Avoid at all costs. The Customer Service line for returns is always long and they only have one person working the counter. It took nearly an hour just to do a return, totally not worth the time. Walmart is very ambitious in trying to have a complete "Super Center" at this location, yet this is their smallest "Super Center" in the area. The only problem is that their priorities are out of balance here. The number one thing people come to shop for at Walmart is groceries, yet this store's grocery section is too small. The aisles are narrow and crowded, and you can barely get your cart through if other people or carts are in the same aisle as you. This Walmart tries to compensate by making their grocery shelves taller, but how does that work for shorter customers? Since groceries are the most popular purchases, this particular Walmart location needs to reduce the size of some of the other sections, and expand the grocery section to achieve better traffic flow (and more satisfied customers). read more

They have a pretty large variety of legos. I purchased the Back to the Future DeLorean lego set for $160.00. The staff who helped me get the lego set out was very friendly and had to walk the item up to the counter, but we had a good chat about the movie. She was very nice! The line to the self checkout was a bit unorganized, there was not much of a known line, people were lining up pretty much in 3 lines, a better queuing line would be helpful. read more

We were excited to drive further away from our Walmart, to look for something special at Super Walmart! I have a service dog and was separated from my husband. He didn't have phone on him. I presumed customer service could make a SIMPLE intercom announcement to find him. Instead, no one spoke English!! After searching for employee to translate to the girls behind counter, that girl was like , Why didn't you say so? Grrrr! Next we had a cart in right lane with service dog on my left, when an extremely rude EMPLOYEE was trying to play chicken with us, rather than moving to her lane in the aisle and gave us a really dirty look wondering why we didn't move out of her way!?!?! I tried going after her t9 get her name but couldn't catch her. Then because of my service dog, I require a handicapped stall, it was occupied, so I went back to the family single/handicapped toilet room, and waited 10 minutes until finally she comes out! The SAME girl as before! Employee vest too! Wouldn't make eye contact and just ran away! I like shopping at Walmart. This location has plenty of parking. A nice layout and is clean. One thing I no longer like about Walmart is the amount of store items that are locked up now. I understand they are combating theft. I've seen the stats on the losses Walmart as a company have taken from theft. So I don't mind the glass cases and having to find someone to open them for me. However, I do mind when Every Walmart employee I ask says they don't carry the key to unlock it. Or nobody shows up after pressing the button for the tools. OR no longer having a button at every case. Or nobody showing up to unlock it after a different employee told you they would get someone who could open it...etc... One time I waited to get some tools that were behind glass for 8 minutes. I was the second person to join in on the fun, someone else was already standing there waiting for the case to be unlocked. Another time I went to this walmart I was with a lady near the supplements/vitamins next to the pharmacy. I needed a pre-workout container behind locked glass. We both waited for a while before someone showed up to unlock it. And another time I shopped there, I was gonna buy my father in law some pants for his birthday, but those were locked up too. I asked a Walmart employee to open them for me, but she said she didn't have the key to open them for me.... I waited for a few minutes, then went home and bought the pants online. Hopefully Walmart Corporate is reading this review. They think they will be okay implementing this solution for theft because the losses are so great. But they must realize that they are alienating a dwindling demographic of shoppers that still go to stores to shop. With that demographic already getting smaller due to Amazon and other online shopping, they are only speeding up the process of their customer base shrinking. read more

Extremely friendly and courteous staff! I had placed an order online and came by for a grocery pickup last week. The first thing I loved was how many time slots they had available! Many places often don't have availability for the next few days, but Walmart at Everett had one for the very next day. As I was having a party, most of my order included different types of wines. What I didn't realize was that Washington state law requires pickup orders with alcohol to have a minimum of $25 of non-alcoholic purchases as well - especially since my order went through online. However, when I got to the location, the staff had to unfortunately inform me of this rule and why they couldn't give me the wine. Was it frustrating? Yes. But was it their fault? Absolutely not. That's corporate's fault for not incorporating local laws into their system. The staff at this location were nice enough to give me the option to fully cancel and refund my order, but I decided to take the non-alcoholic portion of my order anyway. While my experience for that order wasn't great, I really appreciate the staff doing its best to make it as positive as possible. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend this location and will be back - just not for pickups with alcohol. read more

