I was just in the store and purchased some garden decorations. The shelf was clearly marked at one price. The items rang up at a higher price. When the price check was done, they clearly saw the items on the shelf with a lower price but would not honor what they were advertising. They looked up on the computer another item that was listed for the lower price. That item or box was not on the shelf. The price tag did not list an item number or show a picture of a different item. They clearly do not honor what they advertise. read more

This review is for their tire center - nothing more, nothing less. I forgot about this situation, but it really was so horrible, I have to share. It can really be summed up in a few words. Sweet deal on tires at Walmart. Popped Tire. Stripped. Lug. Nut. Towed to the Dealer. Only way to get the tire off - snap the wheel stud. FML Fight to get reimbursed by the auto manager- even though I had the paperwork to prove they were the last ones to touch my tire. Ridiculous. Fought some more. So bad, I had to weinnie out and have my step dad call the store and raise hell. Got reimbursed for the wheel stud + tire. Lesson learned - things are cheap for a reason. The end. read more

One star for my bad experience today, when returning something. I waited in line for 15 minutes in Customer Service,....where customers USUALLY go to return things, only to be told when I reached the counter that I had to go to a special line around the corner for "Returns and Refunds" after Christmas. I patiently stood in that line, was given a sticker, and was told to take it to Aisle 18, 19, or 20 for a refund. Only Aisle 18 was open with a long line. Why do they only have one aisle open, knowing very well that the day after Christmas is usually the biggest day for returns? I waited in Aisle 18 for an additional 20 minutes, listening to all the customers in front of me complain about the incorrect info that they'd been given earlier or how confusing or ridiculous their Return process was today. I felt bad for the one cashier that had to listen to all of us, but she kept it cool considering. I'll still come here for my necessities, but not for any gift buying because I don't want to deal with the hassle of having to return anything here again. read more

I haven't been to this location in a very long time, now that it's a "super center" I noticed a huge difference. I was shocked at how many people go to Walmart after 10pm. Since this location is opened 24 hours a day, I really couldn't understand why it was so packed. Quite honestly it seemed like a "Black Friday" sale was going on in there. I mean this place was packed like none other. The store itself was so clean despite the crowds and associates appeared to be busy with work and doing so efficiently. The merchandise was well organized and easy to locate. The lightening in the store seemed to illuminate so many different things that would easily capture the attention of most shoppers. The checkout process was simple, though the lines were full, the cashiers were quick and friendly. This place obviously is operated to function with purpose and the staff really did a good job of keeping the store functioning at its best. read more

The store is fine, crowded aisles, etc..it's Walmart. I do however want to warn others on the auto center. It was convenient to drop it off for an oil change while I Did my shopping but twice there-lesson learned.never again. I keep my car in good shape, it's also a 2012 so it's in great condition-well not after getting it back this last time. There was oil all over the hood, finger marks galore, new scratches that hadn't been there before and oh the inside OMG- were you all havin a greaser pary in my car. Oil everywhere-center council, all over door frame, steering wheel, seats, etc.etc. Anyway-you get the picture. If you like your car and want it back the same way you dropped it off or better, this is not the place for you..not for me either. Horrible customer service. I went here to return a vacuum that I bought at the McKinley Wal-Mart and Breana the customer service supervisor said that I had to take it to the other location. I've always returned things that I've bought at different locations and this one should not have been an exception. While I was waiting in line as was other customers, I had asked Breana if we could call another person to help her out, since she was the only one helping customers out. She replied, "I'll be with you in a second". It was a dry, hold your horses, stop bothering me attempt at stifling any interaction with someone who had a legitimate concern. I think this is why when I was finally helped that she said, "I can't help you, you have to go back to McKinley". I was already inconvenienced for having to drive back to Wal-Mart, now I was going to have to drive to another one? Three trips to get one vacuum...incredible. So we had bought chocolates/candy during Halloween time among other things. After Halloween, two days after purchase, wanted to return two unopened packets, however this Walmart refused to take them back with receipt. When I asked why, they mentioned, this Walmart's manager had bought in a policy not to take anything back in returns after holiday season. All this just because I wanted to return $25 worth of candy which they refused to take it back. Guess what I was able to return it at another Walmart facility. read more

