This store used to be sketchy, but Iwas running errons & decided to hope in for my weekly grocery shopping. This store seems to have cleaned up well. Now I want to come here from now on. I like the flow of the store, employees are friendly & I went mid-afternoon on a Saturday during Christmas shopping season. NOT what you would expect. I had isles to myself. A few spots got bogged down, but that's normal! The shelves are nice, if that's a thing. Pics will show how organized & clean they are. This store seems to have much more interesting selections too. My normal store is Collins Hill. Look at the ramin choices here- WOW! Maybe they all have the same items, but the way this store displays them is so nice! Does not feel like a Walmart. It was such a nice experience- even the floors/carts roll smooth. Anyway, that's my thought. Location is on the corner of Lawrenceville-Suwanee and Lawrenceville Hwy (hwy 29). Sugarloaf Pkwy is on the other side. Oh- their ladies restroom was SO nice. Just water on the counters, but that's normal is normal. Otherwise it was very well maintained!!! read more

Only 1 cashier at a checkout lane and 5 self checkout at 12 noon. 6 people deep at the lane with a cashier...... PUT MORE CASHIERS ON THE LANES..... It took longer to checkout than to shop. 30 minutes to get through self checkout. read more

Don't ever bring your car to this Walmart Supercenter. They have the worse mechanics you can ever imagine. I purchased 2 new Good Year tires there and had them both installed on my car, waited 3 hours, even after making an appointment online, they did not balance my tires properly, then again, I brought the car for the 2nd time so that they can balance the tires correctly, and they still didn't balance my tires correctly for the second time in a row. This Walmart have very inexperience mechanics working at the auto service center, I will never take my car there for any auto service again.... read more

If you're a younger POC I do not recommend shopping here. My fiancé went in for some chips and was followed the entire time by an older Asian employee. He was watched like a hawk from the time he picked his chips out all the way to the register. She then followed him out of the store and tried to find him in the parking lot. She didn't once ask to see his receipt or even speak to him. I would get it if he did something sketchy, but all he did was go to the chip isle, choose the chips he wanted, and then walked to the register. read more

AUTO DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE!!! Horrible experience I ordered tires on the Walmart website had them shipped to my home. I have been calling this location to see if I can come in and get the 4 brand new tires put on my vehicle no one answers the phone in the auto department. One day I go there straight after work to get some info the guy at the counter who was Hispanic told me it's first come first serve but they're not taking anyone else (it was 5:45pm, they close at 7pm) I asked what time they open so I can come tomorrow he told me there's no guarantee I'll get my car serviced because if he only has 1 guy they can't do the work. I said "wow sooooo" & he said "yeah we're all over the place here" this is a poor example of customer service for sure. read more

I bought hand sanitizers from the Walmart which called "keep it clean" made by the company called Scent theory. It has been recalled by FDA for it contains Methanol Toxic chemical which is carcinogenic. I requested a refund, but declined by Walmart saying that they can't have any corona items back, and advised to request a refund from the manufacturer. How rediculous! Walmart got my money out of my pocket, but refused to give money back. I did not give any money to the manufacturer. Why then I have to ask money back from the manufacturer. Walmart policy sucks.Treat customers like an idiot. I am very upset and dissatisfied. In addition, three customer service representatives hung upon me three times. I had to keep calling to ask this questions start over. They have to give staff inservice how to serve customers properly. read more

I've been in a lot of crappy Walmarts but this one wins for crappiest. This store is so unorganized, it is total chaos. As you walk in cashiers are blatantly texting and taking on their cell phones while lines just grow longer. Many of the aisles just have merchandise falling into the floor and good luck finding prices! Don't even get me started about the bathroom. I've never seen such vulgar, maddening nasty grossness. Crap, literally real crap on the floors, tampons (used), wadded up toilet paper (used, I assume) and various other bits of bio-hazardous waste all over the toilets and floors. If you're this nasty in a public toilet how bad are you at home? Is there a Hoaders episode in your future? I guess the only thing left to say is thank goodness this is not my local Walmart. The people in this area deserve better and I hope they complain till they get it. read more

Convenience is the name of the game at this (or any) Walmart. When my iPhone charger stopped working at 10:30 pm...Walmart. When target didn't have the sunscreen I had a coupon for....Walmart When I need a bottle of ibuprofen for less than $1...well, you know. The fact that they pretty much have everything i've gone in looking for is why i've continued to come back. Their aisles can be disorganized at times, and true enough, it's sometimes tough to physically match the prices with whatever you're looking at on the shelves, because things are taken off shelves, misplaced and not put back in the right place, but i've been to much more terrible locations than this. Since this is a super Walmart, this is split down the middle between grocery and "other" stuff, although I think you can get better grocery deals elsewhere. There's a red box at the entrance/exit of the store if you likes the movies, a full subway and Walmart deli where you can buy meals, etc. There is a pharmacy here that seems to move at a pretty decent pace, but a garden center that seems pretty much under staffed. Still, if you can stomach the sometimes annoying shelves and ghost like state of the garden center, this location just may have what you need as well. read more

Normally I don't write reviews, but I had to write this one. My husband went to the Walmart On Lawrenceville Hwy just to get a $4 item from Sporting Goods. He was told multiple times by the staff that someone would come and assist him. I was on the phone with him when he arrived and when he left. My husband was waiting in Sporting Goods for over an hour and a half. He spoke with a employee over the phone and she was very rude to him. He was also told the person that oversees the area was on lunch, but they had no one to come and assist him after the employee went to lunch. So, he finally found a manager after a hour and half of waiting. I overheard the manger asking my husband what does he need the item for. My husband informed the manager what he needed the item for. I myself think the manager had no business asking my husband those offensive questions. I recommend this Walmart train their staff properly on Customer Service. I am really disappointed with this Walmart and their employees. read more

I bought a tire at this store, had it installed drove home (2miles) and parked the car. Went back out 2 hours later, only to have my check tire light come on. I made it back to this Walmart where the front desk clerk Kees telling me I'd the tire got punctured it's not covered. I had to make his dumb.... walk outside to look at the tire, which was not damaged. I asked for a new tire since I didn't know what was wrong with that one. The manager refused, he stated the tire was fine, the employee that mounted the tire forget a plug or stem in the tire, like it was no big deal. Needless to say these fool will NEVER put another tire on my car. read more

Other businesses need to pay close attention to Walmart's outstanding customer service and model their own businesses after them. As far as I'm concerned the Walmarts specifically in Georgia are the best in the country because of their customer service abilities and their employees making a significant difference in other people's shopping experience. It's a great thing to see people making a difference in other peoples lives just by the way they treat their customers. I will drive out of my way to visit another Walmart in the future. I have always had a problem with the bakery's customer service and today I know why. It's the leardership/management that has a negative attitude at this location. Apparently a chlild opened a door that set off a fire alarm. This alarm went off for 20 minutes without ceasing. As a matter of fact, this has happened to me before at this Walmart. Many customers were complaning. I went to the pharmacy and asked for help with getting the alarm, as well as asked a store employee. Aproximately 10 minutes later the sound stopped. As I walked up an isle I asked a store manager why the alarm was going off so long. He was very sarcastic with me. He said that I should have asked him to turn it off that he did not know it went off. I told him that I asked two employees 10 minutes into the alarm going off. He told me that I should be glad the alarms goes off because then we know there is a fire in the store! As he walked away, I said well no one would do anything about it in this store, apparently no one even reacts when the alarms go off. read more
