The worst Walmart ever employees have a terrible attitude. And then they have the nerve to limit how many checkouts people can use and there's long lines waiting to pay for food! management is too cheap to hire cashiers and pay them during perk hours! Credit card machines don't work. It won't let you use the chip and the prices on the shelf never match what they actually ring up for. I'd just like to share our experience in the automotive department today! And let me preface this with it will be a cold day in hell before we ever EVER EVER even consider using your automotive department EVER AGAIN. My husband brought our car this morning 1st thing for an oil change and to see if a leak in the tire could be repaired. We live close to the store so my husband dropped it off and walked home. First, the guy said that HIS CAR was the only car in front of us, so it shouldn't be too long. (WTH is that? Employees go before customers?) Then, a few minutes after he returned home, husband received a text that car repair was on hold. So we called, waited 20 minutes on hold, the rep answered the phone "hello, hello" my husband had to ask if he had the correct number. Then we were put on hold about 10 minutes, then were connected to a phone that just rang and rang. Then I called as well, again phone was answered with a "hello", a thank you for calling Walmart this is xxx, how can I help you - you know basic customer service. Then, finally about 10 minutes later, we finally talked to technician. We were told that the tire was unable to be repaired, we discussed 2 new tires/prices, etc. we thought that it was going to be okay at that point. About an hour later, we received a text that it was ready. My husband walked back to store expecting 2 new tires and an oil change. Unfortunately, they totally forgot about the oil change - at this point I would've just left and had an oil change done somewhere else, BUT my husband asked why the oil change wasn't performed. He was told that because the tire was unable to be repaired that they had to tear up the first ticket - they couldn't add the oil change to the new ticket or add the tires to the old ticket -really? - and it would.be another 30 minutes, mind you, he could either walk home and back again Or Wait in the store. He chose to wait on the store. This department seems without ANY leadership and with NO ONE responsible in charge or even competent. I dare say. We were in the store shopping on Saturday (yesterday) and stopped in just to see what the wait time would be and hours they were open. The entire lobby was filled with people just standjng around , at least 3 had on associate vests and no one was there to greet us much less answer questions. So, yeah,Is that really how they treat their customers i also left this message with Walmart and if they respond ill be glad to append my review with their response but I write "I know this most likely won't be responded to or even read, but I thought you should know about this experience. And it's a shame because you guys are very convenient in location but I'd rather be inconvenienced as far a taking car in then be inconvenienced with incompetence or apathy or both. Very unprofessional and I will be very vocal about my experience today and how Walmart treats their customers. I would be an appreciative of a response on how you addressed this issue and how you intend to change the experience of your customers to awful at a 1 to a 5 - especially ones making large purchases in your store. I am normally able to find what I need here. The store is usually decently organized and stocked. It is pretty clean. The bathroom is usually pretty clean. Smelly, but clean enough. The parking lot is a little wonky since they redid the lines and rows.....but didn't realign the cart stations with the rows so they stick out in a very weird way in a lot of the vehicle lanes, just be aware of that. read more

Very disappointed going to this store. Customer service sucks!!! Forget about trying to make a complaint to a manager, they just keep disconnecting you. We go to the Fairhope Walmart most of the time and never have issues ever. The lady at the deli thinks a lunch plate is 2 pieces of chicken and 6 potato wedges? I used to do demo's in the local stores and got lunch plates all the time and this was pathetic. I wish I would have notice before we paid for it and left the store. We will never go back it is not worth the aggravation!! read more

Walmart Online Pickup Review (If you are interested in AWESOME) Danny and I placed our Walmart Grocery Shopping List order online yesterday and chose a 12pm pickup. We were really excited about the opportunity to shop without going in a store, but nervous because we like fresh meats and fruits and veggies. But, it was convenient AND you get $10 OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER. So we went for it :) At 11:30, a very sweet and very happy "Terri" called us to confirm that she was our personal shopper and our order would be ready on time. Impressive. She said to pull into the designated parking spaces at the store and call the number on the parking space and she would bring our order out. We got there at 12:15 and called and she said she would be right out. We sat in the car for MAYBE five minutes when she came out with our order and started loading it in our trunk. They also brought a tiny gift bag as a thank you for shopping. She pulled out all our meats, which were in their own crate, for our inspection. She also pulled out our fruits and veggies for inspection before loading. The bananas that they got that morning had a few green ones, so she actually brought options to chose from on the ones we preferred. Terri also made a point to shake our hands and tell us how fun it had been to shop for us and that she loved this new job. We were pretty much blown away. We got home and unloaded and our order was perfect and we saved at least a couple of hours on a Saturday, which we consider precious. Well done Walmart! We are new, happy, loyal customers!!! I highly recommend this service!!! And I'm very thankful for it. Give Terri a call and let her shop for you! read more

The absolute worst customer service in Baldwin County. on a recent trip there were no shopping carts so I asked what I should do - I was told I should shop elsewhere. twice recently cashiers walked away to go on break after I had unloaded my cart at their registers. Today I ordered for delivery. it was scheduled for delivery between 10 and 11am. it is now 8pm and still no groceries although the website shows that my groceries left the store two hours ago. I've been calling for help but can't get an answer. read more

The absolute worst service! Zero help at 10 am. Definitely will not come back. The help in the front does not acknowledge you when you walk in or out. Had 4 greeters but no one to assist on the sales floor. Absolutely worthless! read more

I placed my pickup order for 11-12. I arrived at 11:45 and waited until 12:51 until someone finally came to my car. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Store and parking lot were clean. Staff pleasant. Great place to spend the night if you are in motorhome. Quiet and secure. Produce was great quality. read more

Wow! The door was intentionally locked and there was no posting on the outside. We walked thru the other door and asked the associate to ask for one to be posted and she said she would ask next time she saw saw a manager. We watched over a dozen other costumers nearly smack their faces on the doors as well, so we went to customer service to request they post a sign ourselves and explained why. They simply said they were getting ready to open the doors. Absolutely no sense of urgency...shameful! Fairhope Walmart, here we come. They should close this store. read more

Went to this Walmart to purchase two generators before the hurricane. Waited for associate to answer page for assistance but no one came to help take them to the front. That would have been more than an $800 sale. So disappointed in Walmart. read more

This place is terrible they have bugs everywhere they are disgusting and when we are in a hurry we go to leave and this person stops us at the door like a criminal and ask to check our receipt like we are trying to steal stuff when all we have is a container that is under $5 and I was with my two kids trying to get home because someone was coming over and could not get inside NEVER GO HERE EVER. read more

This Walmart has quite a bit of merchandise, more than the ones in mobile. Looked cleaner as well.
