Most shoppers are ok but many do leave their shopping carts in parking areas so be careful when pulling into an empty spot. That spot might be occupied by many carts. read more

This location is always packed. I never come during the day because you can hardly walk around inside. The parking outside is packed with people everywhere. Inside, they have what you need but takes a long time to checkout which can be annoying if you only have a few items. I go here now only late at night. There is a very nice old security guard that works there late at night who is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. read more

This place is always packed. Out of the 50 registers they have, they always manage to only use about 20 registers. Customer Service area is a mess, you would think being that the store is 24 hours, things would be a lot neater. Someone was actually attacked in the parking lot at this Wal Mart according to police reports, so make sure you are careful if you come at night. There is a "security" on the premises. McDonalds is always fresh if I ever order here and the Auto Center is probably the only department that deserves credit for customer satisfaction at this Wal Mart. read more

Alex is an essential asset to the IT department in the Walmart Supercenter. I wasn't able to catch his last name, however when I spoke to Alex over the phone he treated me in a kind and professional manner. I am a UCF student and my laptop cord stopped working while I was in the middle of studying for an important exam. I needed to immediately buy a very specific charger for my lap top in order to continue. Alex promptly checked his inventory and found a universal charger that works with my Dell laptop. I then went to the store to speak to Alex and I was surprised with how friendly and informative he was. Alex really knows how to speak to customers as if he's been friends with them for a long time, and he was able to quickly provide me with the laptop cord that I needed to continue studying. Even though I'm a very busy student, I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I knew I had to write a GREAT review about him as soon as I got home. Other Walmart employees could learn from the valuable customer service skills that Alex has. Upper management should really consider promoting this individual because I believe that he genuinely deserves it! read more

This Walmart is one of the worst well put together establishment! They have people speeding through the parking lot with children and families. But meanwhile, there are police in front of the store doing god knows what inside of Walmart. Shawn is one of the rudest managers to employees, customers, etc; i've heard him get loud and treat his employees who don't deserve any of his attitude! If he has his own problems he should be step down from manager and get paid a lower right and understand how hard life really is instead of being "on top" like he thinks he is. Most employees get paid $12/hr. Those people have to deal with customer service, money center, etc; very stressful environment at times dealing with those places. But, if they even have a doctors note Walmart thinks they can still give their employees "points" and after so many fire them. I don't think that should be allowed what so ever! This week I was waiting for help to cut a fabric for 35 minutes. I told every employee that passed, more than 3, that I needed help and they called for a microphone so that someone from that area would come to help me. Nothing happened. Another 2 people waiting with me left without buying the fabric. I walked around other departments and ask for help an employee named MARTA who was not from the department and who very kindly, told me I help you even if it is not my apartment but I can cut the fabric because that is not complicated. Thanks to her I was finally able to obtain my fabrics. MARTA provided me an excellent customer service and give the extra mile for customers. MARTA represents for the company and the coworkers an example to follow of what has to be an excellent customer service and must be recognized because she has to be an example for other coworkers. read more

