But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. This store SCREAMS Fort Dodge. It has pretty much everything you would expect from a Target. A decent selection of electronics, the same clothing, household items and toys every other Target has. They have a decent grocery section (not as vast as a Super Target - hence the "Super" moniker). Even found Templeton Rye on our last visit. But again, remember, you can put a Target in Fort Dodge, but you can't take the Fort Dodge out of the Target. Does that make sense? If you can deal with the citizens of the fine city of Fort Dodge, then you will have no problem dealing with this Target. Unless, of course, you want to take advantage of the Starbucks located in the store. We went to this Target on December 23rd. As you can imagine, it was rather busy. After selecting our items, we split up - my girlfriend got in line to purchase our goods, I went to get in line at the Starbucks to get a cup of coffee. In the entire time it took her to wait in line and check out ON DECEMBER 23RD, the good folks at the Starbucks counter had helped exactly ZERO people. ZERO. I repeat, ZER-O. The idiocy that operates this counter is absolutely stunning. And it's not just the holiday rush. I've been the only person in line and waited 5 minutes before. This is one Target that should never have been allowed a Starbucks counter, because they simply do not have the mental capacity to operate it. Other than that, it's a pretty darn good Target.

I didn't use self checkout. The lady watched me come from the register after her co worker had scanned my stuff. Person behind me used self checkout they didn't check their receipt. And when I got there they were hassling some guy about his receipt for his toilet paper. Stop treating your customers like criminals.. there is plenty of other grocery stores in town that don't treat you like a criminal.
