I ordered something online from Walmart.com because it is unseasonal. It was site to store. They were supposed to e-mail me when it got there, but I never got an e-mail. Long story short, after many hours on the phone and in the store, they tell me the Christmas present I ordered is lost. They want me to go back on the phone and wait some more to speak to someone. They weren't willing to order it again and expedite, so now, not here for Christmas. One woman, Yesenia, told me that they have nothing to do with Walmart.com, thus divorcing herself from the responsibility of the company's screw up. Lines are always RIDICULOUS here! Plenty of customers...plenty of checkout aisles...but they won't hire enough checkers!

Tire and oil change section was very helpful and well informed. The car we brought in needed new tires but when we showed Emanuel the tires, Emanuel knew that the current tires were the incorrect ones. He showed how the sticker on the panel gave the right tire information. And we checked prices everywhere. Big Brand Tires, Just Tires, Costco, Sam's Club and by far Walmart was the lowest one by $50 with no special rebates or coupons. You may wait awhile but it was worth it. read more

I'm looking to buy a Blu-ray but before driving there and wasting gas.. better be sure, so I checked Walmart App if the dvd is available in the store and the App says Yes In Stock! So went to store look for it my self, but can't seem to find it anywhere so I asked for help, An associate help me after waiting for him for at least 20 mins.. or so... and I told him I'm looking for a Blu-ray and he brought me to where the dvds and Blu-ray at.. and said "oh sorry we don't have it... I said but I checked the app and said it's in stock. He replied -"did you see it here? I said we don't have it" in a rude way - I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager.. he said there's no one around.. I doubt it.. I made the wrong decision of going, this is not the first time I go and I come across a bad experience at the cashiers. Store was full and and only 2 cashiers open. I heard an employee tell the people behind me that she would help them on the next cashier. So as of what anybody would have done.... I followed those people and when I got there the employee said that she was only attending the people behind us and no one else. I love this Walmart!!! Has all the snacks that I'm looking for but the best part is the pharmacy! I went in to pick up a prescription and the guy pharmacist was amazing he took his time to go over my medication with me and answered all my questions. i had a very bad experience at this location. unprofesional and very uneducated. first the department manager of customer sercice (some black lady) laughed at my situation since i couldnt return a item. second, she next blew me off when i asked for a store manager. i had to raise my voice a little the second time i asked for one. horrible customer service, she kept talking over me; until she finally called in another manager. she was much more humble and a bit more helpful but they still couldnt refund me my money. i was so upset i called the corporate store and let them know wjat happend and that they need to put final sale labels on every isle or shelfs that are final sale. how the fuck was i suppose to know that an air soft gun was final sale! (not real gun) the final sale label was nowhere close or near the rifles for me to k ow its a dinal sale. so i thought i was able to return if i was unsatisfied: and third they said they couldnt return my air soft gun because its considered a real weapon, i know bullshit when i smell it. i work with selling cellphones so i deffinately know they run around moves. they could at least have been honest with me, then i wouldnt have been such a bother. any ways long story short, i had a well educated and extraordinary profesional manager call me by the name of ross. he says he can help me and he has restored my faith on this walmart store. whether or not, if i were to receive my refund, this man earned my respect and hats off to this man. this guy deserves to run the whole store and he is very humble. something that i look for when i decide to go spend my hard earned money. if it was bot for ross id be rating this place a no star! but this man made it happen, he deserves a 5 stars, excellent customer service, and honesty from a hard working man. as for the rest of the store, very few humble workers. most of them have that i dont want to be here face, so its my rating stands as a 1 star for the store. -customer service is beyond -profesional skills as manager was off the roof read more

I live in this area, have NEVER had a good experience with this wal mart, when calling in, I'm always put on hold and not assisted at all, they immediately say...WAL MART BE RIGHT WITH YOU, PLEASE HOLD....stuff like that. Went into this location, because the Ventura location just wasn't that helpful.....wanting to charge $10 more for an item, just because it was a new version and a different color. Once I got through the gauntlet mess (read the other reviews) to electronics, I was luck to find Amy. Even though this location had the same new price marked on the item, Amy in Electronics took a minute to use her phone to check the website, to see if a price match was possible. Bingo.....a minute later, she found it for $10 less than the original marked price......I got exactly what I wanted.....Amy saved me $20, so I bought 2 of 'em. Make sure to check your food prices. I purchased a package of Krusteaze Pancake mix at the Oxnard Walmart Supercenter on Rose Avenue. The price was $3.54 On the label on the rack it was listed at 5.8 cents per ounce with a weight of 3.8LB's The package clearly shows a weight of 3LB's 8 ounces Going by the price per ounce the sale price should be $3.248 or to round up $3.25 I don't know if other food items are priced that way but from now on I am checking. read more

