This Walmart is under new management. The new manager can in and ripped the store apart . And it was challenging to go through the changes. But I have to tell you if you haven't visited the Walmart in Jupiter lately your in for a big surprise, The produce section was the first to go under construction. New freezers, new refrigerators , shelving , they doubled the produce section. And it's great . There is a ton of new products. And the displays are very user friendly. He's slowly moving to the rest of the store but big changes for this store . It's going to be able absolutely great when it's finished . Ho see it it's worth the time . I've always avoided city-based Walmarts because the service is always deplorable and it's a zoo and not worth the discounted price. I used to drive 30 miles round trip out of my way to come to the Indiantown location, but it is now the same as the rest. I understand that they are doing renovations, but it's beyond awful. Staff have earbuds in and are speaking creole on personal calls while "working". I was passed by a manager and someone else with a badge that looked important. I finally asked Tyrone to help but I was so ticked that we couldn't locate the beach tent that I came to buy that I just grabbed a couple groceries and left. If Walmart had paid extra to update their app/website with the correct location of items they move for construction, they would have gotten a $200 sale. I'm now driving out of my way to go to Target. I don't understand why some people leave bad reviews about this Walmart -- I personally love this store! It's one of the cleanest and most beautiful Walmarts around. The outside is decorated in light blue with wood accents and looks very inviting. In my opinion, it truly deserves to be called the cleanest and nicest Walmart on this coast. One of the cleanest Walmarts. Go in the morning so there aren't crazy amount of people. The parking lot sucks, some of the employees are not the best, but overall it's a very good place to go and has a decent selection. Their fruits and vegetables are usually good, although they do not have a large organic section if you are looking for that. This is a supercenter which means you can also buy some clothing, household appliances, they have a little bit of everything. It is a smaller Walmart I've been told, but if you are in the area, you can have other Walmarts ship the products for pickup at this one. They have curbside delivery and assist. And they are across a side road from Publix, So if you can't find something you're looking for you have another shopping center right there. And then Aldi's is across the street as well. Went to buy my nephew football cards as we walked out the door the box of cards were all ripped open. We immediately walked back inside within 30 seconds two a minute I parked in the very first parking spot to the front door and they said there's nothing we can do. I spoke with management they said they would review the footage and came back within 1 minute and said there's nothing they can do.. they didn't take any time to review any footage, never asked where I parked didn't review and footage of me grabbing the box of cards from the baseball isle in the store with the box already looking tampered with but they were quick to say they can't do anything.. the box was $80 which is annoying because I paid for sealed cards and they sold me a box with them all ripped open already. As a customer I'm not going to open something in store until after I purchase for respect for the seller. This walmart is always beyond dirty, packed, everything all out of sorts. I can normally come on weekends only due to work but I stop by on the weekend and it is always utter chaos. Nothing restocked or everything out of stock. I will say this isn't always the case if I was able to come early on a week day. I just come in here simply because of the pricing. My only reason. I do have to say their bakery is pretty great though. I stopped by for something small for my Birthday tomorrow and found these little cake pops for not even 1/2 the cost of one starbucks cake pop. read more

The exterior is interesting and different than their typical corporate colors and the inside is pretty non chaotic as well. Super store we went in looking for a bathing suit and we got one at a good price. The clothing was at a good price and we were able to get in and out quickly. This Walmart location is better than most. It stands out to me because most of the employees I encounter are helpful and nice (as opposed to other locations where employees seem very unhappy). Lines are small. I rarely wait in line. The person helping with self checkout is prompt and helpful. When I need help in the store, I almost always easily find someone. The parking lot, as with most Walmarts, is very large with some small shade trees. I often find shaded parking, which I appreciate. There are ample cart return areas, which I also appreciate! For some reason, there is no Walmart sign at the turn to go into the plaza on the East side; if you're coming from the East, you may have to pass it and make a U-turn. If you are coming from I-95, it can also be difficult to miss, as the building is fairly set back from Indiantown Road and the sign is partially covered by plants. read more

