I am a regular here, spending 250 every 3 weeks and using pickup service since, it takes so long to shop here with long lines. I placed my order and they substituted 13 items, i declined and they wouldn't let me declined the substituted Items so, i canceled the entire order. Then they send me an email saying; they will hold my 250.00 for 10 days. This store is filthy, especially the produse section. They are under staffed. Generally the complaints for this location and seemingly others is primarily for customer service. If u just need to pick up a few items or do basic shopping and can come on non-peak or off hours, then u should have no problem here. We went around 8:00-9:00 PM on a Thurs after dinner to get a few items. Parking was not a problem in their big lot and we got a good spot due to the time. Store had some business, but was not crowded. Self checkout was fast and no problem. Restrooms were not immaculate, but hey it's Walmart, but were tolerable. This store doesn't take the Walmart plus benefits. I nicely told the manager a couple of weeks ago the one lady won't let you leave the building if you don't have a receipt. He said he would talk to her and agreed she would be scanning the digit exit passes. Yet she still can't use the scanner and tells you to go back and get a printed receipt. The other lady has no problems using it and letting you leave but it's the third time I have had to use another door to exit. It's not worth paying for Walmart plus if they won't let you use it. Go to the larger Walmart by Sam's just south of here. The trick to this Walmart is getting in early before everyone starts buzzing about. They are always on top of everything. Workers never see or acknowledge you but that's Walmart, who cares right? They are known for that. Sometimes this location does not have the freshest fruits or vegetables, so be careful going in expecting everything to be fresh. The Lazy and Pathetic Manager Naga ( an Indian Man) Said he did not have keys to the dressing room and no one was there who had keys. They come in at 7:00 AM. Worst restroom at a Walmart I've ever seen. If their bathroom is like this their kitchen in the deli and bakery is disgusting too.

They like to stand over black people as they are using self checkouts. I've never seen them do it to any other race. Then you'll have a group of 6 using 1 self checkout. I'd be more worried about them not scanning vs 1 black person. I will no longer continue to shop here. read more

Let me begin by setting expectations: it's a Walmart. That means if you show up at 1PM on a Tuesday you're probably going to see a lot of jobless types shopping in their pajamas. If that's what you're complaining about, get a job or shop at a different time. Love the selection, the helpful employees, and the bathrooms as clean as Nordstrom. Just because they have frozen fried chicken sandwiches with glazed donut buns and Oreo churros, don't act like you can't eat healthy shopping here, no one forced you to put that junk in your trunk. From pressed green juice to refined extra virgin coconut oil to date nut snax (straight outta Coachella) to zucchini noodles and all types of quinoa, not to mention cheaper vitamins and supplements, they have everything I need to be healthy. Plus quality desserts like Tate's amazing cookies baked with love (but not gluten!) in the Hamptons, and Halo Top ice cream made with protein and organic sugar. They also have a good selection of grass fed, free range and no hormone eggs and meats. Now the frozen lobster tails and sushi, sorry but that's just not happening in my cart and nobody better try to feed me that ish. Self checkout is quick and helps me forget that other humans may have touched any of my items before me. I'm weird, get over it. New development, we now have a bubble tea shoppe right up front - way to be almost modern Walmart! I feel super cool sucking tapioca balls out of a big pink straw as I roam the aisles in my hoodie and yoga pants. We drove back to Walmart and unable to locate it anywhere. Several employees helped us search. After about 10 min, the manager came over and solved the items for us. Went to have an eye exam here. I honestly feel like they keep pushing you to have unnecessary services. With my co-pay, I should have walked out paying $10, but ended up shelling out $75. At the beginning, they briefly mentioned that getting fitted for contacts that correct an astigmatism would cost about $45. I have never been diagnosed as having an astigmatism, so I was surprised upon learning that I needed special contacts. Well, I trusted the doctor and they honestly don't even fit my eye. I didn't think this was too sketchy because my eyes are a bit sensitive, but I kept getting asked by the nurse and the doctor if I wanted an additional eye exam to check the internal health of my eye. This is already asked in the paperwork that you fill out beforehand. On top of that, I had already told both the nurse and doctor that I had a similar exam performed somewhere else just a few weeks ago. read more

