Every time I go in here I have some employee asking me if I need help with anything. You don't normally associate that with Walmart which is nice. Also, the employees by the dressing rooms and the fishing area are always helpful and super nice. By far the cleanest, most organized Walmart I have been into. I went to our local Walmart in Parker yesterday (Trip #1) to buy a replacement part for our Coleman Stove. I couldn't find it, so asked an employee for assistance. The employee was friendly, but told me that the store didn't carry the part and that it could only be ordered online. (Trip#2) This morning I went online to Walmart.com and found not only did they carry it, but that I could get it today and pick it up at the store. I logged on to Walmart.com and added my husband as a person who could pick it up. He drove to the store and when he got there, the associate told him that they had no record of the transaction. . Here's why I am rating our Parker store as a 5 star store: After my husband relayed what had happened, I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to Mandy. She asked if I would hold, then gathered 4 employees and found my order. She was so sincere and generous in her apology. She went over and above by giving us a gift card when we came in to pick up our order to make up for the three trips and the mix up. We left the store wondering how far up Mandy will go in this organization...we think she'll be General Manager in a very short time! Two cars ahead of me for an oil change. They told me that it would be at least 2 hours before they even start the oil change. When I asked if I could schedule an appointment or come back, they said that if I left it would restart my time. Didn't realize it takes so long for an oil change. Went next door to Grease Monkey, in and out in 20 minutes, with 3 cars ahead of me. If you value your time avoid Walmart. read more

Worst experience at Walmart ever. Went through a ten items or less line and the cashier was the rudest I have ever been treated at an establishment ever. She didn't even say hello, pounded her fingers on the keyboard as if I was bothering her and waisting her time, talked with such and attitude and continued to embarrass me when my card wasn't working right. She didn't even finish with my transaction before she started talking to the other customer behind me and asked whether or not he had anything else to buy. I do not like shopping at Walmart anyway because the quality is not good and the staff is never helpful but this was the straw for me.... the customer service at the Parker Walmart is POOR!! I (and another lady) needed fabric cut & waited 15 min for the "backup" from electronics to call someone but the rude guy couldnt have cared less and never checked to make sure anyone came.....finally I called the customer service desk myself from the internal phone and waited another 10 min for a lady to come and cut me $6 worth of fabric and then was questioned by the cashier about the handwritten tag on the fabric as if I made it up and then had to show the receipt to the old cart lady as I exited.....seriously Walmart, you should pay me for my wasted time and streamline your inefficient Ops. read more

Every time I go to this store, I am unable to get everything on my list. There is ALWAYS something missing from the shelves. They are not as well-stocked over all as other stores. Seems like they stock the bare minimum. Maybe the store manager should take a trip over to the one on Business Center Dr. in Highlands Ranch to see how it's done. TERRIBLE!!!!!! If you remember back in the day when Walmart was clean and well stocked and are looking to spend your money in a store like that, do NOT go into this one!!!! The shelves are normally ill stocked with no tags in sight. Most of the machines to scan the prices aren't working either. By the time you get up to the register, the prices that the products ring up usually aren't even close to the ones on the few tags labeling the products. And the customer service is even worse. There is one particular gentleman who is the worst. He refused to price match AN IDENTICAL ITEM. He has refused product with WALMART PRINTED ON THE LABEL stating it wasn't in the system so Walmart never sold it. I've even had Walmart receipts taped to the product and they said I couldn't return it because it didn't exist in the system!!! I bought the stuff 2 days prior! WHAT?!?!?! Tonight, he refused to return a vacuum (granted I didn't have the receipt so boo on me), stating it wasn't from Walmart. I looked for a similar vacuum in the poorly stocked aisle, didn't find it, so I went back to customer service. On the way, I was muttering under my breath about hating this experience and a WALMART CASHIER SAID THIS IS WHY SHE HATES SHOPPING AT WALMART!!!! End result is, I informed the customer service desk that I would never be shopping at Walmart again due to this last straw. I promptly went next door to Target and bought a vacuum. While I was there, I was chatting with the customer service personnel there about what had happened. They said they had similar experiences and knew the customer service person I was talking about. He is 50's-60's caucasian male, mid height, mid weight, light hair, very light blue eyes. I think his name is Glenn but I may be wrong. The Target CSA said she tried to return some clothes TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND RECEIPT BUT THEY REFUSED BECAUSE IT WAS CLOTHING!!!! So, needless to say, I'll use the website to price match, but I'm never buying anything from Walmart again. That's sad, but until this place gets their act together, never again. About grocery delivery, I was very happy with the delivery people, they were friendly and careful and everything I ordered was there plus a couple of freebies! The last time I ordered, my items came via mail, well done! This is our favorite Walmart, much nicer than any other one we have tried in the area, including Alameda, Hampden, and one in Parker. The employees are friendly and helpful and we have some favorites who are alike friends! I'm going to look for the Walmart app. I forgot to say that there is a Walmart in Englewood that is really nice, that we go to when on that side of town. read more

