This morning buckeye walmart had early hours for the elderly and people with underlined medical conditions for the covid19 outbreak. I have a mechanical heart valve and a pacemaker with A auto immune disease called Addison's. I went in the line to get in the store the walmart associate told me I couldnt come in the store. I had explained to her that I have underlined medical conditions and the store manager said I could come Tuesday morning at 6am. So I looked it up because she continued to argue with me in front of my 6 year old son. I went in and talked to the front manager who was working in the self checkout and she said it was only aloud for seniors I had explained the same circumstances to her she let me shop. I approached the manager again when I was done shopping and explained that my 6 year old was upset that the employee up front was arguing with me I then asked her if I needed a medical note that I have medical problems from my Dr. She said what manager told you that you could come during senior hours I told her the store manager. She looked at me and said that had to been at another store. I have lived down the road from this walmart for a couple of years why would it be a different store. She then said did you get what you needed. I am so disappointed on how the employees treat there customers. I am just being safe but I get ridiculed and treated like a liar on top of them arguing in front of my son. read more

Checkout people are usually very friendly, and most items I need are always in stock. This is a great and friendly walmart from what I've experienced. There are some great employees here who really engage with you. The only thing they could do is open up a few more lanes when it gets into holidays. AVOID the tire and auto service! If youre going to the photo center save your time! Do the instant print! The lady here is rude and if you get an email that your pictures are ready, theyre not! Went to the pharmacy here for our son who had an ear infection. They were really fast and got us in and out in about 15 minutes. They even gave us a pill form of antibiotic for our son who has a hard time with liquid medicine. read more

I stop grocery shopping there, they allow to many dirty dogs in the store and in shopping cart, who want to put food in a shopping cart when people put there dogs in them. And the dogs that are in the store are not service dogs. Needs to stop!!!! read more

Holy cow, Wally World! Get it together! We arrived from Florida almost two months ago. At that time there were a couple of registers open. That quickly disappeared with all registers blocked off and only self checkout open. We assumed it is was temporary with possible staff shortages. In hindsight, I do believe it was the plan all along as the the self checkout is extensive with beltless tray areas to pile up your crap while you scan and bag. However, not extensive enough to handle the amusement park like lines snaking through both ends of the store. And, what's with all the associates standing around to help? Open up registers! Yes, most of them are very friendly, but, I did not sign up to work for Walmart for free! Further that frustration with a lot of items unavailable in store, but go home and order online for pick up or delivery? If you have it on site, stock your shelves! I am grateful that there is a supercenter relatively close to where I live and can get whatever I need without hassles. I am caregiver to my 95-year old mother and it's quite convenient to go shopping with her for few items in the store and at the same time to be able to pick up larger items that I order online. read more

The assistant store manager named Dominic at the Walmart Supercenter in Buckeye, AZ shouldn't even be a manager. He is overly rude, arrogant and has zero customer service skills. The way he treated my family and I was wrong. I will never shop at that location ever again because of him. Maybe he should research the facts before making accusations. My husband and I are 23 year veterans and have more integrity than what he displayed. In spite of their lackluster service, unfriendly greeters, long lines, and lack of those separators for putting between items on the checkout belt, I basically thought this store was ok....I've been to worse Walmarts. However, this is the straw that broke the camel's back and shows quite plainly what kind of people are managing that store. On Thursday, Thanksgiving day of this year, I waited in line four hours to get a 65" Vizio TV for my parents. I did get a ticket, and I immediately paid for it. After taking almost an hour to get through the line to pay for it, I had to find out how to pick it up...was told wrong information more than once, finally somebody told me to drive my vehicle behind the store. So when I got up to the pickup area and gave my ticket to someone...one of the guys said,"Those are all gone." WHAT. There was one ticket for every TV there! Apparently they were two short. WTF. Who counted these tv's and made the tickets??? Well a manager named TRAVIS came out and told me that he would order more of the tv's, and if nothing else get us one comparable. He told my dad he would give him a gift card for his inconvenience and took his phone number promising to call and let us know the status. Well it is now over two weeks, no phone call. Nothing. Nada. Mind you, they have over $700 of our money in their pockets, and we have no tv. I call several times to the store and this rude robotic operator answers with her snotty smoker's voice, puts me on hold, tells me he's not available. I ask to speak to another manager, and put on hold for 40 minutes till I gave up. I call again, rinse and repeat. My dad took his reciept and ticket to customer service to speak to Mr. Manager Travis, and after waiting a good half hour, is told that he will have to wait for an email (we were NEVER asked for an email address!!) and Travis NEVER came out to speak to him. This is not good store management to wimp out on speaking to a customer. I called the store and spoke yet again to the smoker-voiced bot that I wanted to speak to Mr. Manager Travis. I got put on hold, then she got back on telling me that he said no tv's have come in, there might be a truck tonight, and that I should get an email. I said they don't have me email. She tells me in the snotty tone, "Well that was your responsibility" and BOOM in my head....how dare she??? I told her that as they have MY MONEY it is their responsibility to get me the product I paid for. And that tell Mr. Travis I am calling corporate! If you can't deal with customers, don't go into management...apparently Travis is one of those so-called managers who hide behind their employees to hide and let them deal with it. That is what I call a really wimpy spineless move. I am calling corporate and believe me I am letting them know every detail. ETA- I did call corporate and was then called by a manager named Mary. She was very helpful and apologetic, but nobody ever called to let me know if the tv's ever came in, my dad happened to stop by and asked...and by some miracle they were there. He was able to get his finally and this sorry saga was over. My recommendation for customers is during the Black Friday (or now Black Thanksgiving) sales when you get your ticket for an item, run like the devil is chasing you to pay for it and pick it up ASAP. I made the mistake of thinking that the people doing inventory could do their jobs properly and count accurately how many were on hand. I won't make that mistake again. read more

