I live nearby, so this mall is basically my backyard... and my accidental retirement plan. I come here with the purest intentions--coffee and 'interesting' people watching--and somehow leave carrying bags like I lost a bet. If you're a guy, your shopping options are beautifully predictable: Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour. That's it. That's the list. Pro tip from someone who clearly spends too much time here: new stuff drops on Tuesdays, and Thursdays are when prices quietly admit defeat. The food court... well, let's just say it exists. I really wish there were more options unless your diet is "whatever was open. If you're hoping for variety, may I suggest leaving the mall, outside there is In&Out, Raising Cain's Chicken, a taco truck and a liquor store, but you have to drive as it is a long walk. Parents, buckle up. There's a massive outdoor area where kids are released like feral raccoons--screaming, sprinting, climbing, and generally reminding everyone why birth control exists. It's free, it's chaotic, and it's clearly designed so adults can sip coffee in peace while pretending this isn't happening 20 feet away. read more

Didn't know these outlets were hiding here. I was only able to spend about 1hr here (stopped by very last minute). They had all the common outlet stores, the 3 stores I visited were running some good deals. Very clean inside and out with a nice outdoor arrangement. read more

We've been down here a couple of times now, and each time has been a great experience. The outlets are laid out very well - it's extremely walkable. They have a nice variety of stores, and everything is decently priced for outlets. The area is kept clean. They have a great kid's play structure, however it's been too cold lately for our little one to use, so hopefully in the future! read more

First visit here today. Monday, after some snow and it was dead at opening. Not a bad thing, went to Nike and got a few things. Seemed like a ghost town so didn't walk around. In comparison to castle rock or even Colorado mills I don't think the options appealed to me. Not sure if they are adding to the present building but not worth the drive north for me. read more

Service. Was judged by the way I looked the women at the front said hi and ran to the back to get who I assume is her manager. He came out laptop in hand in a suit my husband and I shopped around the manager was a complete asshole when asked prices said it will ring up the price at the register. Oh so helpful. But oh a very well dressed women walks in the manager could not help her enough held stuff for her told her prices could literally put her on a dam pedestal. Went here to shop for a couple things! As we arrived a little later in the day, I was appreciative of the ample parking and the signs that indicate what stores are near each parking section. Love that this is an outdoor mall so you can stroll and shop and enjoy the beautiful low humidity Colorado sunshine. We are basic gals haha, so we hit up Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Starbucks. Prices were much lower than retail (except obviously at Starbucks of course,) and all the sales associates were wonderful- particularly the gentleman who greeted us at Coach- he was amazing- super friendly and knowledgeable. We will of course be back to check out more stores next time we're in town. There's also an amazing looking HUGE outdoor playground here- perfect for kids to run around and let off steam after being forced to be quiet while mom & dad shop. read more

Social distancing is a must, and face masks are as well. We came here to shop, but I didn't get anything. My sons and my husband went to the Polo store and got a few things. I went to COACH, Michael Kors, Tort Burch, and Kate Spade shops, and I didn't find anything. This place is cool. Upscale with premium shops. I am a businessman looking for business casual clothes. They don't have any shops containing anything for me. My wife on the other hand had a field day at Ann Taylor the loft. Food selections are slim. They have a brand-new hotel across the parking lot. Not a lot of places for family dining though or to sit down and have a drink or a glass a wine. Other than that, they do have a lot of nice shops. If you're looking for a purse, you're in purse heaven here. Come and enjoy your day. Oh yeah, the wife thought it would be and indoor mall. It's all outdoor walking. read more

The customer service in most of these stores is LACKING. I worked in retail for most of my 20's and I know the jobs suck, but you can't let the customers see it. I went shopping for a dress for a wedding and I walked into 5 stores and was not greeted or offered assistance so I walked right out. The only saving grace was the ladies at Lucky Brand. They greet you, inform you of deals, and offer help. It's honestly the little things. With so many people shopping online these days, the customer service should be better to keep clients in store. Anyway, the food court is pretty decent, there is a variety of foods. The best place is Sachi Sushi. The food there is sooooo good, and the customer service is excellent. It does get busy around dinnertime and there could be a wait, but it's worth it. They also have stores that offer military discount, so go ahead and ask, can't hurt to save a couple dollars. read more

