I sent in an order for pick up 4 days ago and scheduled it for the next day. I work a lot of hours and I just haven't had time for the full school shopping. I waited for the email telling me to come pick it up... and I never received it. It still said order preparing every time I looked up the status. I don't know when they were getting around to doing their jobs but I canceled it and I wouldn't recommend their online ordering at least for the jupiter location. Maybe other locations are more reliable. read more

I never thought I would be writing a review like this for a Walmart, but I am increasingly impressed by their grocery area - which includes organic/natural food selections that saves me a trip to Whole Foods (I still buy my produce locally from Alice's Farm Fresh Foods on Center St and gourmet items from the Jupiter Farmer's Market and Annie's Vintage Gourmet). When I want to cheat late at night, they have a bakery that has single servings of cake that taste better than Publix and even offer the decadent butter cake! They even have unique offerings such as Paleo dinners and desserts in the frozen section (I bought the chocolate chip cookies, they are actually good!). I love the self-checkout, especially when I only have a couple of things. Lastly, Walmart really stepped up its game with its new Caribbean-inspired facade, not even Target looks this good. Walmart still has it's quirks (it can get crazy at checkout if there are a lot of people) but I can tell it is working hard to please a wide-range of customers here in Jupiter, and the results are impressive for this type of store. read more

I was standing in the regular line with about half a cartful of groceries. An employee at the front told me to go to the express lane, so I did. While this cashier was checking my groceries, she was speaking creole language to the employee that told me to go to express. I think it should have waited till I left. They were terribly rude!! The employees need to take a course in customer service! read more

I have to tell you that today I visited the Walmart store in Jupiter roughly 11 30 a.m. a busy Saturday morning. For the past decade or more I usually visit between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. when no one is walking the aisles except for the product stocking Crew.... In all my years all my visits I have never had the experience that I had today. I was extremely frustrated that many of the stock keeping units were empty but of course the Jupiter store is an extremely high volume High profit store within the Walmart chain. So out of frustration I ask the dairy section stock employee if there were any of this product on her large product cart that she was using to restock the shelves. We look together and did not find anything then she said let me help you I will check the inventory and see if we have any in the back room..... I had never heard a Walmart employees say that before. so she pulled out her cell phone or some machine check the SKU ticket and found 12 units in the back room. She told me she would get them for me so I can buy 5 of them and she would put the rest on the Shelf. then I proceeded to ask her about two other items not in her department but in someone else's Department if she could help me out again she said of course I will find out right away and she found another employee and they immediately restocked the SKU that was empty.... This incredible employee at Walmart was working when I first approached the area and as I left with my shopping cart full of the desired items I saw her again stocking the shelves. This whole post may seem ridiculous but I know that these employees are not paid a lot of money and many of them have English as a second language but I have to tell you Margarita in the dairy section is truly representative of the values that Walmart wants all of its employees to help clients first, stock shelves second. She enlightened me today that I in fact don't have to get up at 4 in the morning just to go to Walmart and buy a couple of items! also newly retired I have been traveling all over the country and have shopped in other Walmarts. To many people might think that the store is not well stocked or dirty excetera but rest assured from my personal experience our Jupiter Superstore he is a super store within the WalMart chain...! Relatively clean relatively organized and at least one employee who knows her job 1. Ask her name tag indicates Walmart employees are special indeed! read more

I have been going to this walmart location for the past 5 years, mostly I get my family prescriptions at this location due to the location convenience. Last night I went there to pick up my grandma's parkinson's medication. I was greeted by Steve, one of the most unfriendly, rude and unprofessional people I have met in my life! The pharmacist with the short blondish hair was just as unpleasant. I had transferred all my family prescriptions to another pharmacy. I rather drive another couple of miles instead of being aggravated by these rude and unfriendly walmart employees. I won't set foot on that store ever again. read more

Walmart is our favorite place to shop...good prices with so and so variety. They got a one star rating after shopping with them for many years. Not sure if this phenomenon was this store only but on Friday night we had a cart full and all cashiers closed their registers, even the fifteen items or less. We had to check out 60 plus items ourselves at the self checkout that was not meant to handle this. It was very annoying between trying to find room and the weight change stopping the entire checkout process. Next time I will just leave the cart out front and go home. Let them deal with putting everything back since they are too busy stocking the shelves instead of taking care of customers already there. RIdiculous! read more

Love how they have scan and go lines to ring your own stuff up and bag it. It seems to go by quicker and you don't have to deal with a slow cashier. There's even ones with the belts to load your stuff on if you have a big purchase by the grocery area. read more

Huge store and it literally has everything. Came in here to pick up some sun screen and two sports chairs. They had everything we were looking for and were very happy with the prices. 20 bucks for two good quality chairs was not bad at all. Definitely worth it to stop by and pick up chairs as opposed to brining your own chairs on a plane if you are traveling to jupiter. Minus one stars because there was only one cashier late at night but that is just typical walmart. read more

I come to this Walmart all the time and normally I'm happy minus a few hiccups. But this one experience tonight will make me avoidwalmart unless I absolutely have to go. I was purchasing my items (maybe 12) and the cashier scolded my toddler for touching the bagging area then I told her use the gift card then my card. She struggled to figure out the amount on the gift card so I told her the balance from my piece of paper. She was struggling putting it in. It told me to pay the remaining balance so I did. It didn't take my card. Then I did it again and she had to get the manager over to over rid eit because it said it was being used twice. I check the receipt sure enough they charged my card twice. And the cashier is blatantly telling the manager this is the second time today. The manager walks me over to the register to try and fix it. Mind you this charging twice overdrew my card. So now I have that fee. The manager instead of refunding it, called over a second person who did nothing but stand there, and he proceeded to return three items and told me he could only give me cash. That's not going to help me fix the over draw on my card. Then he proceeded by things back with the gift card and gave me the receipts. Will not be going to a cashier there. I have over 10yrs in customer service experience especially as a cashier. I will only do it myself if I find the need to absolutely go there. read more

I tried to use Walmart Pay for the first time today and guess what it didn't work. I scanned my phone as directed and the cashier said she could not complete the transaction.
