This used to be my favorite target... now, not so much. There is something that just doesnt make me feel warm and fuzzy when I hear a recorded voice on a speaker that is so loud I can here it in my car with my windows closed say" this lot is being recorded for your safety". That kind of makes me want to put my car in reverse and go to a different target But since I just came from a different target and found that target didn't have the item I went in for and learned this one did... you get it. I go in. This target only has one entrance which is a bummer as what I needed was clear on the other side. I will give it some props...as I passed the Hearth and Hand I noticed it was nicer. It had a nicer flow into the sections next to it. What was weird at this location is they had no cashiers. Everything was scan yourself. After a tiny wait in line I got an open register and scanned myself (pretty easy) and off I went. Yelp always wants us to tell you about precieved value: Do I think Target is a good value?.... No. Why? Cuz when you go to target you leave with more than you came in for. I came to this Target for one thing. I left with three. Oh--I had just come from another Target where I went in for one thing and left with a full cart minus the one thing. Yet Im sure I will be back in a week. I went to this target about two weeks ago (mid April 2025) and was very disappointed. Target has really fallen apart and this location is not an exception :( I went to buy some bathing suits - everything was all over the place and was so hard to sift through the sets and sizes. After spending about 20-30 mins I finally went to try them on, only to find that the store attendant watching the fitting rooms couldn't let me into any bc she was cleaning the fitting rooms. I very kindly requested that she open just one for me and emphasized that I was definitely going to make a sale after trying on the sizes. She came across totally indifferent to my request and insisted that the fitting room was closed. There were still about 45-50 mins until the store closing. I went to the manager who was stoic and apathetic in her apology while stating that there was nothing they could do. I was told that I could buy all of the items and then return what I didn't want. What an absolute hassle for the customer who specifically came into the store to try on items!! Maybe the times have changed and the standards of professionalism have heavily scaled down. Im in my mid 30s and usually an easy going person, and even to me this seemed like the customer service at Target has hit a new low. No wonder Target is closing stores across the country and the stock price is plummeting - what a shame :/ read more

Surely I've already reviewed this? Okay. Well, this is the closest to us, so Sweetie or I come in quite often. It's a standard Target, layout is normal. "Big box" but not huge, so you might not find everything you need, which you might at a bigger store like Meijer. But they have a good selection, and some nice items. Usually I am here for household goods. They have some food, hardware, a big clothes section, etc. Decent toy area. Prices are a little higher than Walmart or Meijer, but not bad. Plenty of parking, handy to Easton and the highway. I don't know, some folks love this place. I tolerate it. read more

All praise and honor goes to Target for saving my turkey in the late hours of the evening before Thanksgiving. I appreciate they are closed right now (until 5 PM Thanksgiving evening) but they were open until 11 PM last night. I had mistakenly thought I had a roasting bag for the turkey. And when I looked and found out I didn't, I ran to my local Giant Eagle. Of course, they were out. So rather than start driving all over tarnation trying to find one, I went home and got online. At first I thought maybe Walmart. But we hate Walmart. Then I thought Lowes??? Nope. And right next door to Lowes at Easton is TARGET! I didn't think they would have a grocery item like that online (showing if available), but sure enough - they did. AND I COULD PURCHASE IT online and pick it up at the front of the store. No waiting in line for a cashier or looking high and low for it within the store. BONUS - hubby could pick it up on his way home. Sure enough, I was able to check out and pay the $2,50 or so. Forwarded the email to hubby and asked him to pick it up on his way home. They were open until 11, so him being home late was not an excuse. I do all the cooking - the least he could do was pick up this last minute item that was already paid for. He picked it up. It was exactly what I needed (of course) and the turkey will go in the oven in the bag shortly. BOO YAH! A new BIG Target fan! read more

