Needed a few things tht I tried to find elsewhere but no luck. Wandered around and picked up a few items then headed over to the pet area. I got there and nothing but beauty supplies so I asked. Seems in their infinite wisdom they moved the pet stuff to the complete opposite corner. You really couldn't get it much farther away. So I found what I needed and to the check out which is always a chore. Most of the self server were off and they actually had real people. Not sure why. Stopped by the hot deli and they were pretty much empty of things to grab. Luckily I found what I needed and got out. read more

We were looking at finding tires for our truck, come to find out is that if you have a Walmart plus account you can get them cheaper on line and they will have them at the store waiting on you for mounting and balancing, we saved BIG money ordering them on line, and the Walmart plus actually makes the mounting and balancing discounted, keep you dollars local ! read more

This Walmart location is just fine. The 1 star is for the store manager Tiffany. It's disgusting that Walmart allows someone of such poor character to represent their company. Tiffany yells and blatantly insults her employees, which is bad but worse than that she pretends to be a polite person right after. Making comments to employees like, "I thought you actually cared about your kids",and "are you stupid?". She portrays zero leadership qualities. She's the kind of manager that believes her management status should grant her respect regardless of her character, which explains why her store gets such bad reviews. Another pro about this location was that you could find extremely discounted items in stock at this location. The customer service was always good as well. Giving this store even ONE star is more than GENEROUS. I have been calling for over 30 minutes for my pick up order. I sent my father to pick up due to me being a single MOTHER and only having ONE car to get around in. He called many times waiting for our food order, and some young dude wants to come out and give off someone else's order after my father waiting 20 minutes for our food, and on top of me calling for 30 minutes. Over 25 calls to them and getting the fuck you button SEVERAL times. Every single time I come here there is some ungrateful employee, that has to mouth off because of a frustrated customer. This store is SO incompetent it is absolutely ridiculous. The managers are even worse! I don't do grocery pick up at any Walmart too often, but every time I do, I'm disappointed. Last minute cancellations without any substitutions available or without similar substitutions. I don't have this issue with other grocery pick ups. read more

Saw the store manager Tiffany berate and scream at an employee last time I was in there. She was extremely rude. I asked around and was surprised to find out she was the store manager. After talking to a few people found out, it's a normal thing. Apparently she regularly talks poorly about her employees behind their backs. So long as she's there I won't be shopping at this location anymore. Almost every employee I spoke to said she is a b***h. Hopefully corporate will step in and deal with this lady. Nobody should have to tolerate that kind of abuse from their boss. read more

I am fond of everything about this location except the automotive department. Please choose a different location if you ever need your tire repaired. They will try to convince you that your tire is unrepairable and the warranty doesn't exist. This has happened to me twice at this location. I took my tire to another location and had no problems. Everything else about the store is pretty standard. I will continue to buy groceries and other items from this location but will stay away from the automotive department. read more

I'd rather drive 15minutes out of the way to a different location than wait in line with a screaming toddler for an hour. I left this Walmart in tears. And I'm not a baby. I was buying cheese because awesome Crest Foods doesn't have good cheese. Cheese is the ONLY reason I enter Walmart ever. When I checked out, for some unexplained reason, their machines wouldn't accept my card. The manager came over to "help," but to no avail. Finally, I asked if there was an ATM I could try my card on and, of course, there was a Walmart branded ATM. The touch-screen ATM was not responding to touch. The manager said she would have to re-boot it, which would take "forever and a day." When I asked if "forever and a day" meant I should leave, she clarified that it wouldn't take TOO long. After waiting a good 10 minutes, I asked a nearby employee how much longer it would take, to which she replied, "a couple minutes." My husband and I have only 1 car, he was at home with our daughter, and this as my only chance to get groceries for the week. So, like an idiot, I waited and ended up standing by this confounded machine for 20 minutes. It rebooted and... again, the touch-screen did not respond. By this time, I had been in the store 40 minutes just trying to get cheese. With every ounce of patience in me, I returned to the manager and told her that the ATM still had a problem. She just nodded and said, "Oh." Calmly, but passionately, I explained my one-car-predicament, and stated that the fact that their machines (mainly their cheap-o ATM) would not accept my card was not my fault nor should it be my problem, and concluded by asking, "Can I just take this and go?" She stared at me and said, "The machines won't accept the transaction." I said, "I KNOW." She repeated again that the machines wouldn't accept the transaction, which was exactly the point of my argument and the cause of my frustration, however she seemed to think that was the very reason why everything was butterflies and rainbows. I said thank you, left the store, and cried when I stepped into my car. Leaving a store in tears = great customer service. Never shop at any Walmart ever. And that's my story. read more
