This review is really toward Walmart's online service or Walmart.com. But here goes. Purchased a robot vacuum and purchase was deducted from checking account instantly on about 12/9/21, had to returned purchase to the Walmart in Corona Ca on 12/26/21. No problem so far. Clerk scan unit into system and accepted the return. Here is where everything goes bad, it is now 1/6/22 and I'm still waiting for a refund of over $290. It seems when you purchase through Walmart.com or anything on Walmart online services. You don't get a refund until the purchase goes back to where it comes from. Then they do a deposit into your bank account and put a 13 day hold on the deposit. This is not good business practice. It's darn right deceptive. They take my money at the time of purchase but keep my money for almost 30 days after I return purchase. From now on I will only use or keep on using their Two Day Shipping competitor. We know who that is. At least when you return something in person and it's scan into their system, you get your money back within a couple of days. NO MORE WALMART ONLINE for ME! I love Walmarts generally but it's always good to go in when it's not peak hours. This Walmart actually expanded from the last time I've seen it (roughly 3 years ago or so). They have a nice produce area and frozen section. In fact the moment you walk in and stay on the left side you kinda forget that you're in a walmart since all the grocery stuff takes up 1/3 of the store. I've gotten plenty of things here from scrubs, to fruits, to toiletries. Once again, peak hours are never recommended coming in here because parking is horrendous. read more

This Walmart was packed!! Maybe because it was Christmas around the corner, but they at least work their hardest to keep the customers happy. They had a pretty good amount of cashiers open. They even had convenient umbrella bags in the entrance so that your umbrella wouldn't drip inside of the store. Parking was hard to find as well, but that was just because it was so full. read more

This 5-star review goes to a wonderful lady named Effie. She was in the makeup department when we arrived and she was very helpful in finding the products we needed. When we left about 40 minutes later, she was by the registers and saw me trip on some tape on the floor due to the current construction. She apologized and immediately went to cover that spot with an orange cone. I've rarely encountered employees there who care about the customers and truly want to help... Last week I was there with my boss and we asked about a product. The employee we asked seemed so annoyed to be asked for help and didn't even look up the product. She just said "No, I haven't seen that." I don't recall what the product was, but it was something that very possibly could be at Walmart. She practically rolled here eyes at us. read more

I live closer the the McKinley, location but they are no longer open 24 hours. so I found my self here at after 12:30 am purchasing dog food. I found this location cleaner and the parking lot lit up brighter & I felt much safer. The stores are exactly the same as the rest. Great prices and they do have a seriously the largest selection of frozen foods, ice cream etc in one store. Their alcohol is a big savings too. They carry just about anything the the liquor stores sell. read more

I believe you could find most anything your looking for here and kinda cheap. Wear your walking shoes because this store is huge! It seems pretty clean and stocked well. It's a good place to buy cleaning products, paper products staples etc. Not so sure about the meat. Lots of odd stuff you can't get elsewhere like air filters, camping supplies, fans, and the list goes on. The staff is awesome,the pharmacy very efficient & cheap. It's a warehouse kind of store a one stop shopping trip. They don't play games with the prices and returns are easy too. I would give it five but the music they play is beyond horrible and very distracting & nerve racking. If you want quiet shopping then go to Target and pay a little more but they don't have as large a variety of inventory as Walmart. read more

WARNING!!!! Never get your oil changed at this location. Be sure to check to make sure the technician puts the cap to the engine back on. After getting my Jeep back oil spilled all over the engine and now ever light on my dashboard is on. Return to the location to get the issues fixed and codes just cleared and the issues was not addressed and when bring back for the 3rd time was told by the manager that the issue is not their problem. read more

*** Auto Center Review *** I decided to not do my own oil change for the first time, and just dropped off my vehicle here at Walmart around 1 PM. Didn't receive any word of my vehicle being completed, until I decided to give a call at 5 PM to see what's up. According to the gentlemen helping me out, my truck was finished not too long after I left while he was on lunch. He did not understand why there was no work showing it was completed, and why no one had given me call. I honestly was not mad about any of this, it just sucked that this guy who was helping me knew what he was doing, however no one else did, and this just unfortunately makes him look bad. Besides all that, fair oil change, nothing is acting up on my truck. My advice for any who drops their car off for an oil change, just give a call to check up no more than hour after you drop off your car. read more

