we are usually regular shopper here. I try to avoid trying on clothes at this store due to the fact that there is literally no one there to unlock the dressing rooms. Today they surprisingly had someone back there. But the person running the rooms was a very rude middle aged gentlemen. My mother had come into the room with me to give feedback on some clothes that I was trying on. and he was extremely rude to her for "not checking in" and when she said she wasn't aware that she had to he continued to be rude to her. Made us feel very unwelcome. Needless to say. Clothes shopping will no longer be done here. And shopping all together will be limited when coming to this store (they don't have shopping bags anymore unless you bring your own. Or pay 67 cents for a bag if you happen to forget one!). read more

While on vacation for the weekend in Colville we stopped at Walmart for a pair of sandals for me and sunglasses for my boyfriend. Ended up both finding great glasses for about $10 each, comfy sandals for the same price and a great tank top for $15. Clean, well-organized store with a friendly cashier at check-out. read more

Huge store that's always stocked with pretty much anything and everything you need. Very clean with exceptional presentation and the staff are always very helpful too. Personally I love Walmart (I'm Cheap lol) and this store didn't disappoint whatsoever my friends!! read more

This Walmart store is very clean and service is great.The only bad thing is a shortage of cashiers.

Walmart is Walmart, no matter where. This store gets full marks for employees honoring the state mandated mask requirement (100% as far as I've seen) but throw it all away and then some by showing no interest in enforcing it with regards to customers. They request customers to wear masks at the entrance, but don't even question or challenge those who don't or won't, and then once inside the store it's anything goes - which means off come the masks from many who only wore them at the entrance to be allowed in. went in while travelling to pick up a few supplies for camping . They had one cash register open, besides those stupid self serve ones which I hate and refuse to use, the one gal was not even a regular casher and she was having problems. I was back 4 carts with more behind me when I finally found someone that worked there, they were very nice but said they are always very short staffed!! on a weekend in the middle of summer, Really?? Colville Wal-Mart is the worst store I have ever been to. I returned a tent that had ripped in the wind while camping. I had a receipt. I asked the cashier if I could get store credit so I could get a different tent. "Sure, no problem!" she said. Instead she hit the "return to card" button. She told me her mistake and said my funds would not be available for three to four days. I explained to her that I needed a tent right away for a trip, and that is why I asked to do an exchange. She called a manager, and I asked if they could just do a reversal so I could get the tent and get along with my day since it was their mistake. "I'm sorry, we can't." she replied. I said, "Ok, I'll sit here while you guys fix your mistake. I can't leave without a tent. " Soon other managers were called in to try to figure out the mess. Finally, after 30 minutes, a manager said, "Go pick out $100 (the price of my tent return) for your daughter's trip and we will pay for it." That sounded fair to me. I got up and loaded my cart with diapers, pullups and a new, better quality tent. As I rounded the corner in the camping section, the same manager that said they would pay for the amount of the return rounded the corner with another manager and said, "No. We can't give you that $100 refund now." No explanation or anything. My French was not that great, but I said something simply to the degree of "what in actual freak...so you lied to a customer" to which the manager yelled "Call the police!" I was just standing there with my mouth hanging open, not believing what I was hearing, but when he said it again, I walked out of the store without grabbing my tent because I have never had cops called on me before, especially when I was not the one in the wrong! Now I'm out a tent and $100. DO NOT SHOP AT NASTY COLVILLE, WA WAL-MART!!! :( read more

So, I can't believe I'm reviewing a Walmart, but this one is unique. Maybe it was the day and time of our visit. Maybe it was the phase of the moon. Maybe it was pure luck....whatever it was, this Walmart was not overrun with the dregs of humanity. It was the most normal group of people I've ever seen at a Walmart. Even the workers were normal. I don't know much about this town, but I assume they have their fair share of surrley folks, but they weren't here. At least not that day at that time. It was so refreshing. Also, upon returning home we noticed that a t shirt bought here was 3.88 vs 4.84 at home. So not only is it safe and riffraff free; it's cheaper! read more

This "SuperCenter" Walmart pretty much has it all. The clerks were very helpful and it's open 24 hours a day! There were no bargains to be found in the produce section... I was thinking that Washington Apples would be cheaper, but they weren't. read more

My comment is directed to a patron named Joe B. who wrote a review over 3 years ago, and who's only concern was the caliber of people who happen to frequent the store...interesting. Fortunately, for those unlucky souls who don't measure up in the eyes of some, businesses would likely be in hot water for using something like an untidy appearance to use as a discriminatory means in which to allow entrance. If this man were more aware of the plight of certain folks who may not have access to some of the necessities of life, including something as basic and fundamental as a shower or a shave, he wouldn't be so condescending of his brother or sister. Some have come to realize that prejudice is a poor gauge in which to determine the value or worth of another human being. I have watched how a family member living in this very place has been the target of those who judge and look down on people in less fortunate circumstances, and often due to things beyond their control. There is one hero in the crowd, however, who happens to be in management at this store, namely a Mr. Scott Peterson, who displays a more humane and Christian manner when dealing with a struggling individual who is continually sought out and picked on by those who apparently have nothing better to do with their time and attention. People might learn a thing or two from such an exemplary employee as Mr. Peterson...one who goes the extra mile, especially when it comes to serving the helpless...conversely, if Joe blow ever gets control, I shudder to think what it would mean for people like my poor son, who never really stood a chance... read more
