Delivered the storage bins to the wrong house two days in a row. Just dumped on their porch with no wrapping . They don't know who it belongs to.. House numbers are big.. No excuse for sloppy disrespect of merchandise .. Once i can get over.. But 2 days in a row .. Is totally unacceptable.. Picture is of wrong house.. And how they delivered it! If you don't mind your orders going to the wrong house.. And them getting your orders for free.. Then use Walmart delivery! This is to Walmart.. I was given a refund.. Its possible they will take the order that might have been intentionally delivered to the wrong house.. To get a refund.. Two refunds possible on a wrong delivery. read more

Big nice store. Depends on who is working as far as friendliness from employees goes. Sometimes they tell you hi, other times they ignore you. Was in shock that a lady in the women's department actually went ABOVE and BEYOND one day when a friend of mine was in there looking for pants. Asked her if she found what she needed, showed us other pants that where in another place and those might help and then followed up with us as she saw us leaving to ask if we found what we needed (which she did) and told us thank you and have a great rest of the night. We were speechless. Nobody EVER in any walmart I have visited ever did that. Now since I've been back several times haven't had that happen again but at least I know they have the potential. They just choose not to do it. read more

WALMART+ This review is about how sucky Walmart+ is. Turns out you'll never avoid Walmarts long shitty lines, even paying a monthly fee for Walmart+ and using "Scan and Go", more like scan and lies, does not help you. This was a major reason I joined Walmart+. I hate Walmarts horribly managed stores, thus the long ass lines. I love "Scan and Go" at Sam's Club, so I envisioned Walmart would do Scan & Go in much the same way. NO, it is in no way helpful or time saving. I tried it for the first time tonight, there is no warning up front either. I scanned as I went was ready to leave & guess what... you have to use self check out to finish and pay. WTAF! Why would l pay a monthly fee to scan and not go. That's right you think, this will be so worth the money if I can skip lines. Then they hit you at the very end. I even chose to not get produce on this trip thinking I could scan and go, GUESS AGAIN!!! Such a Walmart thing to do. We'll just continue to screw over our customers and cut labor out at the same time. Walmart scores twice, while customers and employees get screwed. Such a Walmart thing to do! Well you know it's Walmart, you really can't hope for much. From a simple phone call and being transferred to no one that picks up or to the oil change center that doesn't do some of the things that claim with oil change packages, ie fill up certain liquids or vacuum; or even placing oil cap back on. Well now I just found out the hard way that when you purchase something from their website online, hang onto your shorts and you better read it real well. I purchased a Dyson fan purifier for over $300. It worked for a little over a month and it stopped working. Well, I went back to Walmart to see if I can get another one or get a refund. BOOM, get ready for the disappointing news. I did not know this but if you purchase something on the Walmart site, make sure it's not from a third-party vendor. Example of my Dyson giving out in a little over 30 days is a harsh reality. So guess what, Walmart will not honor a refund or exchange and I have to contact Dyson now. Make a long story short. Dyson says it's been past 30 days so I am literally SOL. Welcome to the new America. The land made for criminals. Never will I buy a Dyson again. 30 days and the thing gives out. Nothing like a slap in the face with the economic turmoil, We are all facing these days, there's nothing more I'd rather's blow $300 over. Lessen well learned. This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been in. It is closer to my house than HEB, but I avoid it at all costs. They only have one door open, jamming people together in a pandemic. They always only have 1 register open unless you want to self checkout; in which case, I am not a Walmart employee. I won't use self checkout. Quit being cheap and hire people to check us out. The fruit and veggies go rotten quick and they won't let you try on clothes or return something that doesn't fit. I went to return an item and had to deal with an obnoxious young manager. I wasn't aware that people with zero skills were hired by Walmart. I was told that since I had bought an item at another Walmart across town, I needed to go there to return it. This started the experience I had dealing with a middle school looking female tornado that called herself a manager. I asked for her name and an 800 number. She gave me her first name only. I asked for an employee number and she refused to give it to me. She added, " call the number, they will recognize my name at the headquarters number. I wondered how such an iconic store could know an employee on a first name basis...baffling!! I called a lady at the 800 number and she laughed about the name thing. I later received a phone call and an apology from another employee. I was told I would receive a $20 certificate for my troubles and the fact we dump bunches of money at just the Saratoga store. I was supposed to receive the certificate in a couple of days...it's been a couple of weeks. Still waiting. Just want people in charge to be taught human relations skills. And, to have double digit I.Q.s. H.E.B., Target, and Sears, here I come!! It's called being able to choose as a consumer. It's a phenomena called, "the American way". Peace out Walmart! read more

