These are pictures of the rudest employee I've ever met at market street. This is my go-to store for groceries, as I live 3 minutes away and always love the energy at market street other than her. Do yourself a favor, and FIRE HER!! Her attitude and treatment towards customers, other employees and vendors is disgustingly terrible. Almost every time I come in here I have to see the most unhappy worker of my life who projects that negative energy onto everyone else. My words for her - your disgusting energy is draining to even be near and you deserve nothing good from the way you treat people. I hope market street employers wake up and give you exactly what you give everyone else daily. Hard to believe I've seen it go on this long as a customer and you're still there. A rating of 1 is actually too good for what we got, would prefer a rating of less than O!! We paid a lot of money for Christmas party catering trays to Market Street located at Lebanon & Legacy in Frisco, Tx. The 2 different types of cocktail meatballs were terrible. Do not know what was in the meatballs but they were awful, and the sauce they put the meatballs in was also terrible. The Chicken Skewers were absolutely horrible, very dry, terrible breading, soggy, could not eat them. We have bought a lot of food in the past from Market Street and always enjoyed their food but this time it was terrible. The guest at my party would not even eat the food. I thought this store was great. Nice open layout with a fantastic selection of ready to eat/grab and go foods. It was nice and clean, well stocked and I breezed through the self service check out where a nice person overseeing those lanes wished me well as I exited. I also noticed they had a little bar area, tucked into the middle, where folks had stopped in for a pint. I kind of love that! read more

I can't think of any better way to grocery shop....with wine!! Or beer if that's what floats your boat!! Speaking of - their wine and beer sections are great!!! Their customer service in the wine department is so helpful and I use their advice frequently. Their floral department is amazing! I buy florals every week. 2019 Yelp 2019 120 Challenge - #75 Market Street is a really amazing grocery/ eatery. I love their salad and sandwich selections and their cute happy hour/ bar area. Monday - Thursday they have a special happy hour at their bar with $1 off beer and wine. They offer many take home and cook meals and it reminds me of a smaller Wholefoods. I suggest that if you are in the Frisco area, that you defiantly check it out and grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. I love getting my lunch meals from Market Street at least once or twice a week. My reason for the 3 star instead of 4 is b/c I was rushed during check out when no one else was behind me. read more

This review is for the Texas Kitchen and Tap House. We heard about the newly opened location and had to visit this past Friday night. The bartenders were helpful and offered several varieties of cheeses to go with our drinks. We stepped across the the Texas Kitchen and ordered our meals and took it back the the bar for dinner. We had the roasted turkey breast and roasted chicken with sides. Made for a great place to relax and enjoy dinner with a drink. I highly recommend you stop by and give them a try. They may have other beers in their cooler if not displayed. My wife was looking for the new Blue Moon Mango and it was in their cooler. Enjoy. read more

I love Market Street! Everything is so clean and organized at this location; there is so much to look at. The first time I walked in here I was overwhelmed by the cheese selection and prepared meals. Mine and my bf's all-time favorite is the pot roast - $12 and you get a great portion of veggies and very lean meat. I will give y'all one bit of advice - the bread section is right by the dairy/frozen dessert section. The first time I came here I was shocked because I thought they only had the bread from the bakery available (and the fancy $5 in an endcap); it took me a couple of visits to figure out that it did in fact exist. This Market Street used to be a really nice store with amazing customer service, and quality food. Now it's just an over priced chain grocery store. If you're going to pay those prices, you should get much better customer service, quality of produce and attention to details, such as bagging groceries so they don't rip through the bags before you get to your car. I started using this pharmacy this summer when my private pharmacy could no longer get my medication due to backorder issues. From the first phone call, I knew this was going to be my new pharmacy! "Richland" is the pharmacy manager and she is awesome!!!! She always goes above and beyond and she is friendly, helpful and professional!!! And she follows through and does what she says she is going to do, which is not very common nowadays. I have to say I'm very disappointed in this market Street location. I was so excited when they moved into our neighborhood but we just bought lamb chops that have over a quarter of an inch of fat on them. This never happens at the El Dorado location. They need to step up to the plate and be as good as their neighbors up the street and both their meat department and there meals available to go. I was unhappy before now I just don't think I will ever shop there again. This is a disgrace to the market Street reputation and unfortunately due to the fact that they are now owned by the same company, Albertson's, that now also owns Tom Thumb they are the only game in town that sells lamb chops. Can't wait until H-E-B comes to town. Shame on you Market Street! You are living off a reputation here that you have never earned. read more

