Tire Center is absolutely a circus of clowns. Nobody knows what they are doing! The staff here are as shady & rude as the customers! What on earth?! We spent a nightmarish 2-3 hours total- just getting 4 online tires. Had to leave the car overnight because of the excuses and the inconvenience! I grew up in a small town in Southern Ohio, where Walmart was our only real store. And because of that, I love Walmart. All through college if I felt home sick, or bored, or just really needed a pick me up, Walmart was my go to place. But never this Walmart. Because this Walmart is the worst one on the planet. It's like Walmart hell. You can get scabies from just pulling into the parking lot. So why do I go here? Because about three times a year Brett P. and I decide to do our weekly grocery shopping at Walmart because it's cheap, and this one is by far the closest. And by the time we're in line at the register we're slathering ourselves in sanitizer and swearing NEVER AGAIN. The produce is awful. It's dirty, and often moldy, and if it isn't moldy yet it'll be gross by the next day. The floor is inevitably sticky, the aisles are crowded, and there are kids running wild. Then you get to the worst part: checking out. The clerks here have two speeds. Slow, and should we poke her because maybe she's dead slow. They never smile, they never say hello, and they don't give a crap how they pack your groceries, so I hope you like your bread smashed if you lose your mind and visit here. I could say more, but I'd go over the word limit with how dirty and horrible this place is. Do yourself a favor and if you have to go to Walmart, drive to Lewis Center or Grove City. Online ordering is inaccurate and dismal. Ordered orbital polisher for store pickup and 5 hours later, it had not been picked. Inventory showed one in stock but after a long call with no helpful information from the employee, I decided to venture to the store as inventory showed one in stock. After speaking with a helpful associate, she shared that the online inventory is NOT accurate and they did not have the item. Frustrating is an understatement. Love the store, hate the location!!! This Walmart really needs to get it together. Without a shadow of a doubt, you will always have to wait in some long line. You could run a marathon to Chicago and come back and would still have to wait to be cashed out. Out of the 2,213,097,451,572,188 cash register's, only 2 will be open. I've seen cashier's be on their phone checking text messages in the midst of checking me out (Ummm where they do that at?!) and other cashier's won't even greet you with a simple hello once you approach their register. During my 15 days stay in columbus, I'd shopped here a few times. Once I bought a pack of 8 Oz diet coke ( there were 8 pieces in the pack). The price displayed in the shelf was $ 3. . Back home I noticed it in the receipt the cashier charged me $ 3X8= 24 dollars but I had to leave for airport so couldn't go back to the store. The cashier wasn't very attentive, during the whole time she served me she wasn't even facing me. I can always get in and out of this store fairly quickly. They always have what I need except for cosmetics. Their cosmetics are consistently low and I can never find what I need. The employees aren't very friendly but if you ask them where something is, they generally point you in the right direction. This Walmart has always been receiving terrible reviews and substandard criticism -- my recent experience completely shot all of those slurs out of the park! First of all, the floors were super clean and all of the produce was especially fresh and very well lit and organized! Also, the store now features two security guards, so the chaotic atmosphere from the past is yesterday's memory -- thank you management for this very simple, but effective measure. The supermarket has a legitimate purpose for consumers, and should not be sabotaged by recklessness. Thank you again Walmart for dramatically improving the entire store -- Easton wonderland is right across the street and Walmart is definitely taking a positive step in the right direction. Horrible experience just trying to buy a ticks and fleas killer for my dog. They keep the good medications locked such that you need customer service to help you unlock the hanging system that they got. Went searching for the phone Walmart usually has available and none was close by, searched through all the front aisles in the pet and cosmetic area to find someone who can help me and no one in the area. the guy in the front door does not have a radio/phone to call for help, the guy sent me to customer service. The "new" Wal-Mart on Morse Road has earned 4 stars from us. It has risen from the ashes as the WWW, World's Worst Walmart. We avoided this Wal-Mart for years, but each time we have returned in the past few months, it has consistently been clean, well lit and staffed by helpful employees. It used to have long , understaffed checkout lines, staffed with poor-attitude employees. That has been reversed. The pharmacy was particularly helpful and efficient. They have made great improvements and we've become regular shoppers. read more