There needs to be an overhaul in management unless corporate already knows that customers are standing in long lines just trying to get checked out. I watched how the line got longer but another checkout was never opened. This happens often and I tell my spouse that I won't be back to spend anymore money. I have never in my life been so unimpressed with a Walmart. Tried to price match an Office Depot Ad for school supplies at checkout. Instead of just saying hey, we can't do it, Walmart turned it into a FOURTY minute ordeal! Never in my life have I seen anything like this. They had the ad and STILL called Office Depot. The problem was, they didn't think anything was wrong. They literally treated me like a criminal trying to scam them over some .25 markers even though I had $300 of merchandise in my cart. Never again. Learn your own policies Walmart! Saying no is one thing, but the way this situation was handled was so inappropriate and the manager never even apologized. read more

Jason the front end lead has treated me an disabled military veteran with hostility and aggression for two days and denied me service 7 different times. After many emails and calls and being denied to talk to the store manager I finally was able to talk to an assistant manager who still denied me service. After more effort I finally recieved service only to be told I would not be allowed again and then treated with more hostility before leaving the store. Last time I get my money sent here and ever shop here until Jason is removed as he is a stain on this establishment. read more

Never have I felt so out if place for buying items at a store before! I went in to buy a jacket and decided to add a few more things due to being on clearance but the check out process was the ugliest ever! I had one item with the wrong price explaining to the cashier that the price was set at $10.96 she then got upset walked away to the customer service desk looked at her line while I walked behind her to let her know that I would be more than happy to go take a picture of the price tag or even bring the price tag she was getting upset with another employee saying I have a fucken line and don't have time for this! I was so upset and explained ma'am I sorry but I'm willing to help as she went back to the cash register she got upset saying I hate clearance items got mad and was slamming my items in the bag I then just didn't say any word other than thank u and walked away asked for a manager but one wasn't available! The store manager has no integrity. Joann would not honor an ADVERTISED sale price! I couldn't believe it. It was advertised online and in the store as one of the after Thanksgiving Black Friday sale. It was the entire end cap and showed a BIG $4 on top and she still wouldn't honor it, saying that they mispriced it. Stupid. Wouldn't even look up HER own ad or validate her in store ad. I was shown no respect. They treated me like I was doing something wrong. It was Disgraceful. I will never shop at that Walmart again. EVER. read more

Very upset at the hair salon at the Walmart on Saratoga and Cimmaron. I needed to cut my 8-year-old's hair and I asked if they could do a barbershop haircut/fade. The hairstylist said yes. Well, they messed up my son's hair. I asked for a 1 on the bottom. It still looked too short so I asked for a 1/2. She actually did a 1 1/2. Another hairstylist tried to fix it. Still could not. They both ended up cutting my son's hair too short. What got me really upset was when I was inspecting the cut to try and figure out what to do, the 2nd hairstylist said that it's not like she could glue the hair back!! Very unprofessional. We will never go to a Walmart for a cut again. My son's stylist was sick and I was desperate, but never trust a Walmart. One upset mama! read more

Regarding the Deli at the Saratoga Walmart. I asked for .75 pound of lunch meat. They sliced too much meat, pulled off enough to equal what I asked for and threw the rest away. What a waste of money. All customers eventually pay for this waste. Also flies landed on the paper which my lunch meat was placed upon. I quickly swatted them away. Disgusting! Plus the store is really warm. I spoke to an employee who said it's always this warm inside and attributed it, in part, to the skylights. But she said it is uncomfortable for her to work at 8hr day at that Walmart. It appears Walmart at this location is too cheap to make it cooler for workers as well as the customer. I called Walmart and asked to speak to someone in management. I was transferred twice to two people who spoke C+ level of the English language. I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes in total and was then disconnected. The Walmart family are Multi-Billionaires but still are too cheap to hire good quality workers who speak decent english, use sanitary practices like machines which kill flies at the deli and too cheap to turn the AC on to allow customers and shoppers to be cool. read more