It's hard to believe, but this Walmart continues to go down hill. Most of the time the shelves are empty. Then they let out the crew, moving items around to make the shelves look full, how stupid! I was there two days ago, Classico spaghetti sauce, all flavors, completely empty. Pork steaks, only one package in the cooler. Hormel smoked Turkey, completely empty. They are playing a game of "hide and seek" with Sarah's Sausage, as it is constantly being moved to a new location. Sometimes the meat folks don't even know where it is! If you do find anything to buy, and you use that item on a consistant basis, you had better grab every one on the shelf, cuz your chances of ever finding it again, are slim to none. I won't even get into the carts with broken wheels, pull to the right or left, or wheels with flat spots. Shopping here is one of the most depressing, frustrating and maddening experiences imaginable. And Walmart wonders why it's sales numbers have been declining for several yrs? Try shopping in this store, and you will soon realize, taking a beating with a rubber hose would be a better alternative. read more

I have been coming to this Wal Mart for 15 years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the past 2 times I have done a pick up order I have had to wait for 20 minutes while everyone else around me is being helped and leaves. A gentlemen, by the name of PAUL, asks me my name and I tell him my name and express to him my concern of having to wait everytime I come. PAUL then explains " it depends who is working and I do not know I just got here." I then continue to express my concerns and maybe it is my app, but I tell him I always make sure to call to let them know I have arrived. PAUL then says "you can continue to talk or I can go get your order." I tell PAUL he can go, and realize PAUL did not go to check on my order, nor anyone else's order. Everyone else had a cart full of groceries but PAUL. Jacob, who is very nice, then brings me my groceries. I think what PAUL meant was it depends if he is working. Everyone has always been so helpful it sure is unfair one person ruins it for the whole team. read more

I went to Walmart in Parker two different times to return two items and got so luck to have Linda at the returns she's a horrible person grumpy, condescending, nasty can't believe they keep her employed. I don't go to Walmart for this reason must be a terrible place to work because the people are horrible.. My daughters birthday cake! I have to say I was a bit concerned how it would turn out when the lady who took my order didn't even ask which flavor cake or frosting we would like. Then I call to check if the cake is done and ready for pickup and get the run around on the phone while they try to "find it" and then I can hear them talking and yelling at each other where someone proceeds to yell "I totally forgot about that, yeah and I forgot about those last two things, and I forgot to ask what flavor so I made white with buttercream." GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then, picking up the cake, the lid is mangled( I asked for a new one as you will see in the picture) , as well as the top of the cake cracked, and piping on the sides mushed. Just a sad excuse for a cake. No apologies, nothing. Just hand the cake off and run away before I have time to even process how gross it looked! Won't be back, professional bakers are obviously the way to go BUT NEVERTHELESS, no one entrust your child's birthday cake to Walmart's bakery. read more

As I walked into the store on 7/31/2020 there were no carts walk to the parking lot to get a cart. Found the sanitizer spray inside the store and wiped my cart. As I was leaving still saw no carts so I left it inside the store and the older gentleman working the door said and I quote" hey knuckle head the cart need cleaned and taken out to the parking lot. I said I wiped it down when I got it out of the parking lot and it is by the spray bottle he continued to call me a knuckle head. Also while I was in the store there were people walking around with paper towels as a mask. This older gentleman was the only one at the door last I checked a paper towel was not a mask for the requirements of Walmart or the state of Colorado. So I was being nice to leave a cart so someone didn't have to get one at 525pm this evening and called a name on the way out. So I walked back in and took the cart outside like a knuckle head would do and said I will not shop at this Walmart again. Calling customers names and still saying names as I went back in an grabbed the cart. Spent my last 20 dollars at Walmart one less customer for them and there poor customer service. Doorman do your job and enforce the mask and may want to have some carts for people to shop with since there is only one entrance. Don't hire more people just get by in the big Walmart world. read more