I went to the deli today and there was one young lady, Jasmine, assisting multiple customers where they sell the hot food. I rang the bell for assistance unaware that she would ultimately be the one helping in the deli as I could see multiple people in the back. So I rang the bell again and an elderly lady came out and said "she can help you when she's done" and walked back in the back to continue what she was doing as if it was more important than helping this young lady out with multiple customers. Walmart need to get rid of these workers that are not team players because that was a clear example that the customer was not important. If it wasn't for the pleasant young lady, I would have given this place a one. I will continue going to HEB until Walmart get rid of these workers that do not prioritize their customers. read more

Went to return a costume i bought for my little sister, the lady (wasnt wearing a name tag) was unprofessional and non social. I stood there and helped her make a box while she never said a word to me, i had to ask if she needed a card from me, to which she said no you're good. Thanks for making me stand and watch you eat crackers while taking care of my order. Also, went to print pictures, to which multiple employees walked by & none told us they were out of ink, until after 25 minutes of us messing with the computer. I needed a new pressure washer hose, so instead of trying to find it aimlessly I looked it up on the Walmart app and it told me the aisle. I grab the hose and go to self checkout, I ring up the pressure washer hose and it was $27.98 and the app had it for $19.88. I asked the worker who was working the self checkouts to take off the difference since it was clearly just ringing up wrong. She told me that they don't do price match, and I said 'This is the Walmart app, telling me this product is here for $19.88'. This isn't a 3rd party app this is WALMARTS price for the product I want. She didn't fight it and tried to get the discount for me which was appreciated, but the poor girl had no idea how to work the self checkout machine, I don't blame her because she clearly wasn't trained, at all. I was standing in this self checkout for 25 minutes for her to take off this price, she gets assistance from another employee, who also clearly had not been properly trained either and now the whole self checkout machine stops working so I said I'll just go to customer service. I go to the next employee at customer service and tell her this isn't ringing up correctly, it's $19.88 on the Walmart app and that's what I am going to pay. She said they don't price match, again this is the Walmart app, a Walmart product, my store was set to the Frisco store. How do you not match your own companies price? So then she has to get the manager to approve this price match, and he tells me the same 'we don't price match.' So I said 'So I can order this right now through the app, add my credit card info, buy through the app for $19.88, go outside park in the Walmart Pick Up area, have them bring the product out to me, and that's how I will get the proper price? That seems like a ridiculous hassle.' Keep in mind I have been trying to checkout with 2 total items for over 30 minutes now. I did finally get my proper price. I am blown away at the lack of training being done at Walmart, evident of poor management, and when I do speak to the manager he doesn't try to fix the problem or step up at all. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Called to get a manager and they transferred me to ignore. After several calls got hold of someone (this is always the case here). Usually, when you place a grocery order online, they allow you to make changes to your order if you forgot something up until a couple of hours of preparing the order. This time at 2am I placed the order and it immediately locked the order in prepare. This means that you have to basically shop two times to get the order you wanted. When I got hold of someone they didn't care or say sorry. I felt like I was in New York and they said what do you want. Now they could have handled the order by allowing me to get my two items onto the order, but they chose to allow me to cancel my order and not use their service. Like I'm going to go back to that store again, they probably would offer me a free covid cough to go. read more

Recently this Walmart decided to remove workers from the door monitoring whether or not patrons are wearing masks when they enter at the door. There is still a mask mandate and the virus spread is on the rise. I witnessed families entering, exiting, walking around the store without masks. Even more upsetting I saw two Walmart workers not wearing theirs. I left to go to another location a short distance away and they still had people at the door checking everyone for masks.