I was distracted and used a CC only self check out machine and placed a $100 bill in which it accepted. When my changed came out the self check out attendant called a young girl with braids and nose ring working the refund/customer service desk which was absolutely useless and had zero customer service skills. She never made eye contact and stated there was nothing that could be done. I quickly asked for a store manager and after 10 minutes an elderly lady about 60 with salt and pepper hair a little longer than shoulder length arrived and sort of dismissed the issue as she walked by not even stopping to hear my problem. Finally a manager named Yeason appeared from the back and calmly after hearing me out, made a phone call to someone that walked him through the procedure of how to view the camera to see if i indeed placed a $100 in the machine. Once that was confirmed he directed the same young little girl from the customer service desk to return my $100 which she reluctantly did while rolling her eyes and never once apologizing for not handling the issue in a more effective manner. I realize that getting employees to enthusiastically do their job for minimum wage or slightly more is difficult. But it's not impossible. Take Willie in the produce department (night shift). Well spoken, attentive, saw that I looked perplexed when an items was not stocked. Asked if he could help me, heard my issue and went in the back and brought out the item I was looking for and went on to stock the shelf. Willie and Yeason should receive praise, as far as the other 2, perhaps a warehouse position is better suited for them so they don't have to deal with people. read more

I set my expectations low. It's Walmart. Generally the employees are pretty nice. I usually have no issues with anything. I shop here literally, at least a few times a week. Today I made a few returns at the Customer service desk and what I encountered was simply awful. The employee Sophia, motioned for me to come to the counter to take my returns. She was on the phone the entire time, talking to someone sounding like a a boyfriend. I was returning several items and had 3 different receipts. She continued to talk to whomever was on the phone, while at the same time telling me that some of the items could not be returned. It was 2 jars of baby food and I said "that's ok, don't worry about those. Maybe they're not returnable. No problem". She was also stuffing pringles into her mouth while she was waiting on me. The entire time, I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. She finally handed back all the receipts and said you're all set. I asked where to see where the credits were. I was returning a camp stove, valued at over $50 and didn't see that credit, so pointed out I was returning it. It was right in front of her. She smartly said, "well you didn't tell me you were returning that". Omg It was right in front of her! I said, "well maybe if you got off the phone.? I don't mean to sound nasty but". She replied, "but you were" and said she's allowed to be on the phone! I walked away but I really have to say this kind of service, even for Walmart, was simply atrocious. I tried to call and speak to a manager, but no one answers the phone. I cannot tell you how much money I spend at that store or the amount of times I'm in there, for over 20 years. But it seems to me, no one would care anyway. Pretty sad. read more

This store is a absurd, anyone who comes here knows it's all ignorant people working here I mean what do you expect from Walmart right. I ordered a ring that went in for sizing I was told it would take 2 to three weeks and I would get a call when it's ready, it's been a whole month now and I have not received any calls, I have tried to contact the store over 10 times now and every time I have either not been answered or just hung up on. So then I drove here and walked around the store like a maniac just trying to find an employee that speaks English, or a manager but they don't seem to have one here which doesn't surprise me by the looks of this place. Extremely unprofessional everyone here needs to loose their jobs cause they aren't getting any work done no way. Just completed deserted. I hope this place goes out of business! Fast forward two months I got my ring! Worst deli staff on the planet, every time I go there, they treat me like I'm bothering them and if you don't pay attention they will purposely give you the wrong product and slice the product like crap on purpose, I've never seen anything quite like this at any supermarket ever, very surprised they haven't gotten more complaints but the attitude is disgusting and uncalled for because I am always kind and respectful and I get rudeness & incompetence in return every time, maybe they just don't like my skin color or dislike Hispanic people but I don't have an accent so there's no language barrier, my father went there, and also said he was disgusted by the way he was treated him, he said the experience was disgusting because of how rude & miserable they present themselves to be and I couldn't agree more, I'm embarrassed for them honestly, have some pride and a little bit of dignity for god sake, if you hate yourself, your job & your life that's fine, but don't go out of your way make other people's life's miserable in the process, we are customers not rival enemies, If I could give you zero stars I would. The entire deli staff needs to be fired and replaced because there's no excuse for the incompetence and rudeness every single visit. The new thing in self service checkouts is they automatically assume you are stealing. They have their handhelds and log into your register when you are checking. Some lady came over to me today and said something but I couldn't understand her because she didn't speak English. I told her trust me I don't steal and I am offended she would be. Consider it. Again low expectations of Walmart as usual. Maybe you should go after the folks that do steal and leave the law abiding people alone. Seriously now. I was home sick with Covid and ordered a delivery order from the Walmart Supercenter in Jupiter, Florida which included hand sanitizer. Everything in my order was delivered except the hand sanitizer. After calling and speaking with 2 different people at the store my only recourse was to get a refund from 1-800 Walmart which I did. I then reordered it with enough added items I didn't acutely need to get enough items to qualify for a home delivery. Again, when it was delivered there was no hand sanitizer. I immediately called the store was placed on a 10 minute hold and then disconnected. I called back again and no one would pick up the phone. I even tried to call the store itself and could not get a person to pick up the phone. I am done with Walmart, deleting the app on my I-phone and never shopping there again. I subsequently reached a person at the store who again put me on hold to speak with a supervisor. Again I explained that I was home sick with Covid and could not come to their store but needed the hand sanitizer, not a refund. When he came back on the phone he said that the supervisor said there was nothing they could do and I had to call 1-800 Walmart for a refund. I asked to speak with the supervisor but this request was declined. read more

