I needed to rent a power tool to cut the legs and make the bar stools shorter. When I arrived at the tool rental area I was greeted by an older gentleman. I explained to him my project and he walked me over to a few tools and showed me my options and explained them to me. He also informed me that some tools i would need to buy blades for them. He then took me to the blades section and told me which ones I needed. After doing the math for the rental and blades ($23 for a day rental and $15 blades) I decided to buy a hand saw instead. He walked me to the saw aisle and helped me pick one out. I went home with a $20 hand saw that has guides to cut materias in different angles. I used the saw to cut the legs already and it works great. I am happy with my purchase and the assistance I received. I also love that I have a new tool for future use and didn't just rent one.