Came to Yelp for this review...what a great outlet mall! We were driving back home to TX from WY, and planned to stop in Castle Rock, but were so thrilled to spy this place from the highway! Very much enjoyed this stop. It's tucked off the side of the highway, in an enclave with other shopping stores and iconic eateries, like In-N-Out! We spent several hours here, delaying our travel...but the sales and the selection made it worth it! They are PREMIUM shops. The only thing I was displeased with was the lack of customer service in Michael Kors...where I walked in and wasn't greeted by a single employee (paid to say 'hello!') instead, just some stares so I decided to walk out. Sometimes employees must forget that customers from southern states come through Colorado and are used to that southern hospitality...the folks at Michael Kors missed a sale due to their lack of interest in customers, like me. There were many other handbag stores I visited and spent money elsewhere...so I'm glad they had options! Overall, a great place! read more

It's so nice having outlets so close to the city. I always find really great deals for the kids at the Gap outlet. I also love the Nike outlet and the Polo outfit for the kids. Vans and converse always have great deals on shoes. The express outlet is amazing when I need a quick outfit for me or my husband. I can usually get shoes, a dress, and jewelry for under $100. It's also very scenic with the water features and various places to sit and chill. The beat part about these outlets is a huge playground on onsite. If we go as a family, we can shop and the kids don't get bored. They love this playground. read more

I'm not a big shopper but I really enjoyed spending an afternoon browsing this beautifully designed outdoor outlet mall. It really has a wonderful and peaceful area to sit and enjoy coffee or a meal near the water features. Also an amazing and separate playground that I can imagine is a popular and repeat destination for those with small children and that live nearby just for the play structures alone. Also since my kids are no longer little I appreciated that area being at one end of the mall with all the kids shops and it was easy to avoid if you choose to. My favorite stop was the Nike Outlet. The mall is laid out well so you can get to the stores you need without walking miles. Also plenty of easy access parking and just off I-25. There is a Starbucks but not much choice in the food court yet. Plan on eating elsewhere. read more

Denver Premium Outlets is my new go to for shopping. I heard about these outlets a while ago but I assumed they would be expensive, so I never visited, but I was wrong! The prices of goods here are unbelievable, everything is so cheap! I wanted to buy everything when I visited here. The express shop is my favorite, you can't beat men's jeans for $29. Overall these outlets are amazing, they have all the top brand stores you could think of, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, True Religion, you name it, they have all the stores you'll ever need here. We had an event to attend in the area but we were early so we had the perfect excuse to stop by. I was impressed by the stores here. A large variety of brand names and goods. Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Sketchers, etc. Honestly, I've always seen the same brands at most Outlet Malls , but not here. Yes, we walked around , enjoying everything and of course left with quite a few goodies. The only thing lacking was selection in the Food Court. Only three place, a hot dog place that serves Nathan's dogs, Chinese something I can't remember. Loved the play area for kids of all ages. Teens were enjoying some chairs that rolled but don't let you fall out. Pretty safe to say we'll be back. read more

Came here to search last minute for something cute for Thanksgiving and possibly some more warm clothes for winter. The outlets are not bad, but not as great of deals as you would like for it being outlets. Also, the grounds and windows looked like it needed cleaning. I honestly think this place may be my favorite outlet destination. I came on a Tuesday around 5pm and it felt like a ghost town. While that may sound like a bad thing, I loved not having to battle crowds, crying babies, rude tourists, no parking, or stores not having my size. This place has your usual factory outlets like Banana Republic, Express, Polo, Anne Taylor, Nike, etc. It also has slightly fancier places like Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Armani. What I really liked about Denver Premium Outlets is the complex itself. Buildings are modern and clean. The outdoor courtyard area was neat and looked especially good around sunset. The layout is also somewhat circular so you don't have to walk from one end to the other and having to turn back around. I love this place and I will definitely be coming back. I almost don't want to post this review because I feel like I'm giving away my little secret. :) read more

