses. I stopped at this Walmart and this is a busy store...lots of cars in the parking lot and very busy inside. I'm giving it a 4 star only because of the ornaments I found there today. But everyone knows that Walmarts are the worst place to shop. I went in for one thing in a rush and I walked in like "Damn!!! No Halloween decorations or Thanksgiving... nope! This place has only Christmas stuff put out!" I mean we have two holidays still pending my peeps!!! Jajajjajajaj.... But since Christmas is my favorite holiday I had to walk around! Even tho my Christmas this year doesn't seem like it's going to be amazing like 2022 I still walked around. God is good tho and he could still make it happen! Anyways I found these amazing first responders and military Christmas ornaments. If I get a tree it will have all my men represented! Marine for my JJ, Navy for my Izaiah, Air Force for my Eli, Police for my better half Santi, and Nurse for myself. We are definitely a family that serves our community and our country! I got goose bumps and tears on my eyes right now as I wrote this review because I'm so proud of the most important men in my life. I love them all so much! God always protect them! I'm not a very big fan of shopping at Walmart, but I needed a few things and was in the area, so I decided to stop in. The parking lot is huge, so even though it was busy, we found a spot easily. I was disappointed that there were so many carts with trash and debris in them and in general there was a lot of trash strewn around the parking lot. There were discarded wood pallets on the floor, empty cardboard boxes being blown around, and one cart actually had to mangled baseball bats in it along with a few pairs of disposable gloves thrown on top. Looked like a crime scene remnant. Not really what you want to see as an arriving customer. That aside, I actually had a really good shopping experience. I found the kids clothing and housewares sections to be pretty well stocked, and I thought the grocery was surprisingly good. You wouldn't think that's something like avocados, grapes or blackberries would be good quality at Walmart, but they really were. I was actually impressed. They also had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, a big deal in 2020. I do have to say, check out was an absolute monstrosity with long lines and really slow cashiers, but that's been my experience in almost every Walmart I've ever been to, so I wasn't too surprised. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to shop here again, but for a one-off experience, it really wasn't so bad. read more

They offer food, clothing, prescriptions, in an endless supply of entertainment from the group known as "the people of Walmart" today, it was just a quick in and out to pick up a few things, and I left. No interaction with anyone except a Walmart employee that said he's just watching this isn't his job. Unfortunately, these are one of the places that every once in a while you have to go back to, the bonus is the endless entertainment from people watching. read more

The people that shop at Walmart are very weird. I was next to one person talking out loud to themselves. Makes me nervous

Hi. I asked 4 different people for help with a jam on the lotto machine. No one moved 240420-004571. That's my ticket number about my complaint about the lack of assistance that I made to corporate . An employee by the name of Guy said someone was coming to help. No one came to help me and none of the women at customer service did anything to help me either. I spoke with 4 people and my toddler was sitting there screaming and no one moved a muscle. Horrible customer service would be a compliment. Customer service was non existent. The 2 stars are for the employees that are mostly kind and helpful. The register situation is horrible. I'm not interested in bagging $150 worth of groceries every week. Half the time I have to stand there with my hand of waiting for someone to come help me like I'm in kindergarten. The shopping carts in the parking lot are everywhere. A body shop owners dreamland. And WHY, but WHY are there soooooo many reserved parking spaces reserve dead smack in the middle of the parking lot?? I understand the handicap onesbut then there are some for law enforcement (always empty) some for pharmacy (always empty) some for veterans and then 10+ spots formWalmart curbside. Would make more sense for the curbside parking spots to be to the right of the grocery store leaving the every day patrons to be able to park in closer proximity to the store. Walmart is a great store. You can find most anything from prescriptions to clothes, cd's, and candy, to a complete grocery store. It was great being there when they were decorating for the holidays. I love this time of year. You can do all your xmas shopping and buy your decorations and xmas tree at Walmart. The staff is very sweet and helpful directing you to whatever you need to buy. The signage is exceptional and thoughtful. You can find the items you came to buy just by looking at the ceiling signs. I enjoy my trips to Walmart very much. Their prices are great too!! read more

Listen, its a walmart just like every other walmart..its convenient and usually has what im looking for. If i happen to need some groceries i definitely grab a couple things (usually dry or frozen goods) i need and go, its just that simple. *I do have a thing where i do not buy produce or meat from any walmart, im a publix, farm, or meat market type of girl! Wow I was really excited in my old review LOL. Since that review, I don't really ask employees anymore I just the Walmart app and follow that for things I need. My biggest tip is to check the produce sometimes they have expired things on shelves and also check for mold on strawberries! But they're super good with returns and always have things I need. read more

This Walmart isn't usually as crowded as some of their other stores. Probably because it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there. It's not as big as some of the other Walmart stores, but I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for. The people who work at the cash registers are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. A few times a sale item rang up for the full price and the cashier checked the price and made the correction without any problem. I like to go to Walmart to buy summer shirts and pullovers. Their prices are reasonable and if you happen to be there when they're having a clearance sale the prices can be downright cheap. The last time I was there they had name brand jeans on clearance for $5.00 a pair. They just happened to have my size. I bought two pair. WOW. Such a bargain. read more