Visited this "supercenter" today. Now, coming out of a Wal-Mart and complaining about a bad experience is like coming out of a brothel saying "I just didn't feel loved!" You pretty much know what to expect. A dirty store, poorly stocked, messy shelves, employees that look like they got out of prison as early as that morning and have no time for YOUR big bag of bullcrap. I was pleasantly surprised as I walked in through the garden shop; a white-haired gentleman named Ramon greeted me in the warmest, friendliest manner, for a moment I thought I had walked into a Chic-Fil-A instead of America's retail tire fire. I spoke with him for a few moments, and his good mood and positivity were infectious! I entered the store smiling, feeling like it might actually be a positive experience. Empty shelves and three employees who ignored me later (including a young man in toys who walked past me no less than four times without once acknowledging me, I exited through the garden and once again was sent off with a smile by Ramon, who deserves far better than being the lone beacon of light in Corona's Wal-Mart wasteland. I attempted to call the store after the fact and tell a manager about what an amazing asset they have in Ramon. Alas, I was left on hold for 20 minutes (I checked) with no one even picking up the phone again after placing me on hold. So, I never got to tell them how awesome Ramon is. But like pretty much everything at Wal-Mart, I doubt they would have cared. One star for this store, but 5 stars for Ramon. If they had a store full of Ramon, they might not be just another sucktastic Wal-Mart. read more

I was just in the store and purchased some garden decorations. The shelf was clearly marked at one price. The items rang up at a higher price. When the price check was done, they clearly saw the items on the shelf with a lower price but would not honor what they were advertising. They looked up on the computer another item that was listed for the lower price. That item or box was not on the shelf. Oh HOLY JESUS. I had a flat tire...didn't have a membership to Costco/Sams...so I thought i'd try out the local Walmart... Got there at 4:30pm... had dinner plans at 7pm...thought I had it in the bag. Boy, was I wrong. I knew something was up, when the front desk/cashier girl named SHOCKIE (yeah, I can't make this shit up) told me that I hadn't called in earlier today to request my tire. Um.. no, I just call Walmart at 8am that same morning for my own asses sake. Jesus. I called and she herself said she will keep my tire for me. Wrong. Well, they find a tire for my car...and I leave to walk to the gym...she tells me that my car is the only one in the shop so it shouldn't be too long...she asked if I wanted the road repair for 10 bucks.. I said NO. I did NOT want it. Okay... Okay... quick workout... 20 minutes in, I get a phone call... "Where is your lug nut?" Duh.. in the trunk of the fricking car. 20 more minutes...walk back to Wal-Hell. There are 3 other cars in the garage, and NOBODY AND THEIR MOTHER IS WORKING on MINE! By this time..it's around 5:45 and i'm pissed off. WORK ON MY BLOODY CAR! So 3 other cars get done, and finally they attempt to start mine at um... 6:15. I glared like hell I did. Took them too long. I cursed the dickens out of them, spoke with the manager who told me he'd take 20 bucks off the mess. Can't buy my time idiot. Can't buy my time. They had trouble running my bill..and guess what? Dear Idiot Shockie had added the 10 buck Road Repair BS that I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT. She was there when the manager was running my bill. I told her.. I'm so glad I don't live in Corona anymore so I never have to come to this walmart again!!! This was our last resort spot because it's opened 24/7. The manager who works late night (older African American lady?) Alls I gotta say is, man why you working customer service when it seems like you hate all your customers? I've never been given more attitude during a transaction, In my ENTIRE LIFE!! And I'd like to think that I'm a pleasant respectable young lady, could be wrong. This happened a couple times, and I'm thinking okay she's working graveyard maybe she's having a bad day. I haven't been to this location in a very long time, now that it's a "super center" I noticed a huge difference. I was shocked at how many people go to Walmart after 10pm. Since this location is opened 24 hours a day, I really couldn't understand why it was so packed. Quite honestly it seemed like a "Black Friday" sale was going on in there. I mean this place was packed like none other. The store itself was so clean despite the crowds and associates appeared to be busy with work and doing so efficiently. The merchandise was well organized and easy to locate. The lightening in the store seemed to illuminate so many different things that would easily capture the attention of most shoppers. The checkout process was simple, though the lines were full, the cashiers were quick and friendly. This place obviously is operated to function with purpose and the staff really did a good job of keeping the store functioning at its best. read more

This review is for their tire center - nothing more, nothing less. I forgot about this situation, but it really was so horrible, I have to share. It can really be summed up in a few words. Sweet deal on tires at Walmart. Popped Tire. Stripped. Lug. Nut. Towed to the Dealer. Only way to get the tire off - snap the wheel stud. FML Fight to get reimbursed by the auto manager- even though I had the paperwork to prove they were the last ones to touch my tire. Ridiculous. Fought some more. So bad, I had to weinnie out and have my step dad call the store and raise hell. Got reimbursed for the wheel stud + tire. Lesson learned - things are cheap for a reason. The end. read more
