The employees at this Walmart, and unfortunately many other locations, continue to wear masks under their nose, while a few staff members wear masks under their chin. Walmart Managers, Supervisors, and Coaches walk past non-compliant employees and customers without addressing these issues. The Dept of Health and CMS both mandate proper PPE during this Covid-19 pandemic to minimize infectious disease spread. My husband was trying to order tires online, for some reason his order was not going through. He asked me to go to the store and order tires for our car. I came to 3200 Old Boynton Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33436 through the auto entrance. First of all you have music blasting in your AUTO department, very annoying, you can't even think. I'm not sure how friendly customer service is. Your customer service representative, Jeune, has no personality and doesn't greet customers. She told me to go to customer service from Auto dept to find a store manager. I went to customer service at the front of the store and found Rose. I was told that Rose is busy outside, so I had to wait. When Rose arrived she walked me back to Automotive to figure out what happened. We went back to the auto. They finally found Gregg that was helpful but had no idea how to order. Gregg took my ph number down and told me that the store manager will call me back right away. SO I'M WAITING AND WAITING..... The bottom line is that Boynton Beach Walmart has no management and leaders and coaching in anyway. Managers are not on the floor and not providing customer service. No one smiles or greets customers. They all also talk in different languages in front of you so the customer has no idea what they are talking about. How sad they are to hold up the line questioning customers about returns. You have a return policy, that's it. The ladies at the counter continued to hold up the line asking irrelevant questions. My return for instance she asked if the product was used I said no. She continues to open the sealed box and take the item out and inspect in and insists it was used. It's baffling the incompetence. Went here today and remembered why I stopped shopping here..the poorest service and staff EVER!! I asked four staff people for directions to different products since things were changed around since last being there..all I got was no even turning around to acknowledge me, fingers pointing for the direction I should be going even when it was aisles away, especially when I went to check out..there was one register open and five self service ones open but the open one was completely at the other end of the store, and the self service ones were very busy ..the girl just pointed when I asked if regular checkouts we're open, I mean one regular one should be near the self checkouts! Shop here frequently since I moved to Boynton 4 years ago. The past two visits has been the worse. Merlene at customer service was EXTREMELY rude & refused to return using a receipt that I sent to my son from the Walmart app. Visited today and had a cart of about 45 items but it looked like a lot because of the way it was piled in the cart. There was only 2 lanes open (2 &4) with long lines so I decided to scan our items because I had help from my son. This place is terrible. The machines never work, customers service is bad. Employees don't care about anything and don't want to work. When asked for someone to help every employee want to pawn you off to the next. When I try to ask for something with a cashier they don't want to do it and just say "I don't know". I asked for a manager then they give me a team leader name Angel and he is clueless or just doesn't care. The usual Walmart. You come in, get things you don't need on top of the ones that you do, stand in a long line, and you leave. You can do your shopping all in one trip. I love the strategy of always low prices, but I never have been a fan of the checkout lines at any Walmart. They don't want to hire more people for the registers since they want to keep more money for themselves. It's a big problem here or any other Walmart you go to. Customer service can either be good or bad. Half of the workers here act like they are in la-la land when you ask them something. This Walmart supercenter is located across the Boynton beach mall and is most probably one of the older super centers but it still gets the job done. Even though it is a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic it is worth it if you have to catch up on your shopping as they got everything you are looking for. We usually go there once a month as groceries are easier to get from publix or the neighborhood Walmart which is usually less crowded and closer to home. Service is usually hard to find as this is a very big store and I am pretty sure employees are hard at work either checking out customers or keeping the store in order. Also has a full service auto department which people can use for their auto service. read more

Horrible experience at this location! I was looking to buy 5 8-foot tables and there were only two left. One table was damaged and completely scratched up. I went to both Anna and Team Leader AJ about this issue and they were entirely insensitive to the issue and completely lacked any form of customer service. If it weren't for the pandemic I would never use curb side pickup. I am severely immune compromised. Everytime I put in an order, some items listed do not come, and there's no indication that they tried to substitute. Other items that we listed do not come and when I check they were not on the order! The website is horrible!! On this last order several items that were charged were not in the order, and at least 5 items that we listed did not show up on the order and of course were not included. That means that we have to go into a store and that was the whole point of NOT going into a store. The website is horrible. On the last order I had to call customer service 4 times. Find something else. Yes, they do not chare a premium like Publix, and you don't pay for delivery from Instacart, but it's not worth the aggravation. read more