This review is mainly about the floral department but everything else is on point too! At this point I have purchased two bouquets from Market Street Floral and have been completely blown away each time. FIRST OF ALL, the price?!??!?! Each time I have paid no more than $30 - $40 dollars for stunning arrangements. Essentially, after speaking to your floral designer, you go, pick a vase, give them an idea of what you want and basically "build your bouquet". The flowers are so fresh and so beautiful and floral designers are so patient and willing to work with you to create the arrangement you're looking for. When I came to pick up both of my orders, I requested a few changes. Each time, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. This is hands down one of the best florists I've ever worked with and the fact that it's in an awesome grocery store just makes it that much better! Just spent almost $300 at this store and this location continues to decline. Wine was 25% off a cast and I asked the check out girl when would I see the discount. Please don't waste your energy and time going to this pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy the guy hung up the phone while I was trying to understand their process. Once I got there, they just give me the worst attitude and charge me the full price for my medications saying that "they didn't make the prices" (I was using my gold membership from GoodRx) later on I found out that they didn't have the correct membership, so I ended up paying full price because obviously I needed my medication. I'm not sure what the hype is. Two stars because the people I interacted with were very nice. I tried getting donuts for a staff meeting but apparently they don't sell them. There was a case with 4 glazed donuts in it but that was it, not enough for a dozen and no variety. I tried to get a fruit platter but the fruit was highly priced and looking very 'unfresh'. I ended up at Tom Thumb and got a great selection of donuts and the fruit platter was fresh and tasty! It's great that they are trying to be unique and fancy for the Frisco crowd but please don't forget the basics! read more

I am blown away by Market Street. While the prices are a little higher than the average grocery store, you clearly see why once you make your first trip. Upon entering, i walk to the back just exploring and to my right i see what looks like a bar??! A bar inside of a grocery store? And there are people sitting at this bar just chillin. WOW lol now it appeared to only be beer and/or wine from what i could tell but wow ok moving on along my journey, next up i come across wine tasting! Sureeeee why not I'd be happy to. Very friendly lady and i got to try "Walking Dead Wine" and apparently there is an app called "living wine labels" where this specific wine label came to life right before my eyes, full of zombies of course. I got two bottles for $11.99 each. Perfect! I would probably only shop here for specialty items and for a good adventure as i said before it can be pricey but man they do have some good stuff here. Customer service is lacking today. I shop here often and was surprised when I was not asked if I wanted assistance with taking my grocery to my car. The man bagging my groceries was older, and I thought he was older. Perhaps he didn't do that, but to my surprise, when I went to put my basket up. He was assisting the lady, who was behind me, taking her groceries to her car. Who, BTW, was of a different race. I would hope Market Street would not discriminate or let it's employees do so. read more

I needed to use the delivery app three times within 24 hours and will never attempt again. Each time I had to call to confirm my order and submit payment as the app does not work when completing your payment. This last time I was told order was received and would be delivered. The order was never received and the store does not show on their end. I would not recommend the app for preorders. Waste of time and does not serve its purpose. read more

As a regular Market Street shopper at our "home" location In Plano, this store pales in comparison. We have consistently found very sub-standard produce, and "holes" on shelves where items remain unstocked for weeks. Our most recent episode was shopping the produce area and finding numerous containers of basil with obvious mold growing inside. During this same visit, purchased a salad kit only to find when we got it home the ingredients within were clearly past date and heavily discolored, indicating it had probably not been kept chilled appropriately. Store employee calls the police on customer who inadvertently parked in the Fire lane. I loved this store but now I can no longer go there after I received the ticket from the Frisco police based on the call from the store. Whomever called the police could have been more professional and asked for the person with the car parked please come to the service desk this is what Kroger, Tom Thumb or Central Market would have done and showed their customer respect and gave them a chance to fix it. It feels like a threat and I will no longer give them my business as they do not deserve it. Especially in today's society it is better to be kind as you never know what has been going on with the customer who is shopping at your store. Used a $16 Groupon for Valentine's Day flowers for my wife. I can honestly say that I was shocked by the gorgeous arrangement that arrived from Market Street! I expected a lot less considering it was the night before the holiday and it being so inexpensive. I will definitely use the floral department again.
