    Fresh asian vegetables.

Love this place. It was my first time visiting the supermarket. Seafood are fresh, they have lots of South East Asian products, snacks, beverages. Super happy. Food court is excellent too. They have a very good delicious Bao. Service is quick, the cash register lady was super helpful and kind. Definitely will recommend this market to my family and friends.

I made a stop at Seafood City Supermarket in Oxnard off Rose Ave near the 101 freeway on my way up to the Central Coast to pick up some ingredients. To my surprise, this Seafood City looked brand new. It was so clean and huge. And it wasn't crowded (I came on a weekday afternoon). The employees were really friendly too. I even found some items I had been looking for that were out of stock in my local Seafood City. They have an assortment of Asian products - mostly Filipino items. Inside this supermarket, there's Grill City to the right (a casual cafeteria-style eatery offering popular Filipino dishes); they also have a bakery to the left. Oh, and the baked bread smelled so delicious! Overall, this is a well-stocked Seafood City. It's clean and spacious. And the employees are helpful and friendly.

This was my first time in and I loved it. Such a wonderful place to come and get unique foods that you wouldn't find in a typical grocery store. As we were just passing through, I couldn't pick up any frozen or fresh items but we did pick up a lot of snack, snacks, and some treats from the in-house bakery. The Ube brownie was out of this world. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely be stopping in.

Stopped in to pick up a few groceries on Saturday afternoon. From the outside, it didn't look busy, but inside, there was a good amount of people shopping, and the long cashier lines help tell the story. The food selection here is good for Ventura County. If we were in San Gabriel Valley or Garden Grove, I would have a higher standard for the quality and quantity of Asian goods. I like how there is plenty of food-to-go available. Although, the line at Grill City consistently is slow, but the service is friendly. Overall, this is the place to go in Ventura County for Asian groceries. Can't wait to see Jollibee open!

Seafood City - my happy morning place! I absolutely love coming to Seafood City in the morning -- no lines, super fresh food, and honestly it just puts me in the best mood. I always grab a new canned coffee or matcha (they have soooo many fun flavors!) and it's become my little ritual. Then I head straight to Valerio's by the seafood section, tucked away in the cutest little corner. Their beef empanadas and beef pan de sal are chef's kiss -- warm, fresh, and soooo good. But the real star? The lady at the register! She is the SWEETEST, her personality is adorable, and she literally makes my whole morning. Everything here is clean, fresh, and just good vibes all around. Plus, they host events from time to time, so definitely give them a follow on social media so you don't miss out! Seafood City, I love you -- see you next morning run!

I had a very disappointing experience at Seafood City. I came in specifically because of their advertised prices, but when I went to check out, the items rang up at a higher price. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she shrugged it off and simply said the price was wrong--no apology, no effort to honor the advertised price. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. If the prices on the shelves or in the ads are incorrect, they should take responsibility for it, not just brush it off as if it's the customer's problem. The lack of professionalism and accountability really ruined the shopping experience for me. I won't be coming back, and I'd advise others to double-check your receipt if you shop here-or better yet, take your business somewhere else that values honesty and customer service.

Seafood City family trips were a big thing growing up, and I'm thankful that there's one in Oxnard! This location is a lot smaller than the one I went to as a kid, but it's also cleaner and more organized. I always love browsing the snack, condiment, and ice cream aisles as well as their ready-to-eat meals section. I typically stay away from the meats because they're not the best quality, but their produce has been fine in my experience. This supermarket is catered towards Filipino cuisine, so their options outside of that are very limited. For instance, they don't sell Lao Gan Ma or kimchi here; I guess it's understandable to some degree, but I would think these are staples for any Asian household. Note: as of today, Grill City, Valerio's, and Bakers Avenue are open, but Jollibee is still closed (been waiting forever lol).

I really like this little market. Every now & then I'll stop by for Buldak ramen and other snacks you won't find elsewhere. I love that they have a big variety to choose from. We came here for dinner last night and I got their pork belly combo that comes with rice & a side dish. It was so yummy and not too expensive. A plus was walking over to the pocky aisle for a lil dessert after my meal!

