The best Walmart Supercenter. It's clean, well maintained, and the employees are very helpful anytime I visited to purchase something.

They are now starting to harass customers that go through the self checkout that they "think" might have more than 15 items in their cart. I was just harassed this morning, with right at 17 items in my cart...mind you there was no line and no need to even approach me to ask me if I had 15 items in my cart. Here's an idea Walmart: OPEN MORE THAN 1 LANE to check out people!!! It's really too bad that in addition to ridiculous prices we as consumers have to deal with the terrible way Walmart is now treating their customers. read more

Typically, I do my darnedest to not shop at Walmart. When I spotted this store I immediately noticed it had character, which is different from the other chain locations. The Evergreen area is more upscale and so this store is better than normal. This store was clean and items were on the shelf in the spots where they are supposed to be. So the staff is doing an excellent job! Something that is a first for me to see was this Walmart has a separate shopping store inside with Colorado souvenirs. read more

How this store stays in business is a mystery. On their website, they showed that they had the rubber tips for earpods. So, I went there and thought I might as well pick up a few groceries that I needed instead of going to the grocery store also. The whole store was like a ghost town (I was there around noon on a Tuesday), not many shoppers and no employees present. In the electronics department there was a gentleman stocking merchandise but when I asked him for help, he said he wasn't an employee of the store. Nobody else anywhere that I could see. I called the store and asked them to send someone to the department. She said she would radio someone. Nobody showed up, so I left after waiting another 5 minutes. I continued on to grocery where I needed to pick up a quart of heavy cream, a large jar of sesame seeds, and some aluminum foil. Although the website said they had large containers of sesame seeds in aisle 10, there were none. In the Asian food section the next aisle down, they did have a different size and brand. I bought it but it was much more expensive. Aluminum foil scouting was a success. I've never liked the way that Walmart treats their communities and their employees. Now I admit that I don't like the way they treat customers either. read more

For a walmart, it was good. I normally dont shop at walmart, but found myself away on a girl scout trip and some of the girls forgot some stuff. So off to walmart we went. The store was clean. The employees i interacted with were friendly. We were able to find everything that we needed while there. The store was laid out in a user friendly manner and was also labeled. The parking lot was big and the store was easy to find. Would come back again if I found myself in need and was in the area. read more

I was just harassed and physically blocked from going anywhere at the Evergreen Walmart in Colorado. She accused me of stealing. Even after I purchased almost $450 worth of product I was STILL harassed by Christa the Manager Coach. This is illegal! The store manager Ben didn't seem to care but corporate office was shocked and disgusted with her behavior. I have been trying not to write a bad review because I have always wanted to for one person, Sue. She is disrespectful, Rude, and always thinks people are going to steal, she is literally in your face. I know they have to be careful about people stealing but not everyone will, at that point that is disrespectful and unprofessional. I have seen many bad reviews about her, and I can't believe she is still working there what's wrong with this store. I also know there are two sues but it's the one that doesn't wear glasses and is just in the self-check-out registers. This woman has to be fired, those one-star reviews will add up and it does not look good for this store. This has been going on for so long and there doesn't seem to be any disciplinary action taken towards her this is outrageous!! read more

A nice quiet Walmart with semi nice employees. Got what we needed for our lodging stay and snowboarding trip, and off we went to pay... in the self-checkout line because we felt bad for the elderly who would have to scan and bag a huge cart full of items. Lady in the self-checkout line was supervising and snapped at us for overcrowding her vision to see what is going on. She then went on to carry conversations with other workers, paying no mind to us. After we were through paying, we asked if she would like to see the receipt to make sure everything was accounted and paid for. She shook her head and said we were all good... Think it would have been easier if we just went in the regular line instead. Lol, regardless this Walmart was well stocked and organized. I usually like this Walmart and maybe it's because I had to piss so hard after a long ass road trip but the fact that I went into not one, not two, but all three stalls to piss and none of the door handles would lock properly was so obnoxious I literally almost pissed myself trying to shut the fuqkin door. Jfc. And one of the toilets was so beyond clogged and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. This store is good for tourist but coloradoans don't f w this store. read more

Ok I've gone from the person who hated self-check-out to loving it. This isn't without some frustration for the employees watching me like a thief. One man show us, the customer respect and dignity, without a judgement eye. Raymond is the man bringing a smile to the customers face with a kind word or a joke. He is always helping people. We know if he is working when we pull up because the shopping carts are organize. As a Bed and Breakfast owner I visit your store several times a week. This particular Walmart in Evergreen has seen better days. The past 6 years this store has dropped in Store cleanliness, staffing issues are always apparent, product is missing from shelves, the cleanliness of restrooms is awful. I was here when they built this store so I have seen it doing very well and now as it flounders to survive. Please hire staff that actually want to work and do their jobs properly. I spend more time waiting in line to pay than I do shopping!! Every time ! I understand there's a shortage of employees in many businesses out there but I never have this issue at King Soopers up the road. I mean it's Walmart, the store that is trying to beat Amazon (lol) therefore I expect better. The freezer section is lacking in items often too. I've been shopping here for the last 10 years and have been so impressed with the employees. It's the same committed crew and they treat each other and the customers really well. Although it's not a big Walmart it has everything we need and more. There is a lot of ski traffic that will hit it on a Friday heading up to the mountains and That can really impact the checkout lane especially since they all seem to go to the one on the grocery side... read more

