I usually go to a different Walmart Superstore. But they didn't have time slots for pick up order for a last minute order I needed. For people who don't do pick up orders just a tidbit - By the way (extra information) you can do pick up orders for groceries/ and non food items with this service, and you have to spend a minimum of $35. Plus if they are out of a item, they replace it with a substitution. If you don't like the substitution, you can always reject their replaced item and you won't be charged for the item. So this location I went to, I did my normal check in thru the app and you tell the vehicle and pick up spot your at. The only problem was this location to longer than expected, I think I waited over 15 minutes. Usually the other location, it's fairly quickly they bring it out. Still very convenient, specially for the good Walmart prices, avoiding the crowd and doing online shopping, win!!! read more

This is the worst Walmart ever. Had an appointment for an oil change and they didn't have oil filters. Asked me to go to an auto parts shop, get one and come back. The same happened to another customer. What about checking that you have everything before accepting appointments ??? read more

This Walmart has about everything. Somethings are at a good price and some are more than if you went to a regular Dept. store. We ended up buying a volleyball (multicolored $10) and several snacks. Horrible employees. We interrupt them on their cell phones to check out. It's reverse racism at its finest. I've never been treated so horribly spending $100 a week for 15 years. Well organized store today. But, only one cashier. Yes, one. Lots 9f self- service registers. Since there was no line, I had a quick checkout. School/office supplies have arrived. I find they have the best deals during preschool months. STOCK up now! These stores are huge and sometimes you have to really need something to want to walk from one side to the other. I consider my Walmart shopping days exercise for the week. There's always a Manager's Special in the front of produce as you walk in. Today it was mangos for $0.25. Great buy! Last time they had avocados for $0.50. As I tell my friends, I tend to eat what's on sale. Roma tomatoes were $0.98/lb. No BOGOs here, but you can get your groceries at the time as a pair of curtain rods. Why drive around in 100 degree weather going from store to store? I'd rather spend my extra time with my spoiled doggie. I avoid weekend shopping. Middle of the week is best for the ones who can. Live SMARTER, not HARDER. read more

I have shopped here off and on over the last three years and I have always had a great experience with the staff members and easily able to find what I was shopping for at very reasonable prices. The reputation of WalMart is what it is but the employees here are always polite when I asked for a location of a product. The stock people are helpful and respectful. They have moved their stock carts if it was near a product that I needed and they always seem to be doing their job quietly and efficiently. The store shelves are clean and tidy and there are plenty of choices between name and store brands. The checkout is always efficient too. There is always a floor person there to help with self check out items that don't scan or if I need assistance with scanning a product. Yes, I have seen a shoplifter or two and seen some loitering in the parking lot but I also almost always see a police car parked out front either as a deterrent or local law enforcement is doing their job. I prefer this local store over any of the other local Walmarts that are in the area. read more

Never has the shelves stocked. Employees are not helpful. Place looks dirty. Wal mart should look into this location and close it down or reorganize it and its staff. This store looks like it is in a 4th world country. I recently Started shopping at the Walmart on Federal highway it was late evening both times I was there. The cashier took my pie and bagged it side way and then drop my change instead of handing it to me. I said nothing and assume she was having a bad day. The next time I went which was almost a week later again and the same cashier forced me to take all my items out of the hand cart. And she was very threatening. It's Wal-Mart!!! Good prices on allot of things. Almost always a huge crowd. The employees aren't too bad. The store is pretty clean. Some of these stores have things thrown everywhere. Drove 40 minutes to this Walmart because they said there was 4 of a particular bike in stock (tried to call ahead,was redirected to no answer) when I arrived I explained the a team leader that I did not see the bike I was looking for but would happily put it together myself. The team leader in electronic department did not look for the bike, did not check the system, just told me " We put the bikes up high and no one is there that could get them down". My purchase was not made feel important to them at all. As a consumer I feel unimportant to them. read more

The only open cashier, who I felt sorry for, because she had to deal with the long line of at least 8 extremely unhappy customers, who echoed my sentiments. LAST TIME......done with Walmart . This is the new Walmart that recently opened on Federal Hwy south of Woolbright. I was excited to check it out since it's brand new and clean. All Warmarts pretty much have a cookie cutter layout. The night I was there, it was pouring so much from a tropical storm or a hurricane that was passing by no where near us. We couldn't leave the store because of the rain, and there were at least 10 leaks from the ceiling all around the store. I thought the roof was going to collapse. You would think a new building would be pretty sturdy. read more

Wow. This Walmart has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in the area and I needed to return a few items at Walmart. I went in I brought my receipt to return the items. Like I always do. She tells me that she will not return them because they were on sale. I pull up the customer policy online that says generally speaking all merchandise is return Obel with her without a receipt for 90 days the items that are excluded would be diabetic supplies computers drones or firearms.Nowhere in there did I see a stuffed animal or a sticker book. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager simply says no you can call corporate. I mean I don't understand what it was but it gets pretty frustrating when there's not one person that speaks English and Ask like you're inconveniencing them when you want to return something because I don't want to do their job. I like Walmart because the prices are cheap and we're all trying to save money and being a mom of course I need to save money. Monopoly giants are everywhere. This is not a Super Walmart but is open 24 hours. Never knew this existed until drove past it after a night out. Since then, I have been visiting this Walmart regularly because it always less crowded. The location is such that there is hardly any traffic even on the streets outside. Its like a Walmart hideout. There is no Gas-Station or any other store nearby. Its at the border of Delray and Boynton even though the address suggests its in Boynton. I have run into situations where I can't some items that are available in other similar Walmarts. Also, run into situations when their website says its available at this store but they don't have it and its a mystery to them. The staff has been helpful and it is clean. Good for a quick walk-in walk-out except is bit confusing. read more