Nicely designed, well thought out Premium outlets. There's a food court with ample seating, a Starbucks and several areas outdoors for you to chill out (literally since it was 30 degrees when we were there). Has all the usual suspects: Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, UA, Kors, Sketchers, etc. But, in a surprising twist, there's also a Coleman Outlet and Clairins. This is for the Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet specifically. The fact that the masked cashier working behind a glass freaked out on me because I slid down my face mask to use my Face ID to open my phone and move money in my bank around to make the purchase made me realize I'll just stick to shopping online. I didn't get vaccinated to be treated like I'm starting a super spreader in a near empty store. Better selection on the polo website anyway. Hey management calm down the mask police at the register. So yes, I'm a mallrat. I love stopping and shopping at malls especially when I'm out of town. This outlet is about 20 miles from downtown Denver. It has over 100 stores plus a nice size food court. Very easy to navigate. Many stores had great sales while I was there. Definitely stop by. Worth it. Note: if you're a tourist like me with no car, the only option would be Lyft/Uber. No buses stop here. read more

I took my friend and I here to check out this new outlet. It is beautiful and has the majority of my stores here. Now I don't have to travel all the way too Castle Rock! We both loved it. Very nice outlets and the prices in the stores were great too. They also have a great play ground area too. Food court can probably use a couple more inside but will do for now. Smaller than I thought it would be for a Premium outlet. The layout reminded me of the other Premium outlets in CA. Compared to the outlet in Castle Rocks, way smaller but it has good variety of brands. Good that they brought in more new brands than what offered in CO before. Examples are Vineyard Vines, Boss, Tory Burch etc. Food court is inevitably a hot topic here. Agreed with the other reviews. Three food stalls were available only at least for now. The fourth is coming but due to the space that would be it. The opposite wall inside the food court looks beautiful but not sure if utilized well functionally. Starbucks was packed when I was there. All stores are not completely up in running so they still have unoccupied spaces. I think the highlight is the huge playground. This absolutely would be kiddos' paradise and perhaps dads to spend time while moms are highly focused on the good deals. read more

Huge, and very unique playground, great seating areas around fireplace or water features. Variety of shops, wish they had other stores besides shoes and clothing. Not my typical place to shop, I am not a name brand kinda person, but wanted to try it out and our son wanted to visit all the sports type shops. We also ate at Rise Pies and Tuesdays are $6 make your own pizzas! Large variety of toppings that you can choose from. Indoor food area has a very large seating area with places to charge phone. Free WiFi but it needs help, even though connected I could not do anything via the internet. I did see a few people walking dogs, so pet friendly. My son loved it. I came, I saw, I wouldn't want to be there on weekends or holidays. I would go with friends with young kids to play on the playground, but other than that, only to buy new grey Converse whenever I need to replace them. :) read more

Management if you see this and you give a shit let me know. My fiancée and I frequent this mall all the time and spend good money. At least 400$ plus each visit. But that will all stop after the incident today. We can tell which side your on. Backstory. I have a medical condition with my kidneys ( renal colic) I had to use the bathroom so bad I was about to pee on myself which is so embarrassing. Anyway we found the closest restroom and it said temporarily closed. I thought maybe there's a chance that they left this sign out by mistake or that there is a woman working in the bathroom either way the door was unlocked and so we went in. It was at this time that a man came running out screaming at us with his broom. He actually scared my fiancée. I told him I have a medical condition. He said I was rude and that we were breaking and entering. He then followed us out and pulled up his phone. We found another restroom just in time. After this we went into Lacoste. I actually spoke with the manager and she told me he was not supposed to do that nor was he supposed to close the restrooms down at this time. What's really unfortunate is that I called mall Security because she gave me their phone number and was extremely apologetic towards me. I told them what happened and the guy just said well Why did you go in then if you saw it was closed? He then told me that they close all but one of their restrooms at 6:30. 6:30??! On a Friday night ? That's a good way to lose business when you obviously don't give a shit that people have to run all over to find a damn restroom after spending $ on food here and drinks here. We will no longer be frequenting this mall whatsoever. It's such a shame because tonight we spent 500$ here. This might seem like a drop in the bucket for this demographic but I work very hard for my money as does everyone else. Not once did I receive any apology or anything. Obviously it was a clear case of miscommunication. That guy wasn't even cleaning the restroom I'm Pretty sure he had it shut down so he could do you know what : YUCK!
