I came into Walmart for a chromecast. I was able to find a employee in the electronics department, her name was Angelina and she helped me find it. She did even more by telling me about a even better deal they had on a chromecast with a google home speaker kit that was actually the same price. Okay so I have a love hate here, I love certain things like the store is clean and the prices are soso! But now they just secured the makeup because people can't help themselves I get that you need to secure your stuff however the ladies who work it now either follow me around or hound me to see if I picked something up which honestly this makes me rather go to target or somewhere normal to not deal with these dinky ales or them! So, purchased something online today at 11 am , Called at 5:30 to check the status of my order and no one could help me. Showed up at 6:30 and was told that my order had just been canceled because they were sold out of the item that I had purchased. I walked back to the automotive department and found the item I purchased along with two others. An associate who help me find those items walked me upfront, and at this point I realized that even though my item had been canceled without informing me. Via email or phone call or a text message. That I had been charged for this item. I was told my manager it will take 24 to 48 hours to refund my money, and that they wanted me to purchase this item again after my Internet order was not ready, I had to grab item on myself, and pay for it twice. I spoke with two different managers, and they offered me six dollars off. After they failed me at the Internet pick up service that they offer on there website. Call the corporate office and escalated a complaint. Other than this the two associates who assisted me were great help. Unlikely to do business with them again. read more

Usually I would try to recommend this walmart but the last two times I've gone I've had two separate employee experiences not all but the employees I've asked for help are extremely rude. I've provided specific timing and information, perhaps management can get an idea, Thursday 3/28 around 3:15 p.m. near the sandwich spreads..being this Walmart is very big I was having a hard time finding the Nutella, so I see an elderly associate putting out samples of fruit loops or some kind of cereal, being she didn't have anyone around her I simply asked where the peanut butter spreads were located in which she rudely responded "Well they're clearly right in front of you" the rudest tone in front of other guests, so rude that another customer even commented about it to me. Now even tho she pointed to the generic peanut butter that was on the end cap, I said okay would the Nutella be there as well, and she grunted and yelled "yes ma'am" very rude and with an irritated attitude. Now as of today I did make another stop into this Walmart, I was looking for batteries and so figuring they'd be in electronics I went over. As I was going through the isles I could not locate the battery section, being I also could not find an associate to ask for help I waited in line to ask to ask the man Guadeloupe. As he finished with his customer I was next, I asked where the batteries were, Without any eye contact or even looking up to acknowledge I was there and an annoyance tone told me where they were "next to register 17" (I may be wrong on the exact register he said) either way I am actually very disappointed on how some of these associates are, very rude and make going there the need to want a map because the employees don't want to help. read more

The review is for the Auto Center I brought my car in for an oil change today but it didn't get done. I drive it there just fine but they called me while I was shopping in the store and said the car wouldn't start so they couldn't do the oil change. They couldn't even jump the car. Instead, the guy in charge, Sam, said we could buy a new battery for $100. WTF???!!! I didn't go there for no damn battery and especially for $100! Really Sam???!!! Luckily there was a very nice guy who jumped the car, which started right away. They need to quit trying to make an extra buck by creating more problems! Then not even do the job I bought the car in for....not acceptable!!! The only person who was helpful was Steve in the auto Dept. He checked us in. Since the supercenter opened, this store has been a complete nightmare. Impossible to find an employee for help & if you do happen to find one they are rude & have an attitude like they can't be bothered. Was there & wanted to purchase some fish from the pet section & nobody was willing to help. My fiance went three times to find someone & each time they called for someone over the PSA, yet stood there waiting at least close to 30 minutes & nobody came. How hard is it to bag some fish??? I could have done it myself. Ended up leaving disappointed as for once they had some nice healthy looking fish. Will be the last time we shop here! read more

