Ordered online for delivery, arrived on time. Brought everything to the door. So far I have received everything that I ordered

ALL I wanted to do was make a simple order with the Erie, PA Walmart on Peach St., however they made it IMPOSSIBLE! Not only couldn't I order as a guest, when I tried to register for a Walmart account, Walmart refused to accept the code I sent them as correct. After trying MULTIPLE TIMES, with the same result, I finally tried calling the store for customer service, however, the gentleman? that answered then disconnected me. When I tried again, I was connected with customer service, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. Instead (after five minutes of waiting) , I was told they were too busy too answer and to call back later. HA HA. WALMART STINKS. TARGET HERE I COME! read more

Went to Walmart on Peach Street last night . A Grocery Picker has her cart positioned so I couldn't get past her . I'll be damned if she didn't do it in the second isle prohibited me again from getting down the isle . I said ... I'll ram your huge picking cart , that's the second time you blocked me She said something I couldn't hear . I called her a Ding Bat . This Grocery Pickers think cause they work there they own the whole store . They certainly wouldn't drive their cars like that . These young.people need to wise up ! read more

Went to buy clothes , was told dressings rooms would not be open for 30 minutes. Wait her , then was told person with keys was not there. Waited another 30 minutes , putting more in my card, about $200.00 with now added in. Went back after 39 minutes, as soon as they saw me the worker who told me to wait quickly headed out. Waited 30 minutes till they returned. Told me they still did not have a key. Left my cart with her. Went to customer service to register a compliance, did not listen , told me have a nice day. Went to Kohl's to do my shopping. Will never go back to a Walmart. read more

If I could rate 0 I would. A bicycle was put on the floor and I was told that it was a $348 dollar bike. Later to find out it was almost $700 dollars. When asked about it Walmart then blamed it all on 3rd party companies. The employee then looked around for 10 minutes to tell me the same information I had told him. 1 hour later he comes out with the correct bike. When asked the employee did not offer any kind of discount or assembly of the bike. read more

The past two times that I used the pick-up service at the Downs Walmart I arrived home to discover that I was missing items. The most recent time the customer service was horrible. I called right away to tell them that I was missing an item and they said to just get a refund on the app. I needed the item so I asked if I could come and get it. No apology at all. Maybe classes on 'pride in your job' and 'customer service' would improve the ratings. read more

Stopped in today to get some school supplies. Overall pretty well organized walmart with a good variety of customers. Always a pleasure to be in the presence of our state historical society of the Amish. My only complaint is that during my routine rest room break prior to leaving, I witnessed an employee use the rest room without washing his hands. read more

This store is dirty all over. It's in a decent area but I think it's the worst Walmart in Erie county.

Spent approximately $300 here yesterday for my college daughter. The place was extremely busy for returning college students. They had only two registers with cashiers open. Each line had at least ten customers waiting with full carts, the lines were halfway to the back of the store. Everyone in line was disgusted and one gentleman said we should all walk out and leave our carts in line. When I asked the manager if he noticed the long lines and could he open a few more registers, he just looked at me and ignored me. I then went to a check-yourself-out line (which had 8-10 more employees just standing around watching us). I will never go to this Walmart again. Treat you like cattle. I've watched Walmart grow over the years and put smaller mom and pop stores out of business and the total brutal tactics to the vendors that support the with penny margins to meet and they pass it on to their customers. The customer service skills in this place are DOA. I'd personally never get my eyes checked here as I do not believe you should be all things to all people, and really are they paying the eye doctors the standard market salary? I don't know and its given me something to consider. As far as I know Wegmans do not offer eye care but they do have outstanding kickass customer skills. read more

It's Walmart what can you expect little better than most but still needs staff to learn customer service

Waited over a half hour to be checked out. The lines are out of control and especially for the time of day I was there. Evenings around dinner time is when I get out of work so I like to stop on my way home but after the wait and lack of customer service I will rethink that in the future. read more

Fairly clean walmart. But they have the weirdest rule ever. They are not allowed to change out money that's taken from their self check out. All I wanted was the $20 bill broken down. As big as walmart is, I think that rule is not customer friendly. Customer service should be a factor... not all about rollback prices. read more
