The management at the Coos Bay, OR location is a joke!! We've complained numerous times about Terra, a severally hostile employee, and none of the complaints are taken seriously. Jade must think she owns the place and has the attitude of a true entitled child. Mark just doesn't seem to be concerned about any of the customers safety and the good old store manager Jim, needs to learn how to manage his employees. Each incident with Terra has always been brought to a managers attention, on February 2nd there was another incident with Terra, where she walked by and called us bitches and it turned into a screaming match for over 5 minutes and no manager in site. I had to call the store inside the store to get a manager to show up and check their hostile employee. Paula was the ONLY manager that has actually tried to defuse the situation and was very professional. Terra has harassed my family to the point where she stalked my niece and sister to their cars and was able to find their house, which she made a point of showing up to. The police were involved and had her trespassed on 2/10 for verbally attacking my teenage niece in her driveway, we've got proof of the police report and the neighbors cameras. This has all been reported to Jim, the actual store manager and NOTHING has been done. On 3/11 my sister was in Walmart and once again approached by Jade ,, and assistant manager, where she was trespassed from the store, as retaliation, Jades reasoning being "Terra the hostile employee" has a restraining order against my sister...A COMPLETE LIE!! Not only was my sisters name slandered by their manager but she was embarrassed and humiliated again by the lies from a deranged employee... what exactly are you managing Jim? A bunch of lying, dramatic, power hungry people... name me any job where an employee can call customers "whore and cunts" and cause a scene WHILE ON THE CLOCK and not be fired. How can a store manager allow such disgusting behavior from and employee... the complete lack of disregard to the customer and our safety is sickening. Enough is enough, the people running your store in Coos Bay, OR obviously are not equipped to handle situations where they have to be objective. One sided based on the lies of a very toxic, hostile employee... How do they not ask her for proof of a restraining order, or call the police to see if one has been violated BEFORE slandering my sisters name and embarrassing my family in the middle of the store. It was all lies and Jim does not seem to care about the truth. Your customers are treated like criminals with nothing to go on except lies!! Your managers are slandering a persons character, embarrassing them in front of others especially while representing Walmart's policy's is a joke and unacceptable. Something needs to happen before this deranged employee actually physically hurts someone. She has no shame in approaching children, what's she going to do next. read more

I am grateful for all the hard working Americans that do a great job in keeping this Mega Walmart store operating. I especially appreciate the customer service support team Paula, Bonita , Jacqueline, and Tanya who are all friendly and resourceful in finding fast solutions to resolve any customer issue. Walmart is lucky to have Tanya who is so smart she can manage running not only the customer service's main desk, but simultaneously trains new works and clears any line issues on all of the check out registers. Tanya could run this whole store while looking pretty and smiling no matter how many fires she is putting out at once to keep things running smoothly. What ever you are paying your employees you need to pay them more. I recently read in Forbes Magazine that Walmart made $611 billion dollars last year in sales revenue. I wish Walmart would consider giving back to the communities that made them their billions by building a MEGA recreation indoor fitness center with child care supports, addiction recovery and mental health program supports, along with training programs with short term housing options to support the people who make them rich. I also wish that Walmart would reconsider stopping expansion of self check out only options and add more register clerks. We want live customer service people to talk too. That is part of the shopping experience. We do not want you putting us to work for free to check out the items you make a profit off of...this is zero customer service. read more

This summer I went to Walmart in Coos Bay to get my oil changed. The tire and oil place is around back. Up in the woods is a homeless camp that has been there for years. A homeless man, twitching and waving his arms around asked me to give him money. When I declined he started screaming obscenities and threats as he advanced close to me. I reached into the back of my truck to release my German Shepherd as she was clearly not happy about this. The man instantly turned and ran away. I called the store manager and someone said they would give a message, but my call was never returned. A week later I say a picture of the man in the newspaper having been arrested for public masturbation on the sidewalk of Newmark avenue. Be aware, this camp of dangerous tweaker bums Walmart has allowed to remain behind their store For Years. read more

The store is fine. Everyone is nice, EXCEPT the "lady" (hardly) at the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist named Renee from Eastern Washington should've stayed there! She belongs there with the rest of the wsu sluts!!! She was ncredibly rude to me! She never once looked at me, but couldn't keep her eyes off of my husband. I asked her a question about my dog's insulin. She couldn't take her eyes off of my husband for a second to acknowledge me, (that i was the person actually administering the insulin to my dog). NOT MY HUSBAND, whom she couldn't quit looking at with her bubble headed bimbo looks. She couldn't come up with a simple answer without looking it up. This used to be so pleasant to go to. Not anymore. The main problem I have is the woman who works in returns named Donita. She is the biggest raging bitch and she is horrible at her job. I will never return anything to that stupid store again because of her lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. She treats everybody that way and should be fired immediately. She seems to literally hate her job and anybody who needs her assistance. Take note Walmart, there are a lot better options for that particular position. Great place to watch meth heads, and homeless piss in the parking lot while flying signs for cash. The pharmacy is the worst. Asked to speak to the pharmacist because the girl didn't know how to do her job and he barly spoke English and had to ask her. So next question is why don't we just get prime mates to count pills. Knowing that Walmart allowed a man to die in their aisle, without offer any assistance and even pushing people away who tried to save his life, I will spend more somewhere else than spend less at Walmart. It's a shame, because there are some very hardworking employees there, but for the corporation, it is about putting the little man out of business and emptying our wallets. read more