I went for an interview today that was supposed to be at 1:30. I was there until 3:30,spoke to 4 different people about the interview and they just kept saying oh the manager leshaune is on her way to interview u now.It took her 3 hours, and all she said when she finally saw me was oh there must of been a communication problem.. and said oh u either have to wait another hour or reschedule but I wont be back for a week because I'm going on vacation. I told her since I had been waiting I'll wait the hour I guess .I sat down and the person next to me was there for an interview, and he had been waiting forever too they told him that they accidentally sent him a confirmation for an interview. I really hate going to this Walmart. It is always packed and understtaffed. I have waited in a line over 45 minutes. They have the registers, they just don't use them. I ordered a grocery to pick up them when I got home, I notice that one of my packet lost two packet inside, I call to the store. This place deserves 0 stars and it is a shame Walmart is one of the retailers to benefit from the pandemic but wait till things pass, old loyal shoppers like me will go elsewhere. If you are considering using the grocery pick up think again. I had to reserve a time 2 days in advance. Day came and 2 hours before my time the app said my order was being processed, then at my time the app said delayed. No one at the store, a Walmart, would answer the phone for 2 hours so I gave up. Then app abruptly says order was canceled and I would get an email. Email comes and says they were too busy. So now what am I supposed to do, I just waited 2 days and I'm SOL I guess.? Writing a review on Walmart because I felt that this particular location was pretty good. Organized and clean. Staff was helpful. Crowd was decent. Low stock on some home items but not a big deal. This is the poster child store of what people that dont shop at Walmart mean when they say they dont shop there. It is nasty. It isnt because they dont stock a lot of stuff in this store they do. I live in Seminole this one is slightly closer to me then Casselberry. When I occasionaly go here the people shopping there are I dont know how to say it, lets just say people I would not associate with. Its not to say there arent exemptions, but you dont want to know what I saw happening in and out of a car in the parking lot. I would suggest highly armed off duty cops at lease two of them in the parking lot alone, not fat untrained rent a cops but real off duty officers. So disgusted the last time I went I will not go back and drive further to Casselberry. In fact I have cut back dramatically going to any Walmart at all. This ones auto department is basically useless to get simple things like tires.It is really becoming a Kmart but with customers. Orange county itself has become more and more like this store overall. Just drive down 50 from there and see all the run down shady shack businesses its kind of a disgrace of a county. People always driving like shit on that whole strip many run down cars, beggers and just run down roads. The roads are always under construction, but never under construction. I love the convienence of going to Wal-Mart Supercenter in odd hours of the night but seriously even at 3am there are long lines to check out! We had a pleasant experience for as far as Walmarts go. It was not super busy at 10 am on Saturday. I found almost everything I needed. We did the self check out and the attendant was right there to approve the alcohol I was buying. I didn't have to get his attention like most other attendants. When I lived in south Florida I shopped at my local super Walmart all the time instead of Publix in order to save a few bucks. I moved to Orlando and will only come here if I absolutely need to. The store never has enough check out lanes open, it's dirty, and is always packed. If you are going to go shopping here I suggest going very late at night or super early in the morning. Never on the weekends. This Walmart frequently has some sketchy individuals lurking around. If your a small girl like myself I wouldn't recommend walking through the parking lot late at night unless you're with a guy or have your concealed. I purchased small canvases and some paint, not a large TV or anything. I was told I had to show my receipt or I couldn't leave with my purchased items. Went to this Walmart because of range of products at reasonable prices at other Walmart stores. The range is still good but the service abominable. I wanted a specific item from Sporting Goods that are kept in locked display cabinets, no issues with this but trying to find an associate for assistance was impossible. Had to go to another area to ask them to page, which they did, TWICE! I gave up waiting after about 10 minutes. When partner had finished shopping went back to sporting goods and this time associate behind counter. Asked a question about product, associate tried to find the packaging, after few minutes of searching said could not find box so could not help and could not sell item from display case without the item's box. I came around December to get brand new tires, all four. & ever since two of the tires kept going flat. Just over night, I went about 4 times to get them repair and same issue & at this moment I've had enough. I judge every Walmart mainly on two things. 1. Do I have to park 10 miles away from the store to find parking and 2. Am I 20 people deep at the register line. I went to this Walmart with a couple of friends to purchase school supplies and some groceries, but our experience was terrible. First off, most the shopping carts had a problem or a broken wheel. We could not find any employee to help us, but when we finally did, they kept referring us to other employees who had no clue what they were doing. Other customers kept rushing past us invading our personal space so we had to dodge them from time to time. While shopping, one of us had to use the restroom but they were cleaning it. So he checked back about eight minutes later, but it was still being cleaned. It wasn't until we were just about to check-out and leave when he was finally able to relieve himself. At check-out, they only had a few check-out lanes open and they all had very long lines. When we finally got to the check-out line, the employee pretty much just ignored us and didn't even say, "Hello". We would not recommend this Walmart to anyone. read more

This review pertains to the Auto Center. Arrived at 2:45 pm for a basic oil change on my 2013 Ford Fusion. (My car is in excellent condition and I take good care of it.) I was told that there were 3 cars ahead of me. I ate &wasted 1 1/2 hours in their dirty McDonalds. Went to check on my car and was told AGAIN that there were 3 cars ahead of me. I reminded them that that was what they said an hour and a half ago. Wasted more time. At 6 pm, I was told by "Nelson" the manager that they would not service my car because there was a significant oil leak. He told me to bring it back and he would "take care of me." My car dealership checked it for me and said there was no oil leak. They also said that Walmart Auto is incompetent, and never to trust them with my car. The dealership also said the staff was probably too lazy to remove the plastic plate on my oil tank, so they pushed it off until 6 pm and didn't want to mess with it. No, Nelson from Walmart Auto Center, you will not be "taking care of me," nor will any other Walmart Auto Center. I lost 3+ hours of my life there that I will never get back. Go Valvoline, where the oil changes are speedy and of high quality! read more