I went to the center to pickup an online order of 2 tires ... it took 3 employees 45 minutes to locate my order AND then another 2 1/2 hours to have them installed ... upon checkout I was charged for the tires again and several miscellaneous unauthorized charges - lifetime balance ($18) and valve stems ($6) ... on top of $10 per tire road hazard charge ... I asked manager Eric is any thing could be done about these charges especially in light of the amount time it took to complete this transaction ... he was very curt with me ... Zero stars. Avoid this store like the plague! Horrible customer service, a simple return took 45 minutes. The entire store was out of shopping bags with long lines and so much merchandise is behind a locked case (even $4 shaving cream!) then you have to wait for the employee to finish their personal conversation before they will go and find the key then come back and unlock the case five minutes later. 0 star rating should really be a thing on here because this specific Walmart deserves it. The customer service at this location is beyond unprofessional. Everyone walks around with a dark cloud hanging over their head and they want no interest in helping anyone out. I wanted a face mask product out of this glass locked area and I asked one of the employees who was from the cosmetic area for some help. She literally looked at me and just walked away as if she had no interest in helping me. Round two we went and found another lady from the department right next to it and she went to talk to cosmetics. As we were watching her she then grabs a paper towel roll and starts cleaning the floors and conversing with other employees with no intention on even coming back to tell us anything. When I walked up to her for some sort of explanation she goes "oh. I didn't get the keys". Round three was me finally fed up and going back to cosmetics and once again asking for some assistance. The same lady that ignored me before goes "someone with keys is walking over there. Go find her". I was beyond upset at this point at the unprofessionalism and honestly how rude and off putting these two women were. At that moment I wanted to just leave my basket full of stuff and walk out on the spot. When you work in customer service you should play the part. If you can't simply have a good attitude then take off that blue vest that clearly states "how may I help you" and go find a job elsewhere that doesn't involve the public. This Walmart is one of the worst places ever, especially the auto section, every time I would ask for a specific brand of oil and filter, everyone there would say "if it's not on the shelf, we are out." I find that a load of bs, because before that, I would ask an employee named Zach for the items, he would take the time to check their back room to see if they did have it. A majority of time, he would find them, sometimes he would only come back with one or the other, but he would always give me a heads up on when the next shipment would arrive. That's good customer service. I have talked to my friends and family members, and everyone says the same thing, if I need help in that department, talk to Zach and Zach only. But alas, he no longer works there. He was the only reason why I and everyone else who recommended him shopped there, now that he is gone, there is no point in me going back there again. read more

Never go here. It is totally pointless. Not a single worker knows where a thing is. The workers act as if you are bothering them from their gossip if you ask where a certain item might be. The fruit and vegetables are unripe tasteless and filthy. The clothing (but I wouldn't but anything here) is a mess in piles on the floor and shelves. Anything you may remotely need is out of stock. Please keep in mind that I have only subjected myself to this store around five times in my entire life, but based on those experiences... The parking lot is scary, and it is often flooded with traffic. Inside, it is overly crowded, and loud. There are open bags of candy other various foods, that are supposed to be for sale. A lot of the isles look like they've been raided. The lines are also very long. Yes you get the cheap prices of the generic brands, but I am telling you for your own good, go to a different Walmart, where you won't have to navigate a cart through stop and go traffic in isles near the check out lines, especially in September when school starts. I didn't even try during the holidays. Do yourself a favor, and do your shopping elsewhere. read more

Hi. I returned a battery this morning at 930am. I didn't have a receipt because I purchased it online. I wanted a receipt of the return in case the bank didn't return it. CJ the manager said because I did not provide a receipt of the sale, I do not get a receipt of the refund. This was appalling. all the complainers seem to miss a few points about walmart at this location. 1 this walmark does 10 times the business of any other walmart you have ever been to. more that 300,000 people live within 20 minutes of this walmart. until recently this was the only warlmart in this area. so it feels like Black Friday here everyday of the year. 2 the parking lot is enormous, but it is still completely filled up after 3pm and on weekends. 3 the only difference between walmart and target shoppers is that target shopper have higher credit card bills, because being an elitist costs more money. my sister worked at target for 5 years, believe me target shoppers have nothing to brag about because they are just as rude, stupid and petty as any shopper of walmart. 4 the only reason any of us shop at walmart is the low price. when I want something, I will check at walmart first. since walmart is so big there is a good chance of finding what I want there. if I do not find what I want, I just go somewhere else. or go online at walmart.com and just order it. I can not say anything about their pharmacy because I do not use it. I am not impressed by their food prices. I get better deals at local supermarkets. read more

Wow had to say I say a employee treat a little kid like shit yesterday and I had to give her a piece of my mind... so there was a little boy that came into the store and had to get a electronic wheelchair for his mom who is disabled and could not Walk into the store the only help she had for that day was her son this little boy had asked for help but no one listened to him so he went and got on a electric wheelchair and started to go out side to take it to his mom when at the door he was stoped and was yelled at by the worker at the door another costumer stepped in and told the boy she would take it outside for the boy but did not even tell the woman anything who was yelling at the boy anything as I was waling out I told the lady she was wrong and how would she feel if that was her son and someone was telling her child off I don't care what your policies are if there is a person that is disabled and needs help you can at least help the boy and take the chair outside your self if he can't be on it because he is to small and not just yell at him sorry Walmart but you need to train your greeters better and teach them a thing or two about human kindness you should never talk to a child like that ever especially if you don't even know what is going on or what the situation is read more

I am extremely unhappy with the way I was treated at this location. I ordered photos and when I went to pick them up at the end of the day they we not even printed yet. I wanted to make a correct to one of the photos and was told by Patricia to call her when I did. I had an issue with making the change and called her. She made a loud complaining sign and hung up on me. I called and spoke with Nick in management and he promised me things would be resolved and I would get my pictures, he asked me to return a few days later and ask for Ray or Alex. When i arrived, neither of those managers were there so I spoke with Christy. She refunded my money but didn't have my pictures, she PROMISED someone would call me back and NO ONE DID. I ended up calling and speaking with Manny who said my pictures were here but needed to confirm I could pick them up, he said he would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I'm pissed. I was treated with a lack of respect and I was nothing but patient with every single person I spoke with. I hope this makes it to some higher ups rather than assistant managers. read more

The pharmacy here is terrible. They told my husband they didn't have my medication in stock and would have to order it. So he told them we would go somewhere else but they didn't reverse it with my insurance so another pharmacy couldn't fill it without having Walmart reverse it. Then they told the other pharmacy that they did have the medication but there was an allergy problem so they had to call the doctor. They had in my profile that I'm allergic to something I'm not allergic to and my husband could have cleared that up if that's what they'd told him but that's not what they said.
