Do yourself a favor and avoid this walmart at all costs. The whole store is a travesty. The parking lot is rinky dink and littered with trash and shopping carts everywhere. Inside is pretty dirty as well in the food aisles nearly all the shelving is dirty and rusted. Nothing is in order throughout most of the store. I'm not one to visit Walmart very often. With that being said, I found myself shopping for a few items at this store. After returning home, I found out one of the items I purchased was broken, so I returned to the store to get a refund. I waited 30 minutes in the customer service line to find out the individuals working here didn't know how to process my return. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to find someone competent enough to process a simple return for the item I bought. Additionally, the customer service at this store was fairly rude. I recommend avoiding this specific Walmart if at all possible. read more

This is absolutely the worst retail establishment I've ever been in. The entrance near Sam's Club stinks (it literally reeks of... Well, I can't quite put my finger on it) the shelves are in terrible shape, the Toy department looks like a bomb went off with product seemingly placed in a haphazard "who gives a fuck" manner. The "express" checkout is anything but speedy (and the young lady that checked me out neglected to actually card me for my purchase of a knife (even though there was a prompt). Oh, and the ceiling over the action figures aisle is leaking onto product without a wet floor sign or bucket to be seen. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

We shop here alot because of the location if we had a choice we wouldnt bother coming here because the shelves are always bare and the customer service is horrible. Walmart was my favorite place to shop but this walmart has fell very short of expectations in my book. So 2 days ago i got an oil change for $26. The guy at the automotive register told me it came with a complimentary vacuum. Well yesterday i noticed that my car wasn't vacuumed so i went back up there. i came out and seen it was vacuumed so i drove off. Well today i noticed that only the front of my car was vacuumed. My back wasn't even touched. I called back up there and asked if the front and the back gets vacuumed or what and the manager said just the front! JUST THE FRONT? So yall asses are either too lazy n greedy for that 26 dollars. Vacuuming the back as well as the front would only make sense. BUT I do know this was my first and last time i get an oil change there! Pharmacy Tech was rude calling me "sweetie" and argumentative while giving contradictory statements. Waited on hour and 25 to speak to the store manager "Billy". Finally someone came out and told me the store manager would not speak with me or make an appointment for another time/day. What else can I say, everything you read from the other posts is 100% true. I've lived a few miles from this store for over 12 years and have never been in the store without having a bad experience. I only go in there if I really can't find what I need somewhere else (Target and Meijer are just a few miles away). I avoid this Ghettomart at all costs. This Store does not rate any stars, The employees are not trained, Most of the employees are rude and seem to not care. I did receive a warm welcoming to the store by the greeters, after that everything is a uphill battle for basic customer service. Please learn that the customer comes first, you need to take one customer at a time. All this is not the employee fault. Greed is the main reason these stores fail in customer service, So greedy they will try to run a super center with not even 25% of the workers they need to provide a good customer experience. They cut the employees to keep money in their own pockets. If I could give this negative stars I would. The store is constantly disgusting, and the employees are total garbage. I've never been treated as awful as I am by any employee anywhere on earth as I have been here. I avoid this place like the plague. My girlfriend and I went to this Walmart to pick up a futon we had ordered online. We just moved so we decided we would get the rest of our home items there since we were already going to pick up the futon. We had a long shopping list so clearly we had questions as to where things were located. Every single employee we asked acted like we were ruining their day by asking for their help. I think we asked 7 different people questions and everyone was extremely rude. It was shocking how rude they were. If you don't like your job then how about you find another one instead of taking your unhappiness out on customers. When we were finished shopping we went back in to get the futon. Heather helped us and was extremely friendly and helpful. She called for assistance to help us load the futon onto a cart and then into our car. She called 3 times. Nobody ever came. Two male employees were walking to the back and she asked for their help and they seemed annoyed. We got the futon out to the car and she asked an employee that was in the parking lot for help loading it into our car. He also seemed very annoyed and kept saying it's not going to fit and was pretty much refusing to help us load it into our car. The only reason he helped was because me and my girlfriend started lifting the box. We will never be back to this Walmart...or any Walmart for that fact. Heather deserves a promotion. This is the most terrible Wal-Mart in Central Ohio. The Morse Road location is absolutely unprofessional and abhorrent. Approximately 11:45 a.m. today, I wanted to speak to someone in the bakery department. The person who answered the phone did so very unprofessionally, laughing and talking to other employees. I asked to speak to someone regarding their "cupcake cakes". This employee responds "she doesn't work in the bakery department. Therefore I requested to speak to a manager and was told by another employee "that all the managers are off-site at a meeting and to call back tomorrow". The employee said the manager's name is Prudence, is that the first or last name? The employee didn't know. Really, no one is a 5,000 square foot major store can answer a question regarding "cupcake cakes. I then requested to speak to the Store Manager, who is Terra Lester. The employee responded, she's not in, she'll be in tomorrow morning, well what time is that? Customer service is at an all time low, along with your pride. As a major corporation, do you not instill pride and product knowledge amongst your employees. Maybe you should adjust your pricing based upon the customer service you provide. Find and employee suitable, trained, prideful, employees or downsize your operation in order to handle customer's concerns. yes ok the check out timing is extremly slow and most of its produce are horriffic. but i have lived on the north side of columbus majority my whole life and when i need to go in this wal mart it never fails me that i will see a familiar face that i have not seen in ages, which always makes me feel better about coming to this walmart. some products are harder to find because they are never in place, but come on now with a big ass store like that you will rarely find everything in the correct manner. read more

It's funny (sad-type funny) to read such awful reviews about 'the patrons' of a store. I believe the overall attitude of WalMart employees is universally bad with a few exceptions. So, that part of the above comments are 'normal'. I got on this web-site merely for the address, and started to read the comments posted. My 82 year old father had a fender-bender in the parking lot over the weekend. The female driver of the other vehicle was anything but a lady. Though, no citations were issued due to it happening on private property, the female definitely has issues. Common sense was absent as she barreled into a parking place from the opposite direction (while talking on the phone) striking my fathers car as he backed out of his parking place. Upon exiting her car, she was informed by a bystander that she was going the wrong way. In the most colorful uneducated language she could muster she stated 'she could do whatever the #!?% she wanted'. As the scene unfolded and people congregated it become tense. My dad is not one given to verbal altercations, so a couple who witnessed the accident came to his rescue; obtained her (expired) insurance card info, photos, contacted security for accident footage from parking lot cameras, called the police & gave him emotional support (although he can handle his own). Because of the rising frothiness in her demeanor and her gathering entourage, they stayed until my dad was safely on his way. My heartfelt thanks to them.
