The rating says it - it's a-ok. I found a couple things - shirt wise - but their bottoms selection were pretty poor. I understand the basis is, it's a cr@p shoot what they will have and if it will fit and be in your size... The fitting room was definitely more locked down than normal - place items on the bar, have them counted etc... But they did have a nice "cart" holding section so you are pretty sure you basket wont get taken or things put away. Dog section was good - Ross is always my goto for dog stuff. It's on the way home from stores i head way north to go to, so i would stop in again. read more

Went to this store after I left the other store on a 104th and exactly. Just the same very messy unorganized, everything is in a different place than where it's supposed to be lots and lots of items on the floor i'm handicapped and afraid of falling in that store on the items, laying on the floor. I waited around 30 minutes today to use the dressing room at 1:30pm (a sign said closed for 15 minutes), finally some hourly person comes up to me and instead of opening the dressing room she told me it's closed until 5pm. I asked if she could just open the dressing rooms so I can try on the clothing I'd like to purchase. She said no. I dumped my entire cart on the ground. Have fun with that. This is Worst store I have been to. The worst customer service and experience I have had at any Store to the point where one of the employees had the audacity to tell is that "you guys shouldnt be shopping at this Store" and even when I thought I heard wrong and asked her what she said she still had the nerve to saya" yea you heard me" thats when I Knew there was something wrong. It didnt help talking to the shift manager since she just brushed it off. We thought this was an isolated event but even at the register the employees were rude. Im not sure how to get a Hold of the general manager or the regional manager but they should analyze better who they hire. ROSS Westminster, CO 80031... This ROSS is located in the Westminster City Center, same location where you can find, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry a few steps away. This recent visit was on Sunday, April 6th 2014. Time was about 10:15hrs ish. I went with M, since I need to get some stuffs for Hubs upcoming Birthday. Fortunately, I managed to get what I was eyeing for. Arent sure if this ROSS is NEW in this neighborhood or not, but from what I was told, the ROSS somewhere in Westminster, near where M lives closes.. and hence this ROSS took over or something. Definitely need to verify from the staffs from future visits. I am unfamiliar with this ROSS layout. On the extreme LEFT, you can find the Mens Section. Household-wares are located ALL The way back nearest to the Fitting Rooms, on the Extreme Right of this ROSS. In the Middle Section, you can find the Women Clothing etc etc Just a normal ROSS.. Its GOOD To come here EARLY in the morning when the store just opened its doors. Coz for one is less crowded. Two, I can shop in peace. The staff at this location are discriminatory and rude. The cashiers are especially at fault. I'm contacting their corporate office to make a complaint. Outside of their horrendous customer service. The store is dirty, the selections are mediocre and the dressing rooms are a mess. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Going to this Ross for close to four years now and I can officially say that it has declined year after year. The store is pretty disorganized in frequently messy, even on relatively slow midweek days. The selection is pretty average, with a majority of the clothing for women being in missed. or athletic. Shoes have a decent selection and are regularly well-stocked. If you're looking for home where is, this place is a good first stop but know that you could probably find a better selection at home goods, which is about a mile away. read more

I was getting ready to check out and the gentlemen at the register were treating the customer in front of me very badly. Later I heard that she was a Ross employee. It seemed that she was getting a discount for a purchase but the way he approached her was appalling. He was not nice at all to her, he said that if she was using her credit card that she would have to show her ID that matched her credit card as if she was committing fraud. The lady nicely replied and said okay but that no other Ross ask to verify her credit card with her ID, they just ask her to verify her discount card with her ID. He responded very rudely and said well this is not those Ross's. Just watching this interaction, made me want to drop my items and walk out of the store. Everyone is going through something, how can someone be so rude to a fellow co-worker, granted I do not know the history of those two however it was disturbing to see how awful this gentleman was being. read more

Ross is like other overstock stores (read a store whose initials are B.L.). They open a store, run it for awhile, then close it. Thus, one review says that another Ross store closed. It was around 4:35 in the afternoon on a day with 8 inches of snow. Went in to pick up an I item that I had seen there and decided to go ahead and buy. Took me 6 minutes to find the item and get in line, and then stood in line for 45 to 50 minutes. There was only one checker on duty and people were all buying multiple items for Christmas. For a minute it looked like the manager was going to join in checking duties, but it was just one person taking over for another, so back to just ONE checker. There was no excuse for having only one checker, because sales were brisk. Paid with a credit card and needed to sign the receipt. The checker only had one pen and it ran out of ink. I decided to give them one pen of the two that I had on me. Seems kind of strange that they did not have enough pens. I am not calling this store good. It's clean and well arranged, but the checkout situation was very poor. One star for clean and taken care of, another star for being fairly close to home. I plan on finding another Ross as my main 'go to Ross.' Probably will deliberately avoid this one in the future. read more

I have frequented this store multiple times. Every time I go, I shop underwear and socks those are the items that I usually purchase every couple of months to rotate and keep laundered. Today I was profiled by a member of management when she approached me in a very unwarranted manner to accuse me of previously stealing from her store. I have never stolen anything in MY life! I have Ross receipts from all of my purchases. She mentioned calling the cops and told me to leave! The problem with this experience is that I've never stolen ANYTHING from any store. I make my money in order to take care of myself with socks and underwear. Just because I don't always spend money in the store DOES NOT make me a thief. Manager I would have made a fool of you and your false accusations probably with prof of me being at my job working at the time you claim you have me on camera. I know my morals and stealing from your discount store would never sit well with me. I hope you understand that and find your actual thief, because it's not ME! read more

I shop frequently at this Ross location but might have to change locations after tonight. Me and my husband had to deal with a check out clerk by the name of "Annie" she was very very unprofessional and rude!! She couldn't even say good evening.Then she got upset because my husband asked her please do not put a container of paint in the same bag as the clothes. I was taking the clothing off the hangers for her folding them and placing them on the counter and she took the extra time to make sure she unfolded every piece of clothing and roll them up into a ball and throw into the biggest bag they carry. Then she put dog shampoo into the same bag.She definitely dosen't belong working in a clothing store if this is how she handles the customers merchandise. We had to go over to the counter next to her and fold all the clothing we purchased.She was on her cell phone when we walked up to the counter so we must have gotten on her bad side interrupting her texting or what ever she was doing. But the lucky couple behind us got there clothes folded and even had her laughing out loud. Hmm! read more