Today I was on a mission for 2 things. First, I needed to get this new face cleansing wash I had came across on the internet I've been wanting to try made specifically for Black skin. Second, I wanted to get my hands on at least 1 pint on Museum of Ice Cream. I know those 2 don't go together, but that's not why we are here . Being the tech savvy person that I am, I like to check and see if stores carry items before I head out of my house, partly because I'm lazy and partly because I don't like wasting my time and gas is expensive ‍‍. I typically don't have an issue with Target so when I saw that they had this ice cream in stock I trusted it. Being that it was a limited edition and I live close I left right away. Their system was incorrect they did not have it in stock. It was also disappointing to know that the staff did not know anything about these MOIC items. Why you ask? Because it was a partnership MOIC had specifically to Target (think Hunter, Alexander McQueen, etc). So I was surprised. Fortunately, I was was able to get my face and luckily I did because when I went to the other Target they did not have it, but they did have all 7 ice cream flavors. I wish they would take more time to update their inventory system if they are going to have that as a tool for customers to rely on. Also, employees should be more aware of limited edition products. PS- try the ice if you have a chance. I didn't tour the Targets of Columbus for nothing. So far I've had the Sprinkles Pool and it was good I'd give it a B. Grade: C+ read more

It's been a while since I walked into this Target. It used to be a great store. Today we went in, and loaded up a cart. The store is clean and the carts are always in good shape. We finish shopping and go to the front to find no cashiers and a huge line at the self-checkout. Typical these days but sadly not unusual. Some guy at a self-checkout starts yelling for service because no one is there to help. A worker from customer service goes over to help him. A couple minutes later no less than four people show up at the front to see who was yelling. We told what appeared to be an asst manager he'd been helped and mentioned it'd be nice if more registers were open on a Saturday. He told us they were closed because everyone called off. Dude. I just watched four people run up and subsequently fade back to the aisles, not including the two standing around in electronics doing nothing and you're telling me you have no one to take people's money? That's too bad because this used to be a nice store. read more

This location is awful. Never have anything in stock and no one ever offers to help. Always thought Target was better than that but I'm fed up with this location. Regularly purchase their Market District Cereal Bars (they are way better than Nutrigrain) but they are never ever in stock! I could order them online and pick them up or have them shipped but they are $1.99 online or $1.50 instore. I refuse to pay extra for a product that they can't keep in stock. Such a joke. UPDATE: Went back to this Target to get a partytray for the OSU game against Tulane. Purchased a tray and got back to a work party only to realize that the cheese in this tray was bad and that the tray expired 20 DAYS AGO!!! This store needs new management! Just disgusting. Update: (January 2019) Welp, I ordered granola bars on the app for pick up and they will price adjust them at the customer service desk. Waste of time but that's how they operate... I also ordered a pair of boots for pick up (that I was really excited about...) but 5 minutes later I received a notification that they are unavailable. When I got to target for my pick up, I decided to venture back the show section to see if they have any other pairs I may like. Guess what! I found the left boot of the pair I ordered and was told is unavailable. Spent 5 mins searching for the other with no luck. In another aisle I found an associate doing nothing and asked her if she had seen the other or if they had a section where they keep missing shoes, just hoping. She walked away, typed the number on her phone thing and told me the boots are not actually sold in stores. I proceeded to show her where they are on a shelf, all size 11. She looked on the handheld again and then told me these are old clearance boots and should be thrown away....so confused that this point. She told me nothing could be done, took the left boot, and set it down on a shelf covered in miscellaneous items for all different departments and walked away. While I really like my target, every time I try to shop, I have to get harassed by AT&T employees. While the first time it was whatever, it's so annoying to not be able to shop without having to tell some random employee no multiple times. I also don't like how if I say no, they keep asking, I get that's probably how they're trained, but it's very annoying. I shouldn't be interrupted by a randomly employee. read more

Wow, I am a huge target fan but this store was a hot mess. I understand Sunday night and all but it looked like it had not been cleaned or shelves tended to in days. They had things on the floor that were trip hazards. I am not used to a target looking so shabby. Prices seemed comparable to my Cleveland store and all the typical amenities a Starbucks in the store a dollar section in the from etc the low score was all based on cleanliness. I don't live close so not sure I'll be back to evaluate fit several months but based on this visit I will try to find another location. read more