This is the store I worked at (I was in the deli) and where I did most of my shopping when I lived in the area over the course of a year. Before that, I'd been in some pretty ghetto/rednecky Walmarts, but after shopping and ultimately working there, this one is the worst BY FAR. If I could get away with a "no star" rating, I would. Just giving it one star is entirely too generous. I've been to some pretty ghetto Walmarts, but this is a completely different kind of ghetto. The employees who stock the shelves never check the dates on food, and they actually put returned FROZEN merchandise that has sat out for hours BACK ON THE SHELVES. As a customer, I have gone into that store and picked up something for dinner, checked the date, and immediately told a manager it was expired. Some of the things they "miss" expired three to six months ago. As an employee, I did my best to pull outdated products, but I was scheduled to stock shelves two days a week and couldn't keep up with the laziness of the woman who stocked the other five days. The main cake decorator was fired for sexual harassment of young female employees. Before that, she'd been reprimanded numerous times for not wearing gloves while working with cakes, and everyone kept an eye on orders because she never followed customer instructions. Parents complained to managers about her for going after their kids. Granted the kids that come into this store with their parents are the absolute worst, but I would watch her chase kids away from the display case and the donut case and threaten them simply for LOOKING. The deli seems to attract the worst people. Don't go to the deli before 3PM; no one's behind the counter. You won't get any service. Having worked first shift in this deli, I've seen them grab something - BARE-HANDED! - out of the hot case and take it to the back room, all while looking at customers waiting to be served. They wait until the last minute to start cooking orders, too. There was a gentleman that came in not too long ago, and he had to wait two hours while the new girl and I cooked his order of fried chicken after someone else "misplaced" (read: threw away) the order form. There was one cretin who worked there with me who started fights with customers and coworkers alike. Oh, and the Africans they employ just to get their federal tax credit. You can barely understand most of them, and of course they don't understand you when you ask them something. With exception to a sweet African lady who works first shift in the deli, they're not too nice, either. In the three months I worked there, the Health Department came to this store five or six times, twice on days I was working. HOW IS THIS STORE STILL OPEN?! If a state or city organization has to come out there that often, that should be a sign of a huge problem and indicate that it should be shut down, don't you think? As for the managers? Their allegiance is to their paychecks, not to their employees or customers. A few of the actually NICE associates get chewed out by rabid bitches, and then when a manager is called, the employee gets his/her butt reamed over nothing. Likewise, an employee (like the chick in the deli) will get away with absolute murder because the manager (usually an African-American) will claim the customer is picking on the employee because of their race. No one wins at this store, except the managers. For the record, you NEVER see the store manager. I can count the number of times I've actually SEEN her walking around the store during my shift on one hand; she usually stayed in her office and will have nothing to do with her employees. She's practically forbidden any of the other managers (including zone managers) from having any interaction with associates. This includes taking breaks and meals in the break room. The customers at this store are just as bad. They'll order stuff at the hot case at the deli, then walk through the store eating it. I've found bags of chicken bones in the fitting room, among other things. The front restroom is an atrocious, disgusting mess because apparently no one that shops there is potty-trained and maintenance never goes up there on a regular basis to clean it. Empty containers everywhere because someone opened something, took the contents, and left the packaging, discoveries I made while stocking, doing returns, and just wandering through the store on breaks. Lastly, the checkout. There are only three cashiers I see regularly who move things along. The self-checkout is never open, and there are only 3-4 registers open at peak hours. If you're going in for one or two things that you could probably find at Target or Trader Joe's (there's a Trader Joe's at Easton west of Crate & Barrel) or Giant Eagle, I suggest going to the other establishments rather than this Walmart. I've gone in for one thing and been held up in line for over an hour. The good things? Hard to say. read more

I made a huge mistake by going to Walmart Easton today. What a fiasco. They did have, or tried to have, social distancing guidelines in place, but certainly did not enforce them. There were no carts inside the store, but strewn throughout the parking lot, with no one collecting them or wiping them down. People completely disregarded the entrance guidelines and plowed right through past people who were trying to comply. Walmart employees looked on like a deer in the headlights. I have not felt fear during this entire pandemic until now. I left immediately, came home and showered and washed my clothes. I hate going to Walmart on a good day, but this was it for me. read more

I have never had an issue with my car until --- Mid November 2016 I made a trip to the WalMart Auto department on Morse Rd. to have four new tires put on my car. For convenience, I had the oil changed. Feeling good about that I felt thankful, but after less than three days at home I started noticing liquid drops all over the driveway. After christmas it was everywhere. I do not have access to the car at all times, so finding out it was oil spilling from the walmart oil change I was worried that it had been too long for a complaint. I finally get back up there in 2017 only to have the current auto manager immediately say, it had been too long for him to care and I would not be getting any compensation, this was said before he even checked out the problem. Turns out his crew had tripled the amount of oil in the car. They even recognized the oil seeping out wherever it could and then pointed out it wasn't dripping where they sealed the oil cap. So, in their opinion, it wasn't their fault. Then showed me another possible leak that was not leaking prior to getting the tires and oil changed. ALL problems occurred out the door of walmart auto shop. Coincidence, it's not. Nothing was dripping until I left the WalMart auto shop. Could an underpaid employee get high, or not, before work and intentionally make a joke or mistake out of my car, yes, it is possible. Regardless of what more I could say, it doesn't matter, I was dismissed as a paying trustworthy honest customer. Treated as a liar and a cheat before anyone knew what was going on. Not good customer service.. The same manager, I have seen belittling his employees and being rude to other customers who posed no threat. He, name inserted, should be FIRED. Enough is enough. These big britches stores advertise convenience and satisfaction only to be falsely advertising what actually happens. Untrained auto employees, a disjointed manager, obnoxious loud threatening conversation that sets the tone for the failure to communicate. In the end, it isn't worth saving 25 bucks on tires and 3 bucks on an oil change when it nails the coffin into your 16 year old car.. Thanks WalMart for kicking out the last leg and causing me to suffer undue stress for your bottom line of greed and lies. MY ADVICE - DON'T use walmart auto shop, go to a reputable auto shop where they know what they are doing and don't use ploys and set ups to block you from what's rightfully yours.. The odds of a good mechanic messing up your car is light years away from the damage a walmart employee can do in one visit. read more

I ordered two items to be delivered to the store for pickup. a week lied or I get an email that one of the items showed up the other two is still coming but that I needed to pick up my partial order within the next 7 days. Why would I want to make two trips to pick up one order? after the 7 days expired I had never received notification of the second item arrive so I called Walmart customer service. apparently both items arrived but one was never scanned in and they were both at the store for pickup. I asked customer service to call the store to verify that I would both be available since one had not been stand in I didn't want to waste a trip. Customer service cannot contact their own store at 11:00 a.m. . After 10 minutes she said to store must be closed. 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning the store is open. Amazon eats their lunch!