Haven't shopped at Walmart for over 5 years. Slightly disabled and thought I would place a "pick-up" order since this store rarely has a riding cart available. Placed an order for 2 items at about 1-1:30 in the afternoon. Waited until 4 and when I didn't hear from them I shopped somewhere else for the rest of my supplies. Got home to an email my order was ready. At 7 p.m. I drove to pick it up and got a recording saying to leave a message and someone would call. Next recording said the mailbox was full and unable to leave a message. Called again when I got home and all I got was excuses. Returned this morning at 9 a.m. and was told all orders from the previous day where cancelled. Asked for a refund and was asked to hold while they checked under my name; then under the order number; and finally under items purchased. Told I needed to come in to get it. I asked for a riding cart to be made available and then they said they'd bring it out. Talk me a valuable lessons. I bought a TV for my sons birthday with plenty of time I might add I did the order online with the option of pick up in store my order was ready the next day next day comes and I go pick up my tv it's not ready they told me to go back the next day, so I go the next day and it's not ready at this point they tell me they are unsure when the order will be ready and the manager doesn't know what is going on with the order either so they just tell me to call customer service so they can handle it. I call customer service and ask for a refund which they said would take 5+ days by that time my sons birthday will come and go. Went to get an oil change today. Even though they open at 7am i arrived at 6am to make sure and be first. Only one guy in a uhaul truck was there before me and I don't think it was for an oil change since it was a uhaul. I got my ticket and was told it would be done in 35 to 45 minutes. After an hour I went to check and the cashier told me it would be another hour wait because there was 2 people ahead of me. I explained that was impossible because i was literally the first one in and she went on about how the system put me in third and she has no way of changing it. She then acted like i was out of line to be upset at her horrible customer service. I believe she was the manager, it was done short lady around 50 years old with super blood shot eyes, Judy I believe but not sure. I asked her to get my car because I didn't want the service and she couldn't even do that. I went and got the keys myself from the tech. This lady was rude and acted like a victim when I calmly explained to her how I was the one being victimized. I will never go here again and I'm a regular customer of theirs. I believe her name was Judy but not sure, this lady needs to be fired because it's ridiculous to wait 2 hours for an oil change when I literally got there one hour before they opened. read more

Walmart is a great store with low prices, but like all Walmart I know there are only 2 lanes open. Therefore I rather shop else where and spend an extra 2-5 dollars more because at the end of the day, my time is valuable and Walmart doesn't care about my time. If you go between 2or 5 in the morning it's probably gravy, umm not one cashier and of course the mom who just put her baby to sleep is st the register with 5 WIC coupons and now the line is outrageous. Other than being constantly packed, random shopping cart placement and so little parking space it's a great place. The prices are reasonable for the most part and they're almost always in stock. It's really convenient since you can buy food, clothes, electronics, paints and many more items. The customer service is great for the most part and the employees are willing to assist when in need. Though the employees seem as if they hate their lives a bit. It's well organized, with every part sectioned with shelves of products. Prices are cheaper when compared to Frys and it's less confusing than Frys. They almost have everything in there and they even have a barber shop and it feels as if the sky is the limit on what they have. read more