Dear shoppers watch yourselves when in the store especially if you are female!! Store security will stalk you making you feel uncomfortable. Then as you check out your accused you of shoplifting and they press charges yet you haven't left the store AND you were standing at the register actually paying. Better yet a sales clerk was assisting you and stepped away and you followed her because you were trying to complete your transaction. Then the security person starts screaming at the you. Then lies to you essentially entrapping them. Someone needs to explain to Walmart that technically if you are standing at the register and haven't left the store...... THAT IS NOT SHOPLIFTING!!! Morons!! Now the person has to go to court and get this they are automatically guilty!! What happen to due process and innocent until proven guilty?! Guess that doesn't apply to Walmart AND the Town of Parker!! Good job guys. So now some innocent kid has to pay for something they didn't do!!! Bravo!!! I got a watch for Christmas and went to the jewelry department for help on taking some links out. The jewelry department manager came to assist me after I waited 10 minutes for help. From the second she came over to help me she was rude. She didn't smile once, and gave me attitude when I tried to explain how I wanted my watch fixed. She ended up screwing the watch up more and until I went to another jeweler found she didn't even return me some of the original screws or links. She gave me old rusted ones in a bag. I am extremely disappointed in the service and attitude of this employee at Walmart. I will NOT be back. read more

This place is horrible but what Walmart isn't. If you need help finding something, good luck finding an employee period it is like the only people working there are cashiers and even those lines are &$@ deep to an elephant as they have 40 lanes with 6 open at any one time, also finding one that knows where it is and/or understands English. The produce in this place looks like they get all the stuff all other stores have thrown out. The bargains they always claim to have is just like their tv commercials, they do commercials comparing their pricing to Walgreens like that is an equal comparison, the Super Target across the street may not have as extensive of a selection but what they do have is price comparable or better and is always clean, I ALWAYS have someone ask me if they can find something, I don't need a GPS to locate assistance. Additionally their management at WallyWorld could care less if you shop their or not so I don't. I honestly don't know why anyone would shop at this filthy place, I swear the place hasn't had a good cleaning since they opened, what a DUMP. Try to return something here WITH a receipt, they hold it up to the light like it is a $50 bill looking for the little strip in it and even though it has their address on it they ask you the address of the Walmart you bought the item you are returning. And RUDE, OMG these people I can understand being pissed you have to work in this hole but NO ONE forced you to fill out the application, go work security at the airport if you hate your life so much to work here. read more

One of the nicest Wal-Mart's I've been to. Helpful staff, good selection, and fresh produce. I also love the 1$ clearance sales they have frequently on clothes. I also like the clearance sales on baby and toddler items. They have them much more frequently at this location than others. read more

I called the automotive center to get a price on tires. After the phone rang a dozen times or so, a clerk came on long enough to tell me I was going on hold. When he came back a couple of minutes later, I told him exactly what I wanted and he put me on hold again. 13 minutes into the call I finally just hung up because the clerk never came back. Either the people working in the automotive center are shorthanded, or they don't really care about selling tires. This was my first and last time at checking into what Walmart has to offer on the automotive side. I wrote this review while I was on hold. read more