DONT do your grocery shopping online to be picked up this is the 3rd time I have and never will again whoever does the shopping i keep getting over rippedend fruit my hand went right through a pear the grapes bad the tomatoes were so soft you couldnt cut them without ending up with ketchup. they shop to early for pick up i put 7to 8pm and get there at 7 the bag with ice cream was full of melted ice cream and its not refunded right away even if things they charged you for were out of stock your still charged for 5 days then refunded. Only one register is ever open its a joke to go in and shop now they are going to have no bags are they gonna change there name to aldis or save a lot i hope there prices are changing if we have to do everything ourselves read more

Doable Walmart when we are in the neighborhood. Whenever we are at Evergreen, this is the ONLY Walmart in the vicinity, unless there is another one that I am unaware of. The other time, I forget to ask the staffs, if this Walmart is opened 24 hours or not. But just in case, do call them to verify. This recent visit was on Monday February 23rd 2015. Generally like this store - now all the springtime/summer plants have arrived and there are hundreds of annuals, perennials and trees in the garden center and around the walls behind the store. And they are DEAD and DYING from lack of water. The most dead plants I have ever seen in a supposed plant sales location.... hundreds of plants dead from lack of water. We call this mismanagement. This is not an employee fault, this is a management disaster. Don't bring plants to your store if they are here to die. OK? read more

Best Walmart I have ever been to, it's like shopping at Target minus the price markup. The employees are normal people, shelves stocked, the shoppers are normal people. Wish I could give this Wal-Mart a zero. They overdrew my account three times to the tune of $620 today. Then the 800 number said they'd have a marketing manager call me in 1-4 business days but in the meantime...my account is overdrawn and I won't be able to cash my paycheck tomorrow because they overdraw has to be paid first. Then their GM and "coach" were rude, dismissive, and told ME I need to calm down? Well you outright stole from me by charging my account three times instead of once. And ya want me to wait until next week to figure it out? The the 800 number had a glitch and the call was dropped but they didn't call back, I had to? Them they gave me another number to call but I have to wait until tomorrow because they close at 330? I told your cashier to take $250 from my card and I would pay the rest in cash. Nope. She took it all and overdrew my checking account. And rather than just refund $50, take the rest of the payment in cash and then refund the overdraft, you charge my account three separate times and overdraw it three times? I own a business and I can't steal from my customers like that. You guys are horrible. Terrible. Rotten management staff. My employees would starting over with their training which would be starting with washing toilets and there would be no..next time they stole from a customer, they'd lose their job right then. And you're GM, Mr. Porfirio, his "coach" Marlena and her counterpart Sara all need some retraining on how they treat their customers. This place sucks. Their managers suck. Absolutely ridiculous that they don't keep simple items in stock. Hardly any choices of steaks, bread isle hardly had bread, absolutely no sausage in the whole store. And everything is placed in isles where you wouldn't expect so you really have to search to find things you need. If I could rate it like I wanted it would be a -6/10. This review is solely for the mindless robot at the photo counter. Granted I'm spoiled at not having to step foot in a Walmart down the hill...Evergreen is lucky in that regards as its a nice clean store..but you still get the mindless droids occasionally who forget that they work at Walmart. I was printing up 17 pics for a wall collage project and 4 of them were pics that a friend took with my Sony Nex5r camera (to give you an idea that 1) i know photography and 2) with a $700 camera your going to get great shots) of me and my fiancé. Long story short..he basically called me a liar and said the pics were "too good to be taken by a friend" and refused to let me purchase them unless I got my friend to write a NOTARIZED letter stating he took the pic. So basically make sure your pics look crappy or you'll need proof they aren't copyrighted. read more

This is the nicest Wal-Mart I have ever been in. It's clean and easy to find items I need. The lines aren't long and I have been spoiled living in Evergreen and shopping at this local Wal-mart. I love the Wal-mart sushi here - it beats Safeway and King Soopers Sushi and it's made by a local sushi man in Evergreen. Who would have thought that Wal-mart sushi would be so good - another great reason to stop in. They also have a Subway and Redbox at this location. I'm not a huge fan of Wal-mart but I do like this store and location. read more
