The bakery section is pitiful. If you don't have someone who can write nicely on a cake, don't offer lettering on cakes. It looks like a child wrote this. I am so disappointed, it looks so ugly. They also used the wrong pink and added an exclamation point when that wasn't included in the order. SO BAD!!!

We received expired, moldy vegetable stock on our most recent pickup order. We have loved using pickup for the convenience but after waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot, having them substitute incorrect items and finding out we received rotten food I do not think we will be returning. Most of the staff are young and doing their best, likely understaffed so I don't blame them - this is just not where I'll be choosing to shop now.

He didn't want to give me his last name, but I begged him to so I could make sure it was that exact person that got the credit for being so exceptional!

Apart from the amusement park on the other side of the lake Lakeside is fairly small. A few other restaurants and then the stores here at Lakeside center. Molly's is great if you've never been. Kind of like Argonaut or Apple Jacks if you know those local stores. Lots of parking all around even when the stores get busy. Just make sure you go the posted speed limit. Police hanging around as mentioned before and they will write your a ticket. Not much to do so they hang around this parking lot bored.

I don't even know if there were shops where the main mall area was to tell you the truth. If there was they were useless stores and did not make an impression on me. The only store that I do remember there was a Target store. It was so old it was best called a Targhetto store. Very small, about the same amount of merchandise as compared to the other Targets only you were reminded where you were and it totally sucked! A couple of weeks ago I was in this area and most if not all of Lakeside Center looked like it was getting torn down. Goodbye to an eyesore! How about putting a nice open space park here now since they finally gave this place the axe, which it needed a long time ago!

Unfortunately, they didn't have prices listed, so we were surprised to find out they were $10 each. Even more frustrating, neither adapter worked. I went back shortly afterward to return them. I didn't have the physical receipt with me, but I did provide the phone number associated with the purchase. My understanding was that, according to the store's policy, I should have at least been able to receive store credit. The employee helping me was very new and was upfront about not knowing how to process the return, which I completely understand. However, there was no manager available in the store. She called the manager, Audrey, and was told there was nothing they could do. I was there for less than 30 minutes, so the whole experience was especially frustrating. I also witnessed another customer being turned away when trying to make a FedEx return because it supposedly "didn't fit on their shelf." That was also disappointing to see. I understand that policies are policies, and employees can only do what they're instructed to do, but overall this experience left a really bad impression. I wish the situation had been handled with a little more customer service and flexibility. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here again. I definitely should have looked at the other reviews first. ‍

During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.