I would give -0 stars if possible. Only 3 registers we're open this afternoon just 3 days before a holiday. After several of us asked for more registers to be opened to no avail, we were told that corporate has cut all employee hours. Who ever is in charge of ordering stock in this store needs to be fired. I have never encountered a store before that is consistently out of stock on basic things for months. One trip I stopped by to get deodorant and the ENTIRE aisle was empty. I assumed their shipment was just delayed and would try again later. 2 weeks later, still empty. A few months later stopped by to get some stuff and went to the deodorant aisle... still empty. This time I was hopeful as I saw an employee restocking the shelf. Then I watched as he opened a box of deodorant, took one out and placed it on the empty shelf, then took the full box and stick it up top and walked away with out stocking the rest. Not a one time experience, same issue has happened with all different kinds of things from toothpaste to air freshener here. Months go by with out restocking their shelves. Are times that hard right now on Walmart they cant afford new stock? Highly doubt it. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service in the makeup area. My daughters 12 years old were getting something that cost 2.98 the cashier Linda ignored my daughters passed them up 7 times for over 30 minutes.She wouldn't give it to them said she had to take it up to the front but was too busy to do it. But gave them something else earlier that cost 7.00 in a box. I understand putting it in the box because people steal but put it in a box and let them take it up to the front to pay. When I went to cosmetics to retrieve it myself after buying over 300.00 worth of groceries she was very rude to me and said I had to wait in line after all of that. If she is so busy have 2 people working one at the cashier and one person unlocking the merchandise. Teach your people to ask for help from management and not just make excuses, and not be rude when selling a 2.98 item. read more

I needed to buy a couple of items at Walmart tonight.I was traveling, with a car full of personal property. My car's smart key was broken, so the car won't start of the two parts of the key are seperated even ever so slightly. So if I turned off the car, I might not be able to get it started again. So I parked at the front door, and ask two of their employees near the front door if I could pay them to track down the two items I needed, ring them up for me, and bring the items out to my car. They went all-out to help me out. They were so wonderful, and went over the top helping me out. Thank God for whoever the guy was who helped me out. He deserves a huge promotion, and huge pay raise too. If I could give them a ten-star (because of him), I'd certainly do so. read more

Auto Center Review: my bf rarely complains but he almost lost it. My car had a flat...got to the auto center but all the mechanics were inside hiding or messing around. We went to the office. The guys picture was on the wall with the title of manager, but he was wearing an assistant manager badge. He couldn't find the tires we wanted, even though they were in stock. He tried selling us more expensive tires as a result. While I went into the other side of the walmart to buy some stuff, my bf calls me furious hurrying me up. We ended up going somewhere else. The 'manager' was ignoring him, and telling other customers to come back in the morning or go to stockton. One man had been waiting for 2 hrs. for a freaken oil change. Another woman had called and was told there was no wait, but they told her it would be a 3 hr. wait and she should come back in the morning. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of having Zachary from the Outdoors Sporting Goods department assist me when I needed to purchase ammunition. When I asked for a certain box of ammunition he rolled his eyes and told me he was saving them for a couple of his buddies that were supposedly coming by later in the day and that I should go to the other Wal-Mart off i-5 to see if they have any available. Visited this Walmart while traveling in the area and found it to be the BEST Walmart I have ever experienced. The location is large, clean, and new. Customer service was good. Bathrooms were clean and STYLISH! In addition to the amazing bathrooms (no other Walmart has bathrooms like these) I also liked that they had a self checkout area and a Redbox for DVD rentals. We were able to find all of our needs and then some at incredible prices and would definitely visit again if nearby. read more