I've been to this target since it open back in maybe 1997 or something lol. I haven't been to this location in over 6 years. Today I needed to buy a gift for my daughters b day. A tv was the objective. The store layout has completely changed since the last time I was here. But I enjoyed the updates. It has a real clean finish and easy on the eyes. I came to electronic department and wasn't greeted right away but I was fine with that because I didn't want to be bothered yet. I looked around for the deals and they had a few decent deals on tvs. I was greeted finally and by that time I had my questions on price and features of a tv. The sales rep was really kind and informative. He didn't rush me off and looked up two prices. So I purchased the tv had small talk and was on my way. He sales man even called up front to let them know I was on my way out with a purchased tv. All and all a cool experience. read more

I haven't reviewed this Target prior because, well, it's Target. I think most Americans have stepped into one of their locations at some point in there lives and had a similar experience. With the new renovations to this location, however, something's changed. It's pretty obvious when you walk in that the layout has changed. Every Target location has a different set up and just when you start getting comfortable you've got yours memorized, bam!, they switch it up on you. These changes are more than just flip flopping aisle locations, however, Target is getting a new vibe and I'm not sure if I like it. Does anyone else get department store vibe now? Products in accessories are displayed with more thought. Everything all of the sudden has more room, and the lighting has spotlights on products and shelves vs. just the normal overhead arrangements. The alcohol aisle now even has expanded with some sculpture pieces hanging from the ceiling. Reading that over it doesn't seem like it's a bad thing. Really it's not, but in a way it's ominous. Is the Target experience we all know about to change? With recent news that Target will be replacing the Mossimo and Merona brands for more exclusive labels, perhaps it is. I can't really speak for the future, but I'm currently a loyal Target customer. As with most companies, the biggest deals are online. Weekly discounts and deals on products online range from 5%-30% off and sometimes have an additional sale percentage off. If you time it right, you can get even 40-45% off in total if you use the Red card and perhaps even more on mega clearance items. Side note, the Red card gives you 5% off everything (including groceries) and free shipping. It's a no brainer and helps combat sales tax. Get it! Anyway, back to the deals...I love brick and mortar shopping, but it's crazy to think most people are going in store and paying full price for an item that is on sale online and is available for store pick up. With a little preplanning, you can order online for pick up in store and still browse the aisles while scoring the deals. Plus there is an employee with a man bun (I apologize I do not know his name) and he'll take great care of you at the counter whether it's a pick up, returns, or both. He's super efficient to get you through the line quickly and he never complains even if you come in with a butt load worth of online returns. read more

Target will always be my primary choice over places like Wally World. Target is a stand-up business that carries the items we need at a reasonable and fair price. Now, some things are more or less expensive here, but if you plan your trips well you can come out on time. For example, paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels are a little cheaper than Kroger. But Kroger is cheaper for the rest of your weekly grocery needs. Kroger does not have the variety of baby formulas that Target does, though. So as I said, if you plan your trips, you can come out on top. read more

I was in Target shopping for home essentials and other things like snacks, decor, etc. I ran into a women who had just lost their home due to a house fire. It had me terribly upset hearing about it and all I could think was "This poor woman must be going through it all, I really hope everything is okay with her and she doesn't need to deal with any other nonsense." Of course this wasn't possible for her, she checks out all the stuff in the top of her cart. With how expensive everything is and all she had in her cart must have been over $200. She paid for it and me and her were were talking while we exited the store. Moments later security comes out yelling at her and telling her they need her back in the store because she "stole" something. She realizes in the moment, she forgot about the air mattress she had in the bottom of the cart. This mistake has been made by me, my mom, literally anyone. She apologizes and says how she lost her home literally the night before. Do they care? Absolutely not, they take her in and put her on a "do not trespass list" are you kidding me? I have walked out of a target accidentally with a $40 comforter and hadn't payed for it. Security alerted me, went back in payed, told them it was a misunderstanding and nothing happened to me? Not to mention I'm a white person, the woman I'm talking about was a black woman. Do you see the discrimination? Cause I sure as hell do, I'm disgusted honestly. read more

