We have repeatedly been left with no food deliveries. They say that they don't have any drivers but an employee told us that was a lie. Also, when we do get the order, there is always something left off. Today it was eggs and milk. There's no way that can be true! They need to do better! Waiting for over an hour for literally 7 items. Multitude of people getting orders that came after us. The employees have marked it as ready yet still no items. The employees are refusing to talk to people and barely bringing orders out over a span of an hour. I've worked this department I know this ain't how it's supposed to be ran. read more

I normally won't even go to this Walmart because it's such a disaster. I normally drive across town to a different one. Last night I needed 2 items. They were pretty easy to fine, a small bag of dog treats and a small can of acetone from the paint section. The dog treat section was upside down. Nothing was on the shelf with the correct price in front of it. Can't use your cell phone in there because there's no Internet connection inside Walmart. You sure can't count on somebody coming by to help you either. I did van with a wanted, then I went on over and picked up the Acitone. I thought it would be pretty simple to check myself out and leave. They don't want to self check out and three of the five check out stations was down. People were backed up waiting on the checkout station. There seem to be two people watching the checkout station but I noticed that they were busy talking on the cell phone. When I did get to the checkout station to check myself out. The machine wouldn't take any of my cards or cash. The attendant acted like I was causing him issues by asking him a question. in short and the place looks like a store in a Third World nation, things out of place, dirty floors, dirty restrooms, no customer service at all. I can drive across town and have a completely different experience at Walmart. Hopefully they will get it together But I'm thinking they're going to have to get it together without me. read more

This once was a great store. The employees are rude, very few check-out lines are open the the self check-out is too slow. They were once out of bags at the self check-out. The store is not clean and boxes are everywhere. Employees hang out in front of the store which is definitely not a good look. read more

This is the second time i have placed my order, the first time the lady left part of my order, but took my TP back to the store. After back and forth, they told me the order was "stuck" and canceled the order. So I placed another order (12 roll of TP), delivery for the next day. The next day around 1, I call the 1 800 number (no one answers at the store). I was told it should be delivered by 3:30, 4:15 I called back and was told the driver couldn't fit it in her car and didn't know when another driver was available. So, the canceled again. I never got a message saying the order was cancelled or my money was refunded. So once again I called back around 5. I was told then the order was not cancelled, and it should be here by 10 tonight. Still get no answer and the pickup dept. Someone did answer the front desk, so I ask for a manger. No one never answered. Pros: Only a few years old so the store itself is kept fairly clean with a lot of staff. Cons: Floors are not properly cleaned so you WILL build up static electricity that will shock you constantly. We once asked an employee if they were being shocked as well, and he said yes, everyone know. Very strange. The buggies are not cleaned when brought in from outside. Employees smoke in the front. Conclusion, hey it's Walmart. Better than most. read more

Rudest associates ever, plain and simple and not to even begin on never having anything in stock or the lack of merchandise choices

If I could I would give this store a half a star or less . The employees are rude , unprofessional, loud, and poorly managed . Walk through the store you find stockers listening to loud vulgar rap music without headphones, ear buds or anything else and they find it funny, ask for help and they either don't know , don't care, or just ignore you or tell you it's not their department . The cashiers that work self check out are the biggest joke of all . They are loud , more interested in their social media , who's dating who, who said what , who walked in the door , or how inconvenient it is for them to walk to the register you are currently at to do their job. Deli isn't open at all , no food on the hot bar , no meat for slicing . The meat department is totally empty . No one is trying to stock anything at all over there . Nothing is where it is supposed to be ( no there isn't a food shortage go to piggly wiggly, highlander, food giant they are fully stocked all of the time ) that is the product of lazy employees, horrible managers and people who just don't care . I think I'm gonna be taking my business else where from now on this place makes me so mad I wanna fight by the time I leave there . This is by far the worst pickup experience I have ever had. I usually drive out 30 mins to another walmart before I use my own. But I decided I've give them a chance this once. I learned my lesson. I'll keep driving further out. Hour long wait for a pickup order is pathetic. read more

The customer service is below zero. It takes longer to get checked out than it did to do 2 weeks of grocery shopping. They were not stocked at all. And the lady at the front door made me feel like a thief. I absolutely hate going to Walmart. I would rather pay a little extra and enjoy getting groceries the best I can anyway. Hate Walmart! The associate that I thought was the Greeter (She stated she was not the Greeter) chewed me out today for bringing my Blind dog into the store today and to never bring the dog back! I went and talked to the store managers and they said the policy is to put a blanket in the bottom of the buggy for the dog sit on and dogs are okay. Rude associates. Shelves are never stock and forget trying to ask if they have products in the back, they won't look and tell you that's all they have. The door person always makes me feel like a thief in this store. Constantly goes through my stuff in the cart and gives me that nasty looks. Money order machines constantly breakdown and they run out of water quick. Since even before the pandemic started this Walmart never has alcohol. Every other store around has alcohol, this store never has. Shelves are constant bare of products. I'm about to travel further and go to Sumiton Walmart. My husband stopped going shopping with me at this walmart because of how terrible it is. Plus, the lady that cleans the bathroom yelled at him several times even though she doesn't put a sign up that it's being cleaned. She was rude and takes ages to clean the restroom. My husband has a condition where he has to go and can not hold it. I understand you have to clean the restroom but if you're gonna take that long, have another closer option for people with medical conditions. Don't even try to call this Walmart, no one will answer and it gets worse during the holidays. They take the phone off the hook. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

The service finally turned around with a new manager. We use to wait 20-30 mins to check out. Now they have more registers open. Only prob I have now is deli people open mouth gum chewing. Yes that's my biggest pet peeve! read more