Line goes around the store, practically, and they was just one cashier. Seriouslly!?! One friggin cashier. Apparently, the other cashier was at lunch. Hey, WalMart, how 'bout having at least one or two backup cashiers for times like these!?! This is a very busy store, and it seems like there could be something to fix this issue. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes without any movement because of a problem with the POS. In my opinion, they should have someone nearby to jump in when these things happen. They'll throw boxes at your feet and legs if you go after 8:00pm. Make sure to wear shoes as they also make barricades with the boxes. (videos exist of Walmarts mistreatment to there customers) I hear about the button for lock cases. No they won't come help you even if they can. It's a rare scenario to be helped, they have to be in a good mood. You most likely have to find an employee because only team leads can hear the calls and they don't do much anyway besides walk around (trying) to look good. Target makes it a priority to help the guests as well gives the employees actual equipment to do the job. Walmart is grimy and notice, non of the employees have a walkie or TC (scanner) on them. All they have is a vest and knife because Walmart is a trash place to shop at and full of grumpy employees who are dispensable. Walmart will take any potential you had and turn you into a number. I think she forgot to eat her prune the day I stop in. What a Sour Puss attitude. I listen to her being rude to every customer who approach the counter .when I approached the counter another employee walked up and asked if she had an extra pen. There were three of them right on the counter in front of me so I picked one up and said here's one. Miss SourPuss snatched it out of my hand and said that's mine. The Employees of this store need to go to Happy School better yet visit the Marysville Super store Every Employees there is Kind Friendly and all have Smiles . Idk if they were desperate to get a Walmart on Everett Mall Way or what but this was a poor choice. The store was clearly repurposed from a smaller other chain store that was already there before and closed down and you can tell because the aisles are on top of each other. The self checkout registers were all closed and the manned registers only had two workers which is bass ackwards in 2024. The customers here definitely had you questioning your safety and the employees were hard to find which is hilarious being that the store was so small! read more

I dread going in this store, especially on weekends when people feel the need to bring all 6 of their kids shopping to an overcrowded store with everybody else's all 6 kids. Why can't 1 parent stay home with most of the kids, or bringing the 1 or 2 best behaved kids shopping?!? I called over here looking for a particular item and though the customer service associate was friendly, she was unable to locate the item I was in search of. After a few minutes of looking she said they didn't have it. Being that the app said they did have it I drove up and was able to locate the item with ease after a couple of minutes. While I was here I noticed only one customer service clerk working. She didn't speak English (not sure how you get a job here if you can't speak to the customers but that's a whole other issue)...I was, however, impressed with how clean and organized their clothing section was. I'm not an avid Wally's clothing shopper but every now and then they have layering items that rival Eddie Bauer and Costco's offerings. I liked that they also offered easy self checkout. I accidentally double scanned an item and finished checkout only to look at my receipt and notice the error. The person manning the self checkout section let me know I'd have to take the items to customer service to have them refund the additional scan. So my 5 minute trip to Wally's ended up being 30 min. They need more seasonal help for the customer service desk for sure! read more

I received an email saying some of my items were available from my local store, and would be delivered by end of the day. The powdered milk was delivered.. damaged. The Walmart shopping bag was torn, the bag of powdered milk was torn, there was powdered milk in the Walmart bag.. falling out of the Walmart bag, and powdered milk on my porch and door mat. There's no way the delivery person (driving what looked like a personal vehicle) didn't know the product was damaged. This store has the worst customer service! I stood at the customer service counter for a good 2 minutes before I was addressed, while 2 workers stood around and talked. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told all supervisors/managers took their lunch at the same time and no one was available. I was forced to have my issue handled by a team lead, who told me she was a manager and had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a leadership position. Unfortunately we decided to buy my daughters fourth birthday cake here. We asked that they only do the base frosting as we prefer to decorate ourselves. Not only was there a CLEAR lack of care when they made this cake, the cake was cracked. It is near impossible to get a hold of that bakery too. You could see the pieces that the cake sat on between the top and bottom tier. This was an overpriced broken cake. We didn't have much time and luckily my mother is a genius and was able to hid the cracks but what a disappointment it was to of an absurd amount of money for a messed up cake. read more
