This review is for the shoe department and salesperson Roselia…read more I have wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for quite a while, but every time I tried them on in the past, they felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't understand what all the hype was about. Today, Roselia completely changed my mind. As soon as she looked at my feet, she noticed how narrow they are and explained that the sandals simply needed to be adjusted properly. She took the time to carefully adjust every strap until they fit exactly as they should. The difference was incredible. Once everything was adjusted, they were as comfortable as everyone says they are. I ended up purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks, and thanks to Roselia, I know they won't be my last. Roselia never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right fit. She is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive--exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have. Thank you for taking the time to help me have such a great first Birkenstock experience!

It's worth going just to walk around in their nicely air conditioned store. Once you get past the frigid AC you realize that the selection of merch here is extensive and well organized. The prices on their bath towels were reasonable and they were just so soft that it's going to feel like you're drying off with a baby lamb. There are plenty of employees, but they aren't intrusive which is nice. They just appear conveniently when you need them. There is plenty of parking here and it's easy to get in and out of if you enter from the east side of the building where there is a light.

The store was so well organized and clean! I absolutely found more than I wanted to, but checked out with a few items. I ended up getting cleaning supplies, clothes for my toddler, and snacks for my puppy. The checkout was fast and the service was friendly! I am very happy they didn't push their store credit card on me. I WILL be back because I made a wishlist for next weekend (lol!)

The service was good though, and the employees were all helpful at the checkout lanes. Amy immediately refused, claiming it was "policy" that Legos can't be returned without a receipt. That's false -- Target has no such rule; no-receipt returns are just handled case-by-case (store credit, card lookup, etc.), and Legos aren't on the exclusion list. Went back 30 minutes later, different associate, no problem at all. Annoying to have to make a second trip with my infant because Amy made up a policy instead of doing her job.

The staff had to intervene to kick them out eventually because they were disturbing the other customers. Another issue I continue to have at Walmart is the payment terminals not accepting my inserted card. There is no option to tap, so I have to reinsert my card numerous times until it allows me to swipe my card. The employees at the self-checkout are not helpful and just stand there watching you struggle. Even when you need help, they don't want to come over. I hope their registers are fixed or they add tap to pay to make it easier.