This Wal-Mart doesn't have items stocked. When they do try to put items on the shelves it's during the day when people are shopping. The boxes and clerks are in the way. Maybe stock on an overnight shift. They have most of the shampoo on one aisle except shampoo for ethnic hair. It's on the aisle that's behind the gates. Wow, I'm not going to go into how it makes your "ethnic" customers feel . The aisles behind the gate are small . You can't pass another cart. Worst customer service ever! The tire center was a complete joke. I call in to get tires for my trailer and it shows me 4 different kinds on the website. The lady at the counter says that there is only 1 tire available for my trailer. She has no idea whats going on and i could here her manager telling her what to say. She says she can only get me 1 tire for my trailer and i see tons on the website that can be delivered. She tells me their is only 1 in the USA my mind is blown how they can have such terrible customer service. I really like walmart but this new store sucks bad. I had problems in the store before too. I went to This Walmart last weekend and I Felt like I was being harassed by a women and a man. I was Christmas shopping for my family and I guess they Thought I was Trying To do something bad, like steal I heard them talking on the phone to each other and they kept looking in my basket. I love the one-stop shopping where you get everything you need all in one store and it's open 24 hours as well. My sister and I were shopping and I went to get a laundry basket off the middle shelf and my sister yells watch out my first instinct was to protect my baby and it's a good thing I did cause 7 laundry baskets off the top shelf fell and woulda smashed her. Their employees had stacked them wrong. Then I got told the company would call to check up and they didn't even have the respect to call like they said. What a joke. I've heard it said before that getting a prescription filled at Walmart is like having your wisdom teeth pulled. I recently tried to fill a prescription for my mother-in-law. They filled two of them and I was a bit worried that something was wrong. I asked the person at the counter that if there was something wrong, would I be able to come back and resolve any issues. She said no problem. I found out when I got home that they were only supposed to fill one of the prescriptions. I took the prescription back and they said they could not take pills back if they had left the store. I understand that. My concern is that they didn't tell me anything about the pills leaving the store. I ended up having to deal with a very smarmy, rude Pharmacy manager. I don't remember her name exactly, but it was something like Lakima. I expect rude people at Walmart, so that part is absolutely no surprise. I do expect that once someone tells me, no matter what, they will take care of any issue for me. I guess I can't even expect honesty from Walmart. I guess what I need to do if I have an issue similar to this, is to either film it, or have someone sign in their own blood that they will do what they say they will do. I know for a fact that we spend at least $200 a week in Walmart. Correction, we used to spend $200 a week in Walmart. I will never go back to these thieves anywhere! I had issues years ago with them swiping pills from my pain medication. I should have known better to use their Pharmacy Services again. Plus, this is the only two times I've ever use their services in the pharmacy and both were nightmares. Take this as a warning: film anything they promise to you and count your pills. They will eventually get in your pockets one way or the other. read more

Some individuals require a grocery pick up service for various circumstances, and this particular Walmart certainly delivers (not literally, you have to pick up your goods). First, sign up online then follow the trail, it's easy. What I do in my three month experience, is I always have an "open running list" that I can simply add or delete items as needed. When it's time to finally place the order, I then select the pick up time window and complete the transaction. Once you initially sign up, Walmart automatically defaults to your credit/debit card information so you don't have to re-enter that info again. Then jump into your grocery gettin' machine, go to the rear of the superstore and park in one of the many dedicated grocery pick up slots, call the phone number on the posted placard in front of you and announce your arrival. Within minutes a representative will come out with your order. I simply pop my trunk, in goes the parcels, I sign their electronic register and off I go, five minutes is normal. That's it! To summarize: convenience, value, selection. The only drawback is I like to hand select my fresh steaks,chops etcetera. I go to my local independent grocer for those items. read more

I'm giving this location five stars due to one special human that I've encountered my last visit. You've truly hired one great employee with Paul L the cart gentleman. He was not only very caring but super helpful when it came to needing help with my large and heavy order. Usually people see someone struggling pushing a giant cart and offer no help, especially being a female carrying waters or cat food etc. It was a nice change to have someone offer and help especially in a respectful manner, our community needs more people like Paul, who not only was friendly but super respectful and kind of not only me, my mother but our vehicle when loading things inside. Makes you remember what a community should be like. How compassion was once such a simple and common thing. No Offense entirely to the rest of the staff but this location should take notes from him.
