Came by last week with my husband, bestfriend and brought my little! Super yummy olive oil and vinegar options to choose from alot of cute things to buy and yummy wine! Ambiance and vibe were very nice! They had made a little bread board with various olive oils to sample, and it was amazing. The service was attentive as one of the members I was with was picking up their wine and oils for the month. The establishment is beautiful and a great place to spend your time trying olive oils and wine with family and friends regardless of the weather.

This place is a quiet and cozy place to do tastings! Service is great and the olive oil is so yummy! We got the olive oil tasting and it was absolutely worth it! They also have cornhole outside that you can play with with lots of outdoor seating.

Calivines Winery has a beautiful building and plenty of parking, conveniently located right off Interstate 5. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't quite live up to the setting. We booked The Sommelier Experience: Wine + Olive Oil Pairing, which included small bites and small pours of wine. While the bites were flavorful, they were made with very simple ingredients and lacked the elevated touch I was expecting. I was also hoping to try a variety of local wines, but surprisingly, only one wine on the tasting menu was from Lodi. The others were from Suisun Valley and San Luis Obispo, which felt like a missed opportunity given the location. The wines themselves were rather unremarkable. One other note: the pricing was inconsistent. Their website listed the tasting at $25 per person, but booking through Tock came out to $30 per person, which felt a little misleading. Overall, it's a nice stop for the ambiance, but the wine and tasting experience left a lot to be desired.

Stopped into Calivines and was so impressed! Another winery suggested we stop here. The tasting room is beautiful, and has such a fun vibe. Their olive oils and balsamic vinegars are incredible--so fresh and flavorful, the blood orange and jalapeño oil were more favorite. On top of that, their wine selection is just as fantastic. The staff was super friendly and cute year around items to purchase.

Attended a baby shower on 11/16/25. The event took place at the banquet room located at this winery. Nice location, plenty of parking. The room was spacious and have very clean bathrooms. There was even an area where they sell some Christmas decor and items such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar and etc.

Addicted to their balsamic vinegar! I've been a member for over 2 years now. I love their olive oils and balsamic so much that I stock up whenever I go back home to visit. As a member I get complimentary olive oil tastings which you can't get anywhere else in the area. The quality is amazing and much better than the ones you get at the grocery stores. They host different events throughout the year. As well as pick up parties. During the holidays there's a little shopping market in the back room where you can buy cute gifts. Some weekends they also have music at the venue. Hopefully this years holiday pick up is available before thanksgiving and not after like this past year.

Charcuterie board paired with our tasting -- the spreadable cheese was divine, and the olive tapenade was next level.

I've driven past Calvines Winery & Olive Mill more times than I can count, and I'm genuinely kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. My boyfriend and I finally visited a few weeks ago, and it was an experience worth savoring from start to finish. The wines are exceptional -- beautifully balanced and thoughtfully crafted -- and the olive oils are truly next level. The property itself is beautiful: modern, contemporary, and impeccably clean, yet still warm and inviting. Everything feels carefully curated, from the tasting room to the presentation of their products. We enjoyed a lovely tasting and couldn't resist taking home several bottles, along with a few of their infused olive oils and balsamics. The garlic-infused olive oil and strawberry balsamic were absolute standouts -- rich, aromatic, and unforgettable. The charcuterie board complemented everything perfectly and reflected the same attention to quality as their wines and oils. Calvines is one of those rare places that feels both elevated and approachable. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's absolutely worth the stop -- you'll likely leave with more than you planned, and zero regrets.

We had a reservation for Monday at 1:30pm. They allowed dogs but need to be outside. There's 2 different $20 tasting flights. We tried both, but there wasn't any wines that we liked. We prefer bold and flavorful wines with complexity. Unfortunately we didn't find any wines that fit this profile for us. They have free olive oil tasting inside the tasting room. They also have cornholes outside and plenty of outdoor seating. Looks like a lot of people were ordering food inside. It was a hot day and our friends had their dog with them so we had to sit outside. All the other customers sat indoors to be away from the heat. Outside not allowed.

A long overdue review. I've been a member of Calivines since the first time I visited! (Over 2 years ago) I joined because I loved the olive oil and I now use it with all my cooking. The establishment is beautiful and a great place to spend your time trying olive oil and wine. You can see the place from the freeway, do yourself a favor and stop by! You won't regret it! If you signup for their emails you will be notified of all their awesome events throughout the year. They do live music, crafts, and holiday events you won't want to miss!

I absolutely love olive oil and wine, so I just had to stop here.  I had the Calivines wine tasting for $20, along with the Taste of Calivirgin (olive oil tasting) which was $10.  I really enjoyed their olive oils and balsamic.  Their wine was okay, but I loved their olive oils.  It was a fun experience!

Is patio reservations the bench area or is it a covered patio with outdoor furniture?

There's two large tables inside but many more tables and portable bars in the covered area plus more seating under the trees.

Hi Cynthia, Yes, we have a charcuterie board, and several small bites on our menu. We also have a wide variety of wines and look forward to seeing you!

I'm from LA but have family in Sacramento, I saw on their website/ alongside google they were located in Lodi and that they were open. I decided to give them a call because of the long drive, the lady I spoke to said they had a private event the day I called and asked if I come over Monday or Tuesday which was really preferred for her. I agreed and went on Tuesday. When I arrived the place was very hard to locate. There is no sign or anything, it seems to be a private house. I called the number provided on their website and spoke to the lady again and she said they aren't open to the public and that they only accept cash and wanted me to leave it under the mat. Then why tell me to come Tuesday and that it was preferred to you?? She then said she would give me a call back to let me know if anyone else is there to help me. She never called me back, I gave her a few calls trying to reach her and it seems like she blocked me or is refusing to answer my calls Is that how you treat costumers? I normally don't write reviews but this was the worse experience I've had. I drove 45 mins plus for nothing and just to gain this experience. Do not tell your costumers to come on a day where you aren't even present and then GHOST them. You lost my business along side multiple family members and friends.