What can I say about this place, it's Walmart. If you want to see all different walks of life in Boynton Beach, come here. Called vaccine support, they told me they'd rebook me at another Walmart. Show up at second Walmart and they say they are full. I have been shopping at various Walmart locations for quite some time now. For the most part, Walmart...is Walmart. I am not expecting first class service, it's usually in and out as quickly as I can. I shop with Walmart because with most of their stuff, it's cheaper than going to their competitor stores like Target. I have been in some really nice Walmarts, NOT in Florida, but in other states. So a nice and clean and friendly Walmart can be achieved. Unfortunately, it is NOT this one. I decided to do site to store. Bad idea. I go to customer service and wait in line, because that's where it is in all the other locations I have been to...after waiting 20 minutes, I get to the counter to be greeted by a rude woman who rolled her eyes at me and said back of store. So, I go to the back of the store. No one is there. I press the button to call a CSM and 10 minutes later...still no one. I had to search almost the entire store to find an employee who would help me. When they did, they gave me attitude so I just about lost my mind. This location in Boynton Beach is GROSS. The entire store needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The employees and people are just plain as*holes. Avoid this store if you can. read more

Interesting comments! This store just finished a floor remodel . Sure things were out of place during the renovation but the store works much better now. I'm very happy with Wal-Mart employees. They go the extra mile to make things right. The automotive department is very busy. Always get there early. The wait times are worth it if your looking to save money. Big money. Great place. Sometimes the fresh foods aren't so fresh, but I do like that they have more options for single meals that are ready to go or just single meal take homes and cook. The place is always clean when I go, but staff does make you feel like a prison inmate when checking out. If they are so worried about people stealing stuff at the registers then they should have an employee ring people up over nights instead of having them hover over you like a hawk and make things awkward. read more

I dont like to give One-Star ratings, but this store comes close. I always think every place or everyone has a chance to improve themselves, so I hold out hope for this place. But consistent mis-pricing, or just lack of pricing all together is what deters me from every shopping at this particular store again. All i can say is "Check your Receipt!". I cant remember the last time this store actually got the prices right, as advertised, and coincided at check-out. I know it may not be a big deal, but if they take stealing seriously, then how is this any different? Went into this Walmart to pick up a few items after having lunch at Golden Corral nearby. Needed to use the Women's Room. It smelled so bad in the rest room I nearly lost my lunch when I walked in. The odor was horrible. I hurried out as other ladies came in and made the same comment. Just gross. If the rest room is dirty, it makes you wonder about how clean the rest of the place is.... Found the stuff I needed quickly and got out of there ASAP. Prices are consistently lower than the supermarkets. for non-food items the selection is better than its competitors. the cashiers are friendly enough, but help in the store to find things is not so great (why i took off a star). 09/15/2021I refuse to even go into this store, Im planning on writing this review today because this store needs to be reported to the Board of Health, it is so dirty and needs many departments inspected! Even the dressing rooms need a good cleaning with a lot of bleach! Many of there employees are very nasty when you ask a question . I asked a question in the meat dept when I wanted to buy pack a patty made Ground Turkey to barbecue! I brought the package over to an employee in the meat department which was dripping of fluid from the turkey and the woman saw it was dripping showed her how much liquid was dripping from the package and she looked at it and said get that away me it's dripping all over, I asked do you have anymore that isn't like this- she replied no that's all we have- she did not look or ask anyone if there would be more packaged up but did walk away from me. So after that I left my entire cart and told my husband, leave the cart I will not shop in. this Walmart time I know its been inspected by the health department_ Especially with the COVID, the management employees are very rude, If I were in Operations for this store I would recommend to Walmart Corporate it need a deep cleaning ASAP- wonder when that was done last! One of the worst managed walmart stores I have ever been in. In my few trips into the store I have seen employees talking on cell phones, laying down inside the store, and the best was last week late at night I walked down an isle in auto parts to have an employee lighting up a joint in the middle of the isle. Managers should all be removed. I was the only one in line and it took 45 minutes to get an item from site to store. By the time the employee reappeared and my item was brought out from the back there was 5 other groups waiting, in which all where upset and one had already gotten a manager who did absolutley nothing to expediate the process. I went to Walmart searching for an iPhone case several months ago. Hard to imagine but every single case was out of stock. Yes, every one! And today I went there to look for a portable charger. There wasn't a single charging device for an iPhone to be found. There were just empty rows of where, presumably, there was at one time chargers. I wouldn't post this, if these were the only two cases. But having items out of stock for long periods of time is par for the course for this Walmart. Whoever is the manager needs to look into what can be done better to ensure that the shelves are properly stocked. read more

I am so disappointed in my grocery delivery experience. I have used Walmart Delivery twice and I will never use it again. The delivery people are lazy and rude. They don't bring the groceries to your door. They unload it in the parking lot and sit in their car. The first time it happened and I complained, I was assured that it wouldn't happen again. But, it did, today. Then... today when I was unpacking my groceries, I grabbed a jar of pickles out of my bag and it was open and half empty! The good things I can say are: Customer Service was WONDERFUL. They took care of my complaints online. Refunded my pickles and also gave me a coupon for $10 off my next grocery order... except I won't be using that. I am going back to Publix for my grocery deliveries. read more

I was looking for the battery kind of lights and I asked 2 sales people to help me find them.
