Walmart customer service in Buckeye is garbage. It's bad enough that customers are checking themselves out at an open register. It's garage when customer service associates refuse to help and volley you back forth to different associates and locations just so you can pay and go. I like the grocery pickup service, but inside the store is a nightmare. I went inside today for the first time in a long time. It was 110 outside and almost as hot inside. It feels like they are using swamp coolers instead of AC. The place is packed and they have replaced most checkout lanes with self checkout. Today is the third day that I have used their pick up service. It never works and I always have to wait for an associate. I thought this would be super helpful considering I had things to do right after work. I thought that I could run in and grab it and go. But it never works. Dear Walmart, The point of ordering online for store pickup is to save on time. Why oh why do I have to wait for 45 minutes to pick up an online order ? Oh sure, maybe it was a mistake the first time. Everyone deserves a second try. A third, I think not. You should completely revamp this joke of a online pickup kiosk/ waiting areas. If you have set up chairs I take that as a sign you anticipate a lengthy wait, thereby defeating he purpose of online ordering. HORRIBLE BAKERY SERVICE!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS. My daughters 2 tier custom cake was 3 1/2 hours late. It was no where near what I ordered or wanted. It was ugly. I will not ever order a cake from them again. And will suggest you not either. I waited 10 minutes to talk to the bakery manager and she wouldn't come talk to me. This is for the Grocery Pick up department. I've done these for quite some time and this has to be the WORST location, hands down. The last 3 orders have been delayed or incorrect. If you do not have the resources to utilize the time slots provided BLOCK THEM OUT. Instead of having people show up and not having their order ready. This is just ridiculous at this point. I've had groceries delivered by other (non-Walmart) stores for a while now. I was excited to see Walmart start to offer grocery delivery. But my order was so mishandled. Multiple live chats and phone calls starting when my delivery was an hour late. Its now many hours past the delivery time - and not only no groceries but also no confirmation that my order is cancelled. I may have to resort to stopping payment with the bank. I've put in a replacement order with Fry's, and I'll NEVER order groceries delivered from Walmart again. They don't have their act together. read more

If I could give this place negative starts I would. I will NEVER shop here again. Firstly I have a torn MCL and they had one scooter available (a few broken nearby) which died two minutes into the store. So I was forced to walk. I went to pick up photos and they LOST my Christmas cards and referred me to the instant print machines. I wait in line (still standing) for the photo machines to only find out that they are ALL broken. There are no words for how terrible Walmart continues to be. I want to thank the ladies in the bakery department, they saved me and made my granddaughter very happy!! I bought cupcakes for her birthday to take to school, well the school said NO because they weren't individually wrapped, so I ran back to the store told the ladies in the bakery what happened. These ladies made me 30 cupcakes and put them all in individual containers for me so I could take them to the school!! Thank you so much for doing this and making my granddaughters day!!! read more

Groceries are fresh and fairly inexpensive. Parking for an RV is a little tricky with the islands and other stores parking in the same lot. A semi attempted a corner to deliver to a neighboring business and POPPED a tire. We have a 40ft RV pulling a trailer and that can be interesting to maneuver, even the pro didn't walk away unscathed. Parking overnight is not an option and I'm not sure if thats why the managers made the lot into an obstacle coarse? We use Walmart for the low prices and occasional sleep overs as we travel. I love being able to get most things in one place, for them to discourage RVs is just a money loser for them. Store itself was busy and poor customer service at check outs. Not enough people staffing this large store. read more

I found this Walmart because I needed to stop for some food and it was right off the freeway. They had four checkout counters in the center with no cashiers. 25 registers that you stand in line and ring the items up yourself. This is what happens when we have no employees working. !!!!!DO NOT!!!!!.........I repeat DO NOT go here if you're looking to get your oil changed on a Saturday morning! I received my ticket to get my oil changed at 8:58am. The lady informed me that it'll be "About 2 1/2 hours" before my car is ready and asked if that would be okay. So I waited, brought my daughter to McDonald's that's inside, waited some more, fell asleep, walked around, and came back at exactly 11:30am to ask if my car was ready because HEY....MAAAAYBE I missed them calling my name somehow. NOPE!....One of the ladies who appeared to be one of the auto technicians was extremely nonchalant in her butting in of me talking to the cashier by saying "It's just an estimate. It depends on if we have problems with other cars and we've had a couple of cars with issues.".......The butting in lady looked on the computer and she told me that my car was on the bed. So then I asked about how much longer it would be. The cashier said that she didn't know so she asked the butting in lady and she was like (with her hands in her pockets, avoiding eye contact with me and being all nonchalant and annoying).."Uuuuuh.....I don't know....maybe uuuuhhh....15 minutes or soooo." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!....Are you telling me that I've been waiting for 2 1/2 hours just for 20 minutes worth of work?! I am rating this solely on customer service/appearance/ food & product quality. Every time I walk into this walmart, I feel dirty. Most of the Produce are either too bruised or rotten. Every time I look for a specific item in that store, it's always sold out or damaged. I will now only go to this location if I really need an item. As for appearance, the floors always seem dirty. I live in Buckeye and I have watched this Walmart go down hill in the last 10 years. First I am disabled and everytime I go to get a scooter they all are broken or have dead batteries, so then I drag myself to the other end of the store to find the same... Or I get a scooter and it dies in the middle of the store. Last time I was there, Of course the scooters were broken or batteries were Dead. I will not be back to this neighborhood Walmart since they discriminate against the disabled by not providing operating scooters. Also the store is so flipping hot, I leave sweating, They say Corporate is in control of heat and A/C.. Come on!! It's Arizona not Arkansas!! This Walmart is usually pretty awesome. Therefore I am not going to ridicule the retail side. On the other hand of the Automotive department I was not impressed. I was the second car to be serviced for an oil change. It took them an hour and a half to do it. Not only that they lost my key FOB. After they forgot to hand me my keys in the first place. Then they proceeded to argue with me that I never gave it to them. "My car won't start without it!" We had to go search my car and found it in the cup holder. So not only did they take it apart when they didn't need to, they left it in the car leaving it vulnerable to get broken into or stolen. All the while arguing they didn't take it apart or our it wasn't them at the same time. I will never use them again. I will pay a little extra and go across the street to FIRESTONE or Brakes plus. read more

Avoid this location. Its way to busy and never has enough cashiers. There is always a long wait to check out. The hot food section food is usually dried out. I have used the Walmart online ordering which is ok. I not of fan of the produce at Walmart. Never seems to last more than a day or have much flavor. My biggest turn off is when I see groups of employees talking in the middle of isle which seems to happen when ever I go there. read more

We went to look at tv's and I understand it's Walmart but the young man working in electronics knew absolutely zero about any tv in the store. He might have been able to turn a tv on but I'm not even sure about that. He also threw a couple F bombs at us just in normal conversation. It think that this store actually read my review (along with others). Since my initial review, the self checkout lanes are all up and running, and I don't feel like I'm working out at the gym due to the heat (or lack of AC). The staff though, they are pretty much all friendly. That's the cherry on top. Only reason for not putting a five star review is some issues with stock. But that's the only bad thing (and it's not really that bad). read more
