Terrible customer service. We waited at 2 different departments for 2 different items, and each time nobody came to offer any help. After pressing the assistance button, and having other employees just walk past us, we had to find an employee BOTH TIMES, to unlock certain cases to purchase these items. These employees here are rude, unwilling to help, and completely useless. read more

The place is good but, I went to the website and tried to go shopping something was missing. A NINTENDO SWITCH! Me and my mom were doing research for the past 2 days and the 1st place we googled was Walmart. I go to this Walmart cause it close to my house. It's a super Walmart so they have a market inside. It's not the biggest Walmart and they pack stuff in the center aisle so there's not much room to move when it's busy. read more

Bazoongi Jump King Rocket Trampoline Tent I don't normally complain but a warning that the trampoline should be secured down should be on the tent or given by walmart because I floated about 6 foot off the ground and landed about 75 feet away only stopped by the pecan trees which tore it up so I had it a week... what a waste. read more

Just an another beautiful close to Autumn day. With a lot of tourists in town, for Army Graduation. I , was very disappointed. First, the store was completely unorganized. Very little employee. If you had the opportunity to find an associate. Which bring me to my DELI department. Second, I asked if I can placed an order. She informed me, she will have to call the other woman help me. The other woman , SCREAMED. I'M OFF!!!! I'VE cleanup. Well, that fine and dandy. However, the department doesn't close until 8pm. It was only 7:39pm. I'm sure, the line that was waiting, probably went somewhere else. Like I done. Third, the slight price higher. Probably, a good 15-20 % markup. Moment like this, I'm very happy to lived in beautiful Goose Creek, SC. Where our Walmart is clean and fully stocked. With professional associates. QUESTION?? WHY wear a vest with the "How may I help you ", if you cannot deliver and simply care less. Be grateful to have a job. read more

I shop at Walmart frequently and this is one Walmart store I go to because its usually closest. Well I purchased some spray paints last week to use on a project. At the time I didn't know what the color would look like and its hard to tell from a can or cap. Anyway I took them back today after testing two of the colors and one can I didn't do anything with. I had not used enough of the paint to make a difference. When I walked in with my bag, the young man who is suppose to sick a label for return on told me to go to the service desk and motioned to do so . I ask him if he was going to give me a label and he told me he'd be over there. He came to me and stuck three labels after scanning them. Where the experience gets rude was when I approached the woman doing the returns. I'd seen her A few times before, but she's never been rude to me. She first ask if I had a receipt and I told her no. I happen yo notice the sign literately behind her head saying refund and exchange would be made without a receipt. I told her no and she took the can out if my bag and opened each one of them, shook them and telling me that's been used and were " empty"! Now I had already told her I sprayed a little of the two cans to see the color, but the cans were FAR from empty! What made it worse was she talk to me like I was a small child who's been caught lying! I didn't so irritate the treatment our the fact that when I told her they were not empty she told me they were! If a can of spray paint is truly empty you'd hear just the ball and nothing else. When she shook them you could clearly hear paint sloshing around!? This woman, I don't know her name but she has shirt hair, wears glasses, light skinned black woman..I didn't pay a ton of attention to her actual appearance other than that, she was not a bad looking lady just rude! To take the tops of the sprays? I could understand shaking them but they weren't empty and that was what got me! I told her out of frustration that she could just keep it and she tells me" There's a trashcan you can drop then in around the corner"! I was beyond embarrassed and had there been a long line behind me I don't know what I would have done! I would not bring empty cans back trying to return them and felt she tried to make me feel and look stupid! I end up calling a manager before I even left the parking lot! No one should be treated that way our embarrassed! The manager who's name was Shonte was very nice and I voiced my complaint to her. I also expressed that they'd accept used hair products back but not cans of paint. In the paint section, admit all the cans have been tested IN THE STORE! I would never do that, but when I bought my paints they had paint on the cans also. She told me she's refund me, but I didn't even want to come back in because if that woman! I'm going later today and asking for Shonte, for her I give five stars because she talk to me like a human. I gave two stars for the woman's lack of customer service skills and rudeness! Overall I enjoy shopping at Walmart stores. They just need to be more selective about the types of people they employ. read more

Habitually understaffed as usual. There are only 4 registers, including electronics, open and in conducting a rough count of customers I've counted at least 200 ppl. None of the employees are moving with a scence of urgency. This is ridiculous! read more

Surprisingly geuss what! This is the worst Walmart in the town period. Even after a remodel years back they apparently hired the same garbage staff. Lazy and they do not give a crap about the customers. You will be treated badly. Purchased a chainsaw here one time. When I got it home and opened the box I started assembling it. There was sawdust in the chain grove! I took it back to the store and told "CUSTOMER SERVICE"that I ordered a new one not a used one. She explained to me that that one was new. I proceeded to show her the sawdust and she explained to me that it came from the retailer like that "I said I am not stupid can I see the manager" after about 30 minutes I finally got another chain saw! Not the first time either bought a Router once and it had someone else's information on it when I hooked the unit up. Took it back and was told they "NEVER" re-box electronics. When I then asked how did (I gave her the name address of the previous customer that the router had on it) and she proceeded to explain to me that I could have been produced that way! Really Really wow can I get my money back before I punch somebody!!!! read more

Yes they have everything you could ever need. But avoid this place on the weekends, the lines can be out of control and often I spend more time waiting than I did finding my items. However, I do appreciate the fact that they let just about any charitable organization set up a table outside to ask for donations. read more

I chose to get my hair curled at Smartstyle hair salon while my regular cosmetologist was out of town. HUGE MISTAKE! Would have been better going to Rivertown School of Beauty and letting the students have at it. This "guy" who shall remain nameless claimed he use to own 2 top of the line upscale salons locally but when I asked him the names of the shops he froze and had to think about it for a few moments. He claimed he couldn't figure out how my hair was cut previously....short on sides long on top AND I showed him several pictures. When I finally figured out that he had no idea what he was doing after attempting to curl my sides, I asked him to stop and just comb it out into a short pageboy style....again he was shown pictures of me in this style. He admitted himself that my hair was of good texture and easy to curl, which I've been told often. Why oh why then did I look like a pic of Al Sharpton circa 1988. Never again will I laugh at my husband when he complains about a bad haircut when his barber is not available. Those tables sholl turned! Thank GOD my daughter chose to walk around Walmart and shop until I was done. Her hair is natural, thick, long, and super healthy. He said he was going to wash her hair then dry it by starting at the roots....isn't that how you typically dry hair when using a hand dryer. Why not have her sit under the dryer tho...he claimed because he's never seen anyone dry hair the way he does by using a flat brush instead of a rolled brush??????? When I got home, I was able to undo what was done and now I look normal again. read more
