Upon arrival, one is greeted by a pleasant aroma of leather wafting from the store. The front is western themed and looks like something out of a John Wayne movie or old Dodge City. Very creative architecture. Inside the store there is a massive array of "cowboy" hats and boots. Upon entering, we were greeted by a kind young lady who offered to help us with our search. We were looking for a dress for my wife and a dress shirt for me. We found a quality Wrangler western shirt with pearl snaps for me, but the clothing selections for women were a bit light. It is fair critique, but in their defense, the name of the business is not Western Wear, it is The Boot Store. After striking out, we left for another store to find a dress. We found one at another location. Upon finding the dress, we needed boots to match. My wife has extremely wide feet, which has always defeated her in finding cute cowgirl boots. Realizing we were now in the hunt for boots, we returned to The Boot Store. They had no boots my wife's size in stock. This is not a strike against them. Many companies don't make D width cowboy boots. Even fewer carry that inventory. Nevertheless, the same young lady who had helped us previously returned to our side to help. She measured my wife's foot and helped her determine exactly what type of boot we were looking for. We did find one pair that would have worked, but they were a high end boot and beyond our price range. Prices vary from very cheap to very expensive and everywhere in between. For the average western boot wearer, male or female I can't think of a better place to find western footwear. This is a destination location for all things western. Hats, belts, buckles, western shirts, and boots, boot and more boots! Every type and sort and color you can imagine. My wife used the women's room while she was there and the toilet was clogged. Eh, these things happen. If there was a negative that was probably it. Parking is ample. The business is on a busy thorofare. Getting out can be a challenge at peak traffic times. Overall, a five star experience for us.

Ms. Hannah and the staff there are just genuinely good people. They're very knowledgeable about what they have in the store, but more importantly they're welcoming and helpful without ever being pushy. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and take pride in the shop. One of the best things about this place is the inventory. It's incredibly diverse and always changing. Every time I look at their social media or stop in, there's something new. It makes it hard not to keep coming back just to see what treasures have shown up since the last visit. Everything is well curated and displayed in a way that makes it easy and fun to browse. You can wander around for a long time and keep spotting things you didn't notice the first pass. And the prices are very fair for the quality and uniqueness of the items. Their social media is actually what brought me in the door in the first place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. If you enjoy vintage finds, cool decor, and places that feel like a real local shop instead of a big retail store, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

The store is always clean and anytime I needed help or finding something the employees have always been helpful plus I like their shop and scan app where you can scan your items while shopping and shows the prices and simply use the app to check out at the self check out where you just scan the bar code and transfers over to check out screen. One other you get points for shopping too and I usually use them for discount on their gas which is top tier gas.

I saw someone's old dirty hat hanging up along with the new caps during this visit. They made a switcheroo, which explains the plastic security tag on the floor. Honestly, I couldn't imagine working at a store where the people won't pick up after themselves and the amount of shoplifting. At this point, I'll let the photos speak for this location.

And a Members Mark shredder with the attached trash can for $60. I thought these were pretty good deals. I usually go to Sam's once a month for supplies that end up lasting me for several months. Sam's still does a pretty good job keeping everything in stock during these scarcity of times. The roofs over the shopping basket returns are the first I've seen.

Stores like Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, White House | Black Market, francesca's, etc. It's small, though, so the store selection isn't extensive. There's also two restaurants -- the Brontë Bistro in the bookstore, and Palmers, which, from my wanderings, looked like it was also kind of connected to the lower level of the bookstore. On another note, the scenery is kind of lovely here. There's a pond with ducks in the back of the shopping center that provides a calming retreat from shopping. Palmers' patio is next to the pond, as well. The front of the mall is also very pleasing, with many places to sit and eat/read/chat/write/whatever. Not a bad outdoor mall, but I'll probably only return just for Whole Foods and Joseph Beth Bookstore (which is amazing, by the way).

We weren't expecting weather or anything so no reason to be delayed getting in and out of the store. I grabbed my item and headed for the line. Only one check out lanes was open so everyone had to do self checkout. The line was at least 75 yards long so I had to leave and go to Walmart. Nice store though but I'm not a fan of this location anymore unfortunately.
