I am not much of a WalMart girl due to all the people. I went to buy a grill. We entered through the Garden Center and was greeted by 2 associates that were passing out "Troll" hair and doing face paintings. Very nice and friendly my daughter loved her "Troll Hair" and getting her face painted. We looked around the whole store. I was not impressed with the selection of gas grills, I did settle on a 3 burner. The toy section was a mess,we walked around and looked at the toys we stopped near the bikes and we were right beside an associate for several minutes and she looked at us several times and never spoke or even acknowledged us. We went to the Easter or "seasonal" isle to get some Easter eggs. It was disastrous and highly unorganized. You could not tell the prices of anything. We also looked through the clothing department for kids and was only spoken too by the associate after I was telling my daughter to stay by my side because people were crazy. (In regards to strangers approaching kids in our area) She had many times to acknowledge us. We then had to head all the way across the store because the Easter candy is in a completely different section of the store instead of with the Easter items. Since I was buying a grill we went to check out in the Home and Garden Dept. When we first got in line there were 2 cashiers and I was unable to get the grill and the gentleman that checked me out said he would get a buggy and get the grill for me, however by the time we were finished and I paid the other cashier had left and there was a huge line behind me. I went and found a buggy and got the grill down myself. I am not that tall and the grill was up fairly high and for a female it was not that easy to get. We left the store and the gentleman that checked me out was apologetic about not helping but I told him not to worry about it, it was fine. The ladies that did my daughters face painting spoke as we walked out and the guy at the entrance of the garden center spoke and said thank you and gave us a huge smile. I wish I knew there names. I truly appreciate kind and helpful associates. It can make or break your whole shopping experience. I have this 3 stars due to the disarray of the store, the selection of gas grills and the employees that we were very close to that did not even attempt to speak. read more

I recently had a disappointing experience while shopping for towels and blankets at Walmart, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. The associate I encountered was not only unhelpful but also seemed indifferent to my questions. When I asked for assistance in locating specific towels, she appeared frustrated and dismissed me without offering any guidance. It felt as though my presence was more of a nuisance than an opportunity to help a customer. Additionally, I approached the manager to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the service issue. Unfortunately, she mirrored the same lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was curt and seemed uninterested in improving the customer experience. Overall, my visit left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope management takes these comments seriously and works to improve the training and attitude of their staff, particularly regarding management training. Very unprofessional. read more

It was another normal day at Walmart. Another roll forward! The roll back price was around $23.00 but when you check out its around $33.00. Typical! Almost always the price at the register is never rolled back like the price on the shelf. You should get the Walmart app to verify all prices! You have to go to customer service in order to get the rollback price. No one else will help you. (i ask the attendant at customer service does this happen on a regular basis and she said YES!!) THEY HOPE YOUR MEMORY DOES NOT SERVE YOU WELL! read more

Worst store in the area. In-store-pick- or delivery! NO ONE answers the phone. I made a grocery order. I didn't say they couldn't substitute. Half my order was left off. I tried to call before my order left the store to see if they would substitute the item I really needed. No one answered. I made 8 calls in 5 minutes, and pushed "0" for CS. Then I tried electronics to see if anyone would answer. I just needed 4 things!!! It's not the difficult! There's never anyone to help, and if you can find someone, they are as lost as I am, and they look annoyed I even bothered. I'll go out of my way to go to another store. read more

The pick up service is wonderful. I don't like shopping in Walmart as shelves aren't usually refilled in a timely way. Enough check out cash registers are never opened. This is the most ratchets Walmart I ever been too tf! Bruhhhh on gawd Smfdh I'm high risk pregnancy and I asked if there is a cart where the disable ppl ride in if they have one I asked this lady she said she don't know (how tf u don't know if u work for Walmart) so she said hold on and ask this other lady. I'm high risk pregnancy and been having contractions off and on and this lady didn't even try to find one at all for me didnt even look or nothing this like the second time I came in needing one and no help at all. Why do the people at Walmart here not check ID when someone comes to the checkout counter using a debit or credit card?

This store is a royal pain. They thought it was a good idea to change from being open 24 hours to 6:00 a.m. - Midnight. The problem with this is now there is no room for customers to shop because the employees who used to work the night shift are now filling the aisles with stocking shelves and pulling orders for pick up or delivery, leaving NO room for customers to shop.