Today was my first experience with the grocery delivery from this store. I paid a $9 fee for a reserved time slot from 8-10. The driver called me at 9:37 and told me he would be late. This was a little frustrating as I had an appointment at 11 and I'm a nursing mother who had tried to schedule nursing my baby around the time frame the delivery person might show up so as not to have it interfere. When the driver finally did show up at 10:30 he was outside my house for so long that I finally went outside to offer my assistance. He was on the phone, got off once I came outside, and proceeded to show me a picture of the contents of his truck for the previous delivery in his attempt to explain why he was late... he complained that he is a subcontractor for walmart and that he should not have to call customers...among his other complaints to me... overall the interaction with him was pretty awkward to say the least. My bigger complaint is that I received an email receipt stating I was charged $14.69 for a chuck roast and the sticker on the roast says it costs $12.43. I called the store to speak to the manager, was told the grocery manager was off for the day and was connected with Cody "CSM." When I explained the pricing issue to Cody he seemed pretty put out that he had to deal with me, put me on hold to try to find the grocery manager after I had already told him the grocery manager was off for the day, and then told me I would need to bring the original packaging (Of the raw chuck roast?!) in with the receipt to receive the price adjustment. I tried to explain to him that I was not going to be off work for several days to be able to do this (hence, part of the reason I tried online grocery delivery in the first place) and the call conveniently disconnected. i.e. I'm pretty sure he hung up on me :( Without going down to the store in person it does not sound like I'm going to get very much help from walmart with this issue. Stay away from the auto dept!!!!They are inept & careless .Took my truck in for oil change & they locked my keys in the truck with the motor running for an hour. They did not page me so i had no idea. After shopping in the store i returned to find them trying to break into my vehicle without my permission!! They damaged the door frames Chipping the paint. Also grease was on the front fenders & on the mats. Very careless . The reminder sticker was not even filled out properly. They comped the charge& agreed to new mats but nothing for the damage breaking into my truck without my permission. That was only after i called the co mgr. I had to call back again to even get that far. All this was totally unnecessary as i have AAA!!! Did not offer Any offset for the damages beyond paying for a $ 20 dollar oil change& a replacement mat. i got scammed by the 'black friday' come on. $99 television guarantee if not in stock, you pay, go online and register and they promise it before christmas. using my receipt and onehour guarantee card - i tried to do exactly that. however, the website will not allow you to register unless you pay a second time. i called customer service - the first rocket scientist i got assured me that yes, that is correct - you have to pay a second time if you want the television. as i said, he was a rocket scientist - hung up when i started to express my disbelief that he thought i would pay a second time. i called back - got a nice lady - explained it to her as i did the rocket scientist and she assured me he was no rocket scientist. he was wrong ---- if i wanted the television for the price i had paid for it - i had three hours to get to walmart by the deadline and they would register it for me ----- no waiting until i was in the store, no waiting till morning, no cleaning the kitchen first --------- get down there or forfeit the deal. unfortunately, my sister was here ----------- i'd have taken the receipt, gotten credit and then purchased a television for a slightly higher price from a reputable business. she however thought it made more sense to go down to walmart within the three hour window they gave us, keep the television and then visit every complaint board i can find in the next 24 months and warn people about shopping at the walmart in parker -- the best you can say is SCAM HAVEN ------------ shop there at your own risk but certainly do not trust them / read more

Oil and Lube is awful. The last two experiences, both managed by Adrena (sp?), were completely unsatisfactory. Last oil change the interior of the car was spotted with oil and grease. Manager gave a unapologetic $20 gift card. Today, I went in at 9 AM for headlights and installation. Jim got the bulbs and called within 90 minutes and stated job complete. Paid the $42 and got my keys. Checked the interior, looked good. Checked the headlights, not working. Didn't even check their work. Went in, Cody stated easy enough, 10 minutes to install the correct bulbs, they erroneously installed high beams. 50 minutes later, after being ignored and walked past several time by Adrena, I had to ask, "what are we doing with my headlights?" Full credit given but without an apology and very little remorse or empathy. Then had to find my car parked in the rear of the store and the intake cover is missing all of the snap bolts. Talked with store manager Matt to suggest Tire and Lube is not giving this WalMart anything good in customer service. I had a pretty horrible experience at your store at approximately 6:45 this evening. I popped in after dinner to pick up a gift card for an organization that I planned to donate to. The gentleman who checked me out forgot to print out a gift receipt, so he pointed me to the Customer Service desk. I walked over to Customer Service, explained the situation and asked the blonde cashier for a gift receipt. She seemed new, so she asked a brunette named Melissa for assistance. Melissa, in no uncertain (or polite!) terms promptly informed me that they "don't do" gift receipts. I kept my composure, and politely explained that in the past I had purchased gift cards that didn't end up working - and that tracking down proof of purchase is much more difficult after the fact. Because of that, I preferred to enclose a proof of purchase with the card. Melissa very rudely repeated that "we don't do gift receipts." I then asked, since this was a charitable donation, if I could please have a reprint of the entire receipt, since I needed a copy for my taxes. She then raises her voice at me, cocks her head to the side, and said, "We don't do copies, either." At that point, I was so shocked and stunned, I just muttered, "Wow. Have a nice night." and walked out of your store. Walmart - what the heck kind of employees are you hiring? I was perfectly polite to Melissa, and remained polite even AFTER she started to get rude with me - I was treated like dirt. I can't even imagine that "we don't do gift receipts" is even truthful - even King Soopers prints out gift receipts! I think the bottom line is that Melissa just couldn't be bothered.
