Just an absolute gem in a very unexpected spot! You head up in a strip-mall style building to head into the brewery, and then you order at the counter and should head out to the deck to take in some great views while you enjoy your food and beer! They have a rotating Burger of the Month, and I've yet to have a bad one! They are always juicy, inventive and absolutely delicious! The Pork Green Chili is similarly amazing, and there are some excellent beers to accompany them! Whenever I do a hike near Evergreen, I always make sure to stop by here afterwards!

After a hike on Squaw Mountain, we dropped back toward Evergreen, ready for burgers and a pint. Gotta say, Evergreen Brewery hooked us up. Our burgers were of the greasy spoon type, but thicker. Cheese was solid, so was the bacon. The bun was awesome, not what's usually paired with this kind of burger. Win. My red IPA was surprisingly above par. Upper mids. They don't have fries, FYI. The chips seemed house-made and were good. One bartender was helpful and friendly. The other could be replaced by AI. I really dig the artwork that fills the walls on both floors. Who has a Papa Smurf skate deck? The upstairs has a pool table, a pinball machine, and one of those table-top arcade combo things. I tried playing an old fave, 1943, but it's 50 cents and only gave me one life. No, thanks. The pinball machine isn't forgiving when your ball goes out on its first trip down, but we did get a replay and the difficulty isn't set very high. Overall, when looking for a post-hike beer and burger, Evergreen Brewery hits the spot.

Awesome lunch . I had the cheesesteak loaded . Very very good. I've ordered in the past. Not sure what they changed but this was the absolute best I've had here. With a couple 2 Kilts and I enjoyed my lunch 100%

This place is a solid 5 stars. I'm not sure where to start. The brewery is a cozy atmosphere playing excellent music and has TVs to watch sports. On a nice day you can enjoy yourself on their large patio. We were greeted with a friendly hello from the beertender. They have an excellent food menu. I tried their Italian sandwich (warm) and OMG! It was excellent. The hoagie roll was fresh, the mustard (made in house) was the best I have had. The Italian meat and their in house Giardiniera perfection. My husband had the Cuban sandwich and raved it is one of the best he has had. We also tried their spinach dip and broccoli salad. The freshness of the ingredients is really a showcase. Now since they are a brewery I should talk about their beer. My husband had a flight and enjoyed all four. The Infinite Alone Mexican lager was his favorite but he also liked the Evergreen Tropic Like It's Hot. I drank the Da Fook, Irish Milk/Cream/Sweet Stout - Barrel Aged ((Lactose, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla)) and it was so flavorful and smooth. I'm so glad this place is on my radar. Great place after a nice hike, enjoying the mountain air.

We stopped in here for lunch while we were driving the lariat loop. They have a good selection of beers and a full bar. We went on a Monday and they had happy hour pricing during lunch. They have a full menu with who made specialties to include beer, cheese, macaroni, and cheese Made with some of their house root beer, butternut squash, hummus with vegetables, and pita, my boyfriend got the Reuben and thought it was fantastic. Everything is served on our cart. It's not huge, but they do have indoor and outdoor seating and you could have a group of up to 8 to 10 easily. They have several TVs with sports on. We enjoyed the kolsch. If you were nearby, it is worth checking out. They open every day at 12 PM.

This brewery is super cute and delicious. Their burger and beer were great. There is outside heaters to keep you warm and a cute view of the mountain.

Perfectly relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Beer was very good. My favorite was the Octoberfest. Barbecue pork nachos hit the spot. Service was good. You order at the bar.

The Secret's Out: Why Evergreen Bread & Cocktail Lounge is Our Forever Favorite…read moreFor a few years now, my wife and I have considered this place our little "under-the-radar" sanctuary. But let's be honest--when a spot is this good, a secret stays a secret for about as long as a fresh loaf of their bread lasts on a table. (Which is to say: not long at all.) Here is why Evergreen Bread & Cocktail Lounge remains our absolute go-to: * The Vibe: The atmosphere strikes that perfect, rare balance between sophisticated and soulful. Whether you're there for a quiet morning reflective coffee or a lively evening drink, the ambiance just works. * The Bread (Oh, The Bread!): It's the undisputed star of the show. It's consistent, artisanal, and frankly, addictive. If you haven't tried it yet, consider this your formal intervention. * More Than Just a Bakery: They consistently turn out dishes that are as thoughtful as they are delicious. From the first bite to the last sip of coffee, you can tell the kitchen actually cares. * The People: A restaurant can have great decor, but it's the staff that gives it a heart. The team here couldn't be warmer or more attentive; they make you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. The Verdict? If you're looking for a spot that nails the transition from "morning bakery bliss" to "evening lounge elegance," this is it. We're already counting down the days until our next visit. Highly recommended--just don't be surprised if you have to fight us for a seat!

The location is fantastic--it's situated right next to Bear Creek, providing a cool, relaxing atmosphere that really captures the mountain vibe. As for the food, it's excellent across the board. The breakfast scrambles are a highlight, topped with fresh sauces and served with perfectly crispy hash brown medallions. Their smothered burritos are another must-try, loaded with melted cheese and served with fresh sides. I was craving a homey coffee shop moment, something cabin-esque where you can relax without feeling rushed. Muddy Buck delivered. Comfy couches, warm wood vibes, and the kind of atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. I did forget the book I meant to read, but that worked out because I ended up having a really lovely morning playing games with a friend instead. The coffee was solid, and the pastries were warm, soft, and pillowy. But the sleeper hit here is the Muddy Buck chocolate chip walnut cookie. Gooey, perfectly baked, and genuinely memorable. One of those cookies you keep thinking about later. If you're in Evergreen and want a cozy, relaxed coffee shop where you can actually sit and enjoy your time, this is the spot.

The seating is a fun mix of tables and comfy couches, plus outside patio seating. There is a selection of board and card games available, and a slightly tucked away book for those who want some privacy (as I did on my morning visit, to take a work call). 2) The chocolate chip walnut cookies are SO good! Definitely get it warmed up. 3) Free wifi. The less good: 1) Given they roast their own coffee I had high expectations on the taste of my latte but it was just okay, nothing standout. 2) The cinnamon rolls are another thing the Muddy Buck is known for and maybe I just got one from a day-old / less fresh batch but it wasn't that great. The edges were crispy - not sure if that's intentional - I prefer my cinnamon rolls soft & pillowy. 3) The service is hit-or-miss and their overall workflow needs some adjusting. After most orders the cashier would walk away and tell the next person in line they'll be with them in just a few minutes, even if it wasn't that busy. When I got my Italian soda, I didn't get my cookie - I was told they were still working on it (it was in the display case) - yet my friend who ordered after me got her soda and cookie at the same time. I had to go up again to ask for it. 4) They're inconsistent with their use of disposable vs reusable packaging. My latte was in a to-go cup despite dining in and plenty of reusable mugs hanging there. Cinnamon roll came on a plate. Italian soda was a to-go cup. Cookie was in a to-go bag. They have both reusable and disposable silverware. Some adjustments are needed IMO.
