I was with my Mom who is 80 years old, and an employee Martina was standing about a foot away from my mom. Her masks was barely covering her mouth Only. I asked her to give 6 ft and to wear her mask right. She gave us a dirty look and attempting to cover better. Her nose was still exposed, and I asked again. She gave an attitude and covered her nose. I asked to speak with a manager and Sylvia said I am the manager. I explained to Sylvia what happened. She said I can't talk to her while she's on her lunch, as Martina was walking by. I advised her that was her, as she started to go back to work on the floor. It appears the manager and her we're laughing and then they separated as Martina went to the floor. Walmart has an app you can check prices on while in the store. However they do not honor the prices that come up on the app when you checkout and the price in store is different than that on the app. This seems to me a very strange conflict between Walmart's app and Walmart stores! They closed the customer service area over an hour early and when I was finally able to get someone to help me to cash my money orders I was told that they won't cash them because it was payment i received for work in the form of a money order. Honestly I had an interesting experience in this store... I walk into the Walmart around 10:00 PM, the staff I saw was very friendly and surprisingly welcoming. I came in to buy some acrylic nails and so I make my way back into the cosmetic section. But then I find out that the cosmetic section out all all sections was gated off and 'temporarily closed due to my safety'. I thought this was weird and I have never seen this before, it was like someone didn't want me to get the nails or something haha. But I asked the customer service lady when the section will be closed off because I thought that maybe 'temporarily' meant like 5 minutes but she told me it was closed until 10:00 AM the next day. It just threw me off a bit because I've never seen this before. So moral of the story don't count on this place for cosmetics late at night! read more

Walmart - LQ 7am appt. I arrived 7 minutes early and I parked my car. The guy parked next to me rolled down his window and said "there's a line". I told him I had an appt at 7am and I had paid for it online. The tech found the tires and gave them to the service tech he told him that I had an appt at 7am. The guy that had told that there was a line had his car worked on first and left at 730am. I told the clerk Laura that I wanted to speak to the manager as I felt that I should have been helped first. She was short and rude and seemed bothered that I questioned the service. I asked to speak to the Auto Manager and she said "Look there's a picture there on the wall and she said go find him in the front of the store". I looked but could not find him and went back to Automotive and I notice they had an intercom or radio so I asked her to request him to meet me at automotive. I told her that I could not find him the store. When the Mgr arrived he seemed upset that I was making an issue about the man in the parking lot and that his car was serviced first. He said that my service was longer and his was an oil change. I told him that I looked up the time to service to 2 tires and according to google it was only 10 minutes each. I asked to speak to the store Mgr and he said his name is Luis and I ask for his last name and he said "go to the front of the store there is picture of him". He was rude and discourteous when I didn't agree with his answer. I plan to find a better service to install my tires in the future. I feel that he treated me like this because I am woman. read more

The greeters are very nice and they do their job well. Even though it may seem like their job is just standing there saying hello.... They are very important. They greet you with a smile and whether you realize it or not, they set the tone of your shopping experience. They're the reason I gave this place any stars There isn't really much about this store that stands out. If I'm in this area, I'll come here for toiletries and laundry cleaning needs. Checked in my vehicle 2:05 p.m. and as of 3:50 p.m., my vehicle had not been completed. At approximately 2:35 p.m. mark, technician, Luis Avila, advised my vehicle needed a "needed a little more oil" according to him. I agreed to additional oil - took him 30 minutes to add .50 quart. Seeing my vehicle still sitting in the bay, I observed Luis working on another vehicle. I immediately walked out and made contact with Luis tell him it had been close to 2 hours and I still had no car. I told him I had other things I needed to do instead of hanging out at Walmart. Very Poor Customer Service!! I was treated like a criminal at the self checkout by one of Walmart employees. I just left the checkout TE #7 (all my groceries are in bags, accept my toilet paper and dog food) walking to the garden center exit when I realize I forgot my compression socks. I stopped at the pharmacy got my socks grabbed a bottle of water and headed to self checkout. I started scanning my two items and this RUDE WALMART EMPLOYEE asked me did I pay for my other items and I said yes I did. She said where is your receipt, I said right here and showed her. She acted like she was comparing my items to the receipt. I told her I don't have to steal ANYTHING out of Walmart!! She said I'm just making sure. Now I'm highly upset because this employee insinuated I was a thief!! I spend to much money in Walmart on a weekly basis to be treated like I'm a FUCK'N THIEF!!! I even had stock in Walmart before I sold it because the stock market wasn't doing to good. I blame Walmart management for the lack of training they give their employees. Ended up having to stay overnight last minute. So I did need toothpaste toothbrush all the little amenities that you have at home but don't have with you in the car. I've go to Walmart across the country and I've never been to a Walmart that has 30 to 40% of their merchandise inside cases, locked. It was a strange shopping experience for me because of that fact. I do understand what kind of world I live in. It's just having to get an associate for almost everything I was purchasing was a pain in the behind.I'm hoping that the stores local to me will never have to come to these extremes. 8 days ago, My wife and I shopped at this Walmart while on vacation in La Quinta. We began to unload the items in our cart and after we had almost finished, the lady working the register, Yolanda, proceeded to shut off her light, walk around the register and place the "Lane Closed" sign saying, "I'm closed! It's not my fault no one closed my line!" There were three customers behind us in line. We decided to stay in line and she proceeded to yell at the customers behind us; my Mother-in-law was one of those customers and she decided to change lines. She told us, "the computer doesn't let me ring anyone else up!" ...yet had no problem ringing us or the remaining customers up. We tried calling the number posted around the store for the General Manager, Michael Negrette or the Manager-On-Duty - (442) 300-6828 but no one answered and the recording says that no voice mail has been setup. As one last step to reach someone about our experience I called the store directly and tried to get in touch with a Manager-On-Duty and was placed on hold. Once my call timer hit 25 minutes I gave up and decided to forewarn anyone else that this store is unconcerned with customer service. read more