Your Filipino grocery market one stop shop! This grocery store has your typical Filipino needs (& more) which is located at the old Babies R Us building. Plentiful parking, great location right off the 101, and hoping soon for Jollibee and Chowking to open. You can find your Filipino and Asian merch (prepackaged, frozen, fresh), veggies, meats & seafood here. Craving seafood? Pick and weigh your items, opt to have it cleaned and fried. *I do recommend to this first prior to shopping so while waiting, you can get some necessities in your cart while passing time.* There are also 2 bakeries located inside and a canteen that sells grilled and fried goodies. Find some bbq, some Filipino favorites, and even drinks among their dishes. Weekends are for hot pots!

Ok Oxnard. Out here leveling up. I got flashbacks of my visit when this was a different business. First off, the space has a great layout. Secondly, it smells amazing. Even from outside, you can smell the bbq going down inside. The ready to go food was for sure my jam. I ended up getting the liempo with dinuguan. They give you two scoops of rice. I had so much food I ended up having two meals. That liempo reminded me of ones I've had in the PI while on vacation at some beach resort. The staff were super nice which was a nice touch

So much food, so many goods to choose from. Let me put it this way. I went back to back days and had dinner there both nights at Grill City. This place has all the goods. Services is like dealing with an Auntie, kind and helpful.

Purple rain, purple rain. Shout out to our beloved family and Ube nation! Seafood City is a market, bakery and marketplace specializing in Asian and Filipino groceries. There's something for everyone here! Enter the store and turn for freshly-baked savory and sweet treats. Order an Ube flan cake from the bakery. Pick up some individually-wrapped pastries and lechon takeout. At the time of this review, there's a big beautifully decorated Christmas tree, Filipino pride banners and Filipino-themed Christmas gifts. (For great prices!) I bought all of the above for my cherished Filipino family. THANKS SEAFOOD CITY! I also bought Halayang Ube, Arroz caldo, Taiwanese black sugar, rose tea and a beautiful set of purple floral tea cups for a New Year celebration. *Saves world* Come here to show off your Filipino pride and support your amazing Filipino family. Speaking of family, a legendary Yelp Rockstar from the Philippines is helping me organize a Yelp picnic UYE this summer. LA/SF/Vegas. And worldwide.:) Everyone who works here is super nice and happy to help point you in the right direction or make a recommendation if you need advice. The market is sparkling clean with well-spaced isles and helpful signs. This market is a great place to stock up on your Latin, Asian, Middle Eastern, African American jambalaya too. Shout out to the Philippines and our beloved families. Happy holidays everyone.:)

Great local asian grocery store for my cravings instead of having to drive all the way down to the SGV or OC. There's a bakery to the left when you walk in and a food court to your right with lots of Filipino small bites and dishes to choose from. Walk pass that and there's a huge produce area . They have some soju and beer tucked in that corner too. So many Ice cream options towards the back! Picked up some instand noodle packets today that I want to try out before committing to a full package . There's Isles of dried canned foods, dried foods, snacks, etc . Then to the back left is a large area of frozen and refrigerated food

The market had many more booths than I was expecting after reading the write up. They had a mix of food items for sale from fruits and veggies to desserts, to fish to drinks but they also had jewelry, clothes, toys, cremes and balms and other assorted items. Their fruits and veggies were impressive. It was so vibrant, colorful, fragrant. Enjoy my photos of the berries to see what I mean. I did buy a bakery item from the booth that had a lot of items, but no one in line, no wait versus the other booth that had a good amount of items but about 15 people in line. I should have known. My coffee cake item had saran wrap but it had a hole in it, and it was very stale. I am assuming that the hole led to it being stale and not that it was an old item not freshly made that day. It was very disappointing. If you are in the area, stop in and check it out.

Super friendly and welcoming, and the gentleman at the register gave great recommendations. He knew the menu well and was able to help me out with some suggestions. Honestly, the menu is so extensive it was hard to choose, but here's what I went with: Fish & Chips (2 piece plate): 5/5.