Great items but terrible customer service. Showed up early for a pick up order. Store was not busy at all. Offered to get the item myself if the coupon code could be honored. Was told nope by the manager Adrienne & to wait 2 hours & come back!! Absolutely outrageous. Found the same in store coupon on cartwheel, got the item & canceled the order. Why wasn't anyone willing to suggest that. Store associates also have no knowledge of how to use the app. Needs to hire better employees. read more

Typical Target. Seems like they have changed the layout here and also the selection. Had a tough time finding scarves, seems like shoe selection is less than it used to be. Generally good pricing on health and beauty, pet care, cleaning supplies. I was looking specifically today for gift baskets that I had seen on their web site but they had absolutely none in stock. Very disappointed. Employees are usually pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. No lines at check out which is always a plus. read more

Oddly enough, Laura processed my return with much ease and a high level of customer service. Standard typical Target. I do like that they have a decent size "Market". Had I never visited a huge Target Market in San Francisco, I would have assumed this size was the standard. I do find it a challenge shopping with a cart here. Moving through most clothing displays, requires rubbing past hanging clothes. Buyer beware! I have taken home a garment that I later found to be missing one of it's cuff buttons. I believe this to be a damaged item from continuous rubbing of carts. All items in the store are of the "good" to "very good" quality, with mild sprinklings of cheaper budget items. Those appear dominantly during the Christmas season on many of their own displays. Surely you have seen these thoughtless gift ideas. Heated ice scrapers. Desktop darts. Cheesy travel mugs. Items that make silly noises, that are only funny in the store to the buyer. Target carries many of their own brand names from clothing, housewares, toys, food and more. I have nothing bad to say about their brands. For the most part, it's of good quality. Of course no Target would be complete without a Starbucks inside. read more

I was told by the manager Sara that since I do not have a receipt for a dyson purchased at target for a shower gift, that I would have to post it on a website or sell it to a friend. Or...I could pick out another vacume. Either way, I could not get in store credit. And if I picked a new vacume...I could not get in store credit with that receipt. Targets are Targets. While some do offer more and others less, you probably know what you will find within them. To some, this is a magical place where you loose hours of your time, and lil by lil your money. It's no secret there is science dedicated to keeping you moving and picking things up. And on that note, I recommend the free and simple Cartwheel app. You can scan barcodes in aisle or preselecte and create a shopping list. In the end you get a barcode your cashier scans and you save on things you need and things ya want. I have also seen in store Starbucks drink discounts under food, beverages if that's your happiness. Meanwhile, others use Target for quick, hopefully painless last minute grabbing and going. And that is why I appreciate their selection of 'basics' which on occasion helped me with an "emergency" pair of pants or heart shapped cookie cutters. Oh and the self checkout helps. But I'm rambling. This Target is nice, has the easy to locate and navigate departments you seek, and I have found rather friendly, and helpful employees over time. Not always so when I find i have to interrupt a loud conversation to use a dressing room. Nevertheless, this is a busy store and aisles, shelves and racks can become all levels of disorganized. But does that say more about the customers who just can't seem to put things back where they found them? Pet peeve, sorry. So if you're for some reason reading this before your first visit, just go in: browse the dollar(s) section at your own risk, get a trendy tshirt in every color or perhaps a more pricey investment piece, touch all the soft blankets, avoid the squawking toys.... read more

I love Targets...I've probably been in almost every one in Columbus. However, I walked into this one on a Sunday and was surprised at the trail of trash from the parking lot into the doorway. The shelves were a mess and the bathroom had toilet paper everywhere (including the sinks!) and every toilet was overflown and disgusting. I left without buying anything. read more

I'm a big fan of Target.....however I am not a fan of your filthy parking lot. I'm appalled that management did not notice the trash swirling about. As for the inside I felt dirty like I was in Wal-Mart. Someone really needs to take a broom and or leaf blower to the outside and a mop to the inside. A clean store makes for happy customers.......