The thing I have the most problem with was one employee in particular I wish I had gotten his name. What can I say? It's your standard Walmart, except that it's open 24/7. I've always debated on whether to come back to Walmart. On the one hand, the prices here are slightly better than Target. However, lines tend to be longer, customer service is not as good, and the people shopping there seem a bit more rude to me. I used to go to Walmart a lot for the oil change, but with their prices going up, I just take my car to the dealership now. In terms of this particular Walmart, it has plenty of parking, has 2 Redbox machines, and has a supermarket. Oh, and it has a McDonalds inside, even though there is another McDonalds in the parking lot. Just waited for more then 15 mins and the customer service employee took another person who I didnt see waiting in front of me. Not to mention my toddler was super fidgety and the manager(candace) didnt even take the time to ask the employee what happened. We were checking out and we had scanned all of our items. The manager came by and said that one of the items wasn't scanned. I told her come check the screen it's right here. She gave attitude and said okay. We then were leaving and she asked to see our receipt again because she didn't believe we scanned all of our items. One of the managers her name is Clara. I came in at about 10 or 11 which is really nice to be able to do since I work night shifts. They had so many selections of everything! An employee, Juan, was so sweet and asked my friend and I if we needed help just as we were walking by. The WalMart close to my house sucks. Their grocery section is pathetic. I drive all the way to this corona location from Lake Elsinore anytime I have a large shopping list. Get everything in one shot, rather that three different stores. Its clean and well stocked. I've never had a problem with the staff. No 5th star because the entire grocery section is freezing and I hate shopping in it in the winter without my coat, their black Friday coordination sucks, and I wish they would man more of the million registers they have. This Walmart is open 24/7 which has come in handy for me at times. The parking lots are usually crowded and there is always solicitors there no matter what time of day. A typical Wal Mart. They are open 24 hours which is very convenient, and that have definitely stepped it up since the re-model. Before, you had to fend for yourself and search forever to find what you needed, but now it seems most of the employees are trained to help you find something. Now they even ask you if you need help. Low prices make them very competitive, the pharmacy is very convenient so I can run my errands while my prescription is being filled. read more

I can usually find what I am looking for at this location. The parking lot is always packed at this location. There are some aisles in the store that are generally messy (like the men's underwear and sock aisles-but maybe the male customers are to blame for that). I don't like that one of the health and beauty aisles is facing the produce and frozen food sections and it is right in the middle of the more traversed paths in the store. I can usually find great deals though for my purchases. I love that Walmart has it's own generic line of products at very reasonable prices. read more

I come to this location probably more than I should! I love Wal mart. But I'm not sure if it's due to covid, but the employees were so rude to me! 3 seperate employees. I asked for help finding something, he said "that's not my problem" next I was picking out some mints while in line an employee said to me ur in the middle of the aisle, you need to move " even tho there was plenty of room behind me to get by. Next I had 2 employees watching me un stack storage bins to get to the bottom ones I needed, they were attacked just stood there and watched me for 15 minutes while I unstacked all of them and put them back I barely could even lift they were so heavy. What an absolute horrible experience today at customer service. This employee Cassandra and her coworkers had ZERO customer service skills. Both employees working the desk were less than efficient. I stood in line over 10 min while they worked with 1 previous customer. There ended up being 3 customer reps dealing with her issue while standing around not doing much to help, as the line got longer and longer. Once I was able to get to the help desk, she was less than cordial. She had me dump my returns out of the bag amd asked for my receipt amd I handed it to her. Cassandra handled all my return items, receipt etc. She rang up all my returns and new items. I paid and she handed me my receipt. No thank you, no nothing. She walked away with all my items laying on the counter. I said excuse me, can you bag my items (very nicely). She says I can't handle your bag (all while handling everything else I brought in). I said I will pay for a new bag. She said, we don't do that here. Then she turned away making a rude comment under her breath. I can not believe the impoliteness, lack of concern for customers, time management and just plain indecency for customers. I was utterly flabbergasted at this type of customer service that is allowed to exist at this Walmart. I find the regular cashiers on a normal basis nice, so this caught me off guard. read more

This dump used to be considered a "nicer" Walmart. But after a few years, it has gone the way all Walmarts are guaranteed to go. In the crapper. The class of worker here is just as expected. Low class and dumpy. You will not be able to walk by an employee of this place and not get a cloud of smoke emanating from their clothes and hair. Came to this Walmart because it's near my house. I tried to price match a floor lamp from Walmart.com. The cashier was nice about it & said ok I just need my supervisors approval. The lamp at the store says it's 5feet 11 inches tall & the exact same lamp online says it's 71 inches tall which is the same height. So the supervisor comes, skinny blond young lady & says 71 inches is how many feet? I tell her it's 5ft 11in & these two lamps are the same height, she doesn't believe me so she takes out her phone & calculates it & says, no it's not it's 5ft 9in. I'm trying to be nice about it so I tell her the answer you're getting is 5.9ft not 5ft 9in. She calculates it again and then she shows me her phone & says see it's 5ft 9in ( she punches in 71 & divides it by 12 & the answer is 5.9, which is correct but it's 5.9ft not 5ft 9in) and says it can't be matched & walks away! I try to explain to the cashier that it's the same height but she responds she can't match it without the supervisors approval. I see a lot of negative reviews on here about this store. I guess I can say that I can't complain because I've never experienced a situation where I would need to complain. Whenever I've needed help with something and ask an employee, they try to help me answer whatever questions are that I have or show me whatever I'm looking for. I get my oil changed here as well. The employees in automotive are very friendly. The employees in the pharmacy are also very friendly and helpful. Even as I'm leaving the store, the employees on the way out are friendly. This is a nice place, as far as Walmarts go. Their staff and merchandise are the same you'd find at any Walmart, but I think this one is cleaner than most. The items are well stocked for the most part and it's never very crowded, which is wonderful. Also, they have a nice elderly gentleman who works as a greeter there, and he is the sweetest. read more