Their customer service is horrible! The store is spiraling out of control in regards to cleanliness. The carts are broken and difficult to push. There is rarely enough people at the checkout counter and please don't ever have to do a return that you expect to take less than 30 minutes because it's not going to happen! Last but not least, I hope you never need to get a representative to help you in a specialty department because thats next to impossible. Walmart has developed a reputation for low budget shoppers and staff and I'm sad to say I am starting to agree. My wife and I went shopping 3-15-2018 for very specific and hard to find items. When being unsuccessful on our own we asked employee, Michael Conlon for help. Oh my gosh, you have a Golden employee. He helped us find every item we asked him for and even looked 1 item up on his phone and found it in an obscure place. He was not only pleasant, well mannered, and helpful but he was what every employee should be like. He stopped his work to help us and others nearby find things they also couldn't find. We had vowed many times not to come back to this Walmart but M. Conlon has made us be shoppers here again. No matter what time you come in here the lines are all the way out in the center isle they don't open up new registers and there speedy check out is 20 items or less which is pretty much every one. There are even lines for the self check out lines are out to the isle and most people will try to use that before the normal lines due to it moves faster. Was just in there and over the intercom they said they were closing in 20mins (at midnight) so we told the cashier that online its posted everywhere stating its 24hrs and he said nope. Their auto center is a complete joke. My wife's battery was needing replacing, we made the mistake of taking her car there 45 minutes before closing. The assistant manager claimed they had 9 cars to work on still when there was only 1 car in the bay And 1 car parked even remotely close to their service department and so they couldn't do a simple 10 minute battery swap. I received a pressure cooker from the Buckeye Arizona Walmart for Christmas. When opening the box there was no instructions, no cook book and yesterday I found out there was no plug. When I opened it Christmas Day, I took it out the box and placed it under the cabinet until I found something I wanted to cook. Well with no plug I had to take it back with the receipt. The manager who was helping me at first was wonderful. I told her I just wanted the same one - so I went and found it. Since I did not have the box I told her she could keep this box but asked her to open it to make sure we had the plug. There it was at the top with the cookbook, instructions, and extra rubber to seal while cooking. The manager left but instructed the girl helping me what to do. As the young lady rung me up she said that I would have to pay more because the price has changed. I asked what date was on the receipt and she said 12/21/19 I explained to her that I have 30 days to return this product with the receipt and I should not nave to pay anything, so I asked to have the manager come back over. Well it was a different one who was telling me because it's a seasonal item and the price has changed that I needed to pay the difference. I asked to speak to her manager and she tells me that she is the manager, so I had to ask then who's your boss, that's who I want to speak to. She calls him on the phone and I can hear her saying this lady is bringing back a broken item with missing pieces. That pissed me off because I didn't even get the chance to use it because there was no plug. So she came back to me and said my manager said we will take care of you this time, but this is not our policy. You'll take care of me this time?? No! You will never ever have to worry about taking care of me because I have instructed my husband to never ever purchase any thing from Walmart again. I've told him this before but I guess he didn't believe me when I said that they are terribly rude to customer's- I have not stepped into Walmart for a long time because this kind of treatment. Now, friends and family will be encouraged to stop shopping at Walmart. I think I'm a pretty reasonable person and do not need to be treated less than a second class citizen! Bought two tires yesterday. Went and mounted them ourselves (we have access to professional equipment for mounting and balancing tires). Drove a few miles and had a flat. The sidewall on one of the tires had bubbled out. Its a bad tire. They refused to take it back less than 24 hours after we had it. This is crap. Any item that is bad, they take back. This was an obvious flaw on the tire, it shouldn't matter who mounted it. I'll never buy anything from the automotive dept again. Terrible customer service. read more

We were on our way back home to California from a long road trip when we discovered we had a flat tire. We were near the Walmart in Buckeye Arizona and stopped by their auto center on 12/28/15 at around 8am. They immediately saw we had a nail in the flat tire and repaired it quickly and cheaply. I would like to thank William for greeting us and processing our job and to Jonah for repairing the tire and getting us back on the road quickly and inexpensively. It is nice in this day and age to receive such excellent customer service and not be charged an arm and a leg. I would recommend this store without hesitation. read more