Yesterday I picked up a different pack of tampons then I usually do, but it was by the same brand so figured they'd be the same. When I used them, they were not the same by any means. They felt like knives being placed inside me. It was extremely painful. Our first I thought I'd put it in wrong and used another. It was not an error with how I put them in. So I went to exchange them and was told customer service was closed but I could talk to a manager. Manager said no, she wouldn't exchange them and I could come back at 7am when they opened. At this point I'm crying in so much pain We try to go and over draft our card to buy another pack. Nope. Wouldn't go through. We called and messaged everyone we knew who might be up and no one would help. By this time I had to go and take out the tampon. We slept in the parking lot that night. We've been living in our truck since our home caught fire Dec 2nd. Awoke the next morning a little after 7am. I had bled through both my panties and pants. I then had to WALK INTO WALMART this way and use the bathroom. I cleaned up a bit and held my shirt down to cover my pants and we exchanged the pads before I felt back to the bathroom to clean up again, put in the pad, change my panties, and wash my blood stained ones. I was embarrassed and ashamed and I never should have had to walk through a store like that. It takes nothing to do an exchange on something like that. It's not like I could buy another box or it was something that could wait. No one should be subjugated to treatment like that. And worst off is I can't even shower or wash my clothes so now they're ruined. Thank you. Thank you for making me feel so awful. read more

I do not recommend shopping here or ordering online and picking up here. The customer service is non existent. If you place an order online for pickup be ready to wait in your car forever. Not another car in the pick up area either. No one answers the phone so you can't even call and see where your order is and tell them you are here. After 15 min I went in to get my order and was told to get in line. I had to get both kids out of their car seats and wait in a long line inside for an order that was supposed to be brought out to the car. To top it off the didn't have half the items I ordered and did not notify me . Instead They wrote "refund" on my bag. I looked online and it still showed the items available for pickup and that I had paid for them. However the clerk said they had been refunded. Lucky me I got to wait for a manager to come over and she looked online and in fact my items had NOT BEEN REFUNDED. So she refunded them. What a pain read more

I only go if I can not find something that I need in another store and it's horrible. These people that work here they're paid to stay in their phone and talk between each other. When you ask them where something is they don't know, and some of them don't even speak English at all. Hello this is America speak English please! English is not my birth language but I adopted the fact that I have to know the language. These people are not even 2 days educated. There's only one person that works there and is elderly and I love him. He's the best employee in this world. Everyone else is trash/ basura/ fatra. Why are you paying employees to stand there and watch customers working. Where's my hourly rate to cash myself out? How about disabled people who can't do it.