I dislike leaving a bad review but this store is heavily mismanaged. No one ever picks up the phone. Day after Xmas and only one lady was working at the return area with an entire line of people waiting for about 30 min with two employees standing in the pickup area right next to her laughing and having a good time and not helping out. We were all upset to see this behavior. When we asked for a store manager, none was on site. There is no recourse for accountability whatsoever. I was there to return an expired item I had received in my online order that i picked up. The entire point of picking up an online order in your car is for no contact but then you have to come stand in the store to return, just makes no sense. When i finally got to the counter the lady told me the item was "already returned" after scanning the bar code on my phone. The online system creates a bar code to make it easy for the staff to return the item for the customer but this STILL did not go right. I've never done this before so she told me i can go. I received no proof of return in my email so, I tried calling the store to fix it and no one picked up for multiple departments. I had no choice but to call corporate. They said she didn't scan it and so there was no proof of return. Luckily they just credited it to me anyway. I do not understand how this store is being managed, nothing makes any type of sense. Long story short, the online ordering with this store is an absolute headache and you end up wasting more time than walking inside when they decide to throw expired items in your groceries, and I tipped the guy who packed my groceries too... I know Walmart is a monopoly of evil, but when you're a single mom it is just easier sometimes. I barely ever went to Walmart until they build this place. Growing up in Boynton/Delray Beach I never would have guessed they'd put a Walmart in this location. As a kid it was a Winn-Dixie, then a Night CLUB (went to many a punk rock shows there!) What attracts me here is the fact that it is never to busy. I also find that they mark things down WAY MORE than any Walmart in the area. I never knew Walmart did "Clearance" this abundantly (like Target). The employees seem more friendly and much more competent. The first time I used the Walmart pharmacy was at this location. It was surprisingly a great experience. Their new pharmacist is VERY friendly and helpful. He is the reason I continue filling here. This location is never swamped with old folks. The employees here don't care about customers. They care about talking to each other, bitching about their problems, going home as fast as possible, and they barely even say a word to you as they ring up your purchase. They are careless. There is a limited selection on anything. If you need kids clothes or anything special, don't go to this one. There is no management to be found or anyone there who knows where anything is. It seems as though they go out of their way to avoid you and to NOT help you in the least bit. Unfortunately I went here because I had to shop late. The only 2 lines were open were 20 items or less and so I had a cart full and went to a line that had closed since the two girls did not want to wait on me and shoo-ed me away. Then the other girl in the closed line wanted to go home, so there was literally NO line open if you had more than 20 items. They broke 2 jars of spaghetti sauce and then instead of voiding it off the receipt or letting me pay for it and then refunding it they said they had to rescan the entire cart again, while there was like 20 people behind me in a huge line wrapping around another aisle. Not only was this embarassing for ME, but to top it off they said the only way around not rescanning my entire purchase (a cartload, mind you) was to go get the 2 jars myself. Most stores have a stock person or bag person to help do this, so there was no one around even to clean it up and I had to carry my toddler through the store to fetch the jars myself. I asked a guy for a manager and he asked what was wrong, but when I started to tell him he literally ran away. I saw him duck outside and go in another direction, and I wasn't even yelling or raising my voice, I simply asked for a manager and started to tell him they needed more lines open because there were none for people with more than 20 items. The whole staff is extremely rude and the place is a disaster. It is the worst Wal-Mart in the entire area and it's a shame because the store is fairly new. I will NEVER set foot in this one or any other Wal-Mart again, and I'm sure the 20+ other people behind me in line would agree. read more

Good store, but I can not shop at the Boynton Beach store with my wife due to the lack of power carts. I asked a girl at the door about a cart and she said they keep taking them into the back to be fixed but they never come out. I live right down from this Walmart unfortunately.. To bad it's not a publix where customer service at the check out AND THE PHARMACY THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN EVER.. The pharmacist made me wait on the side because I didn't know the exact name of the medication and couldn't help me with that and then when I figured it out I went back to the window and stood there waiting for like 10 minutes when I already waited in line for 20 minutes before and she was doing nothing and she saw me standing there. At the checkout I have my bags tossed to me after bagging them (my poor bruised bananas) they always have such an attitude One time I also tried to buy cigarettes and they told me to go to Check out number 18 and that she will be right over 30 minutes later literally I grab somebody that walks by and tell him I've been waiting here and no one has came to Check out . So here is one of the poorest examples of customer service I've ever seen. If you purchase an item in another Walmart, you can't return it at this one unless they carry the exact item. This is true even if they have the same department such as men's clothing. It's extremely inconvenient and the employees at the service desk were rude and did not have any demonstrated communication skills.
