I am a huge fan of this Ross! I checked in today because I was looking for a very specific Denim Jacket and the Team Member who answered the phone located one in the Brand and Color that I like. However, when I arrived it wasn't the dark wash Denim I was looking for but I still appreciated how organzed and helpful the Crew was in helping me with my Mission! I ended up returning the Jacket back to the fitting room Attendant but I was able to find a Beautiful Designer Bebe Wallet for a fabulous price as well as a lighter and more Unqiue Denim Jacket by Baccino that has a Fancy Alternative Badass Vibe to it that totally suits my Mood and looks fantastic with my Pantsuits and Dresses :0) Thank you to the whole Corona Store for being so friendly, welcome, and organized with your Hustle!!! Not sure why the low rating here, but the location was actually not bad, I wouldn't say it was hidden and untouched because a lot of empty shelves on some departments like shoes, perfumes, backpacks and toys, but they do make up for other departments, it took longer for me to dig thru and find what I needed, but time well spent and I got some good deals, I do have a feeling that they place was being cleaned out every day by some deals finders like me, and maybe it was their hot spots, I saw some rare items still lying around, but for how long, it is getting harder and competitive now :) but challenge accepted read more

The stores inventory is well organized and plentiful. My rating is based on Tom, loss prevention. I was in line for a while. Everything was calm, no one was acting out. Tom came and was immediately a stressor. His interactions with waiting customers was militant for no reason. He barked orders at us. He could have just left us alone. He asked a customer about an item. Questioning if it had been already paid for. The customer was unbothered and Tom's response was to demean the customer. I bought a pair of boots as a gift. I take part of the blame for not finding the receipt, however I had taken a picture of the boots with the security tag the price tag that shows the sku number that wasn't enough for those people. It's such a shame that some of the reviews of this store is 2. This is a pretty big store with some pretty decent finds if you don't mind searching through the merchandise. I usually don't like going to stores on peak hours so I have better luck finding what I need. I've been to other Ross places in orange county and I feel like the stores there are always raided. You can find some decent home accents, frames, and cute bags. I found some Roxy bags for the nieces and after some digging they had some Michael Kors and Calvin Klein merchandise. Worst service ever! The cashier "Tayler" was taking people at the register before others in line. Rude about it and saying that she was saving a ladies place in line for her while the person was off shopping in the store! Only one cashier in the store working. I guess Ross allows their one person in the store to make up rules however the want ! I was the only one in line, yet she kept taking others in front of me as they walked up behind me! Then this other person comes up from the other side of the store, and again she called her up in front of me again! When I said "excuse me I've been here first through several people". You come in make a reservation at the register with "Tayler". Then go shop to your hearts content. When you ready to check our.... It's been interesting to be a witness to the transformation that has taken place at this Ross over the years. I first visited this store in 2005. Back then, the store was organized, and had plenty of merchandise. I was pretty new to this type of retail store. I had only shopped at malls for clothing. The store really started turning for the worse during 2007-08. I have no idea why but it did. I can't say that this was common at all Ross stores however. Their location at Cajalco is pristine, for Ross anyways. And other locations I've been to in other states don't share the same disorganization that's common in stores throughout Southern California. I came in for a visit today, and the place is in shambles. It made me think of my first visit and I wondered why the store fell off so much. Is it the manager's fault? Or is it the fault of the person or persons in charge hiring the store manager? I'm not the type of person that condones blame sharing. The buck has to stop somewhere. This location is a complete joke! Walking in was the same as walking into any other Ross though this location is a bit switched around with how it is organized. No big deal though. The real issue came when we were in the checkout line. I've never, in my entire time of shopping at Ross, ever, waiting in line for that amount of time with that many people! They had 2 girls working the register, 1 girl was working with a group of 4 getting their items rung up for at least 10 minutes. The other girl was working as quickly as she could. We saw employees walking around, doing nothing. Honestly, at that time, the loss prevention guys need to be cross trained because that is ridiculous. I've worked retail before and every single one of the employees had to be cross trained for every department (PetSmart) for obviously good reason. We spent at least 30 minutes standing being the 4th person in line when we walked up. By this time, we had at least another 20-30 people behind us waiting. At one point a girl walking into the double register (return area) and looked around with this ridiculous smile on her face and instead of jumping on a register to get the line down, she took off to the back of the store to "work on something" excuse me, but whatever you're working on can be put on hold while your line is that long. We needed a price check on something we picked up from the women's shoe department, mind you, its RIGHT next to the returns register and it took almost 5 minutes for the "loss prevention" guy to finally unstick himself from the two tiles he stood on doing absolutely nothing to go over and look for another pair of shoes that had a price tag. Absolutely no customer service at this location. No wonder is low in ratings. read more

I've been to better Ross stores. This one was OK, I mean my husband and i came here to get some clothes for our 2 year old daughter. We found some things we liked for her. But it was so messy and disorganized. We even found shoes underneath the clothes racks, we even found some clothes for ourselves. The wait to pay for our things would've been better if there were more than 2 registers open! By the time we left they finally decided to open another one. I had bought a pair of boots here, but before doing so inquired about the return policy as they were a gift and I'm often crunched for time. The employer informed me as long as I bring them back with a receipt I can get my money back. Lo and behold they do have a 30 day return policy and I "should have read the receipt myself" despite my asking about such a policy before the purchase. I was 1 day late returning it, though I feel I should have been reimbursed as I did ask about this before hand and it was their employee that gave me misinformation. I also completely resent the fact that they acted and said as though the whole thing is out of their control. Never coming back here agian. Crowded for starters and then I often found items mislabeled (Medium with Large tag, etc), which lead to frustration having to spend extra time ensuring you're actually grabbing the right size you're looking for. read more

Very disappointed in the "customer service", I could have even settled for them being polite. I didn't need help, but they were all chatting amongst one another and couldn't greet, ask if you were doing OK, and the cashier couldn't say thank you or have a nice night. I did wish her well despite her lack of customer service skills. This is not the first time, but the fifth time here with the same experience. The line was out of control too with one cashier. They close the fitting rooms 2 HOURS prior to closing this is the second time I've gone here shopped around for an hour and get to the fitting room to end up walking away with NOTHING because I can't try on anything. I rarely shop at Ross, but on Dec. 5, 2017, I did. When I entered the store a very kind associate helped me get a cart. She informed me it was "senior Tues." I was happy to hear this. I purchased over $100 worth of Xmas gifts. I need to mention that I am disabled. At the cash register I asked the worker if I could take the cart outside. She rudely said, "No." I then asked her if someone could help me carry out my heavy purchases. She replied, "No one to help you!" What was I supposed to do? Get back in line and return everything?
