They may not have the best selection in meats & seafood. They have awesome produce. Employees are always courteous.

You can get local meat at a really good price. Veges are local and pretty cheap also.

They are a small store and they have a wonderful selection of meats. To be honest better than a larger store.

I buy ALL of my meat and produce at the Butcher and the Farmer Market, plus whatever else may be on the weekly ad, then stop at Fry's on my way home for the rest.

Let's be honest--it is what it is with this Fry's. If you live in the Buckeye area, you're kind of…read morestuck with this location unless you want to drive all the way down Jackrabbit to the next closest one. Store Environment Most of the employees seem completely miserable, and several have even told me they can't keep staff. That tracks, because the store is frequently low on stock, especially in basic areas. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, delivery delays, or just poor management--but it's noticeable. Deli Chicken = Buckeye's Best That said, I've gotta give props to their fried chicken at the deli--it's hands down the best in Buckeye ever since the Love's gas station on Miller stopped serving it. That said, it's hit or miss. Some days you'll get someone awesome who's on top of it; other days, they stop serving 30 minutes early and act like you're bothering them by asking. Still, when it's fresh and hot--it's really good. Checkout Nightmare The biggest frustration by far is checkout. There are never enough cashiers, and even the self-checkout has long lines, especially in the evenings. It's exhausting when you're trying to just grab groceries and get home in time to cook dinner. I know I'm not alone--this is probably everyone's #1 complaint. Hope on the Horizon There's a new Fry's location opening soon on Miller, and everyone in Buckeye is praying it'll help alleviate the traffic and chaos at this Watson location.

The clientele is rude. I live in Buckeye. I dealt with a woman this morning, I had a coupon (THAT THEY MAILED TO MY BOX) that I had for a free 24 pack of water, I spent $40. She said something clippy and told me it would have to "get a manager" what the hell I cannot wait until some other supermarket comes to Buckeye please help!

This is a smaller grocery store since it's conveniently located in the Verrado shopping Square area.. I was disappointed with a donut selection. They did not have a lot of variety available, and it was early in the morning, and you would think they would have more of a selection of bakery items since they were only open for a little over an hour. They did not have a lot of glazed donuts longjohns with just a plain white frosting or the twisted glaze donuts. They definitely need to get their bakery with more variety of items especially come in first in the morning. I have previously left a 5 star review of a mermaid cake and we were very happy with it. I asked for a very simple design in the picture shown, again by Carmen. On the day of pick up, I received this cake with terrible writing and black seeping into the cake. Spoke to the manager and they said they had no cake decorator on the weekends to fix the writing. Very upsetting as we had to set this cake out for my gender reveal party. We won't be using Bashas again for any cakes. Highly suggest scheduling a cake decorator on the weekends to fix problems, especially since people have their parties on the weekends.

The staff were very nice and they had a nice variety of different things. There were some farm animals out front which was fun to see but I was a little disappointed that the actual farm where the food was grown wasn't there. Apparently it's at another location so don't expect to see that if you come here.

***UPDATE: It gets…read moreeven worse. After being stonewalled for days regarding my paid CSA pickup, I called again today. A woman at the farm attempted to aggressively gaslight me, screamed over me while I was trying to speak, refused to issue a refund for services not rendered, and arbitrarily canceled my active subscription without my consent. To top it off, right before hanging up on me, I heard her laughing to her coworker in the background saying, "I'm not talking to her!" That tells you everything you need to know about the maturity level and character of the trashy people running this place. I am officially reporting this business to the BBB and filing a chargeback with my bank. If you are considering subscribing to this CSA, save yourself the money, the headache, and the wasted gas. *********************************************************** If you are considering subscribing to this CSA, save yourself the money, the headache, and the wasted gas. Blue Sky Organic Farms loves to lean into the warm, fuzzy narrative of "local farm" and "community-supported agriculture," but their actual operation is a complete joke. What good is supporting local if the Folx running it don't actually know how to be in community? Over the course of trying to get basic information regarding my weekly pickup, I reached out through every single channel provided: the designated CSA line, the farm store number, Instagram, and even their restaurant/wholesale line (which, embarrassingly, is a dead line). Not a single person answered. To make matters worse, when messages did go through, I was repeatedly left on read. A few weeks ago, I had to waste an hour of my day driving 40 minutes out of my way to the physical store just to get basic questions answered because their customer service department is utterly non-existent (a fact that even their own front-desk worker acknowledged with total confusion and annoyance). Taking people's money and then stonewalling them when they ask simple, necessary questions about the service they paid for is negligent, amateurish, and fundamentally disrespectful. They should be thoroughly ashamed of how makeshift, disorganized, and dismissive this entire operation is. Do not fall for the "support local" marketing--these people do not care about community, and they certainly don't care about their customers. Go to WINCO!
