Think this is my first yelp review and only doing it because I'm so frustrated with Steve who just rang us up. This guy got angry with us for grabbing the separator too quickly (to separate your groceries from shopper in front of you in line). Then he gave me the dirtiest look for putting my 30 pack of drinks and says "can you please not put heavy items on here".... It's a 30 pack, not a tool chest. I felt like he looked at my friend and I with dirty looks a few times as if he was mad we were shopping. I hate to think that it's because we have tattoos. But my friend and so are both successful business owners. So don't judge this book by its cover steve. And try smiling ya jerk. read more

Went to this Walmart to get camping supplies. We had just got to our camp spot and unpacked and left our flying masks at the trailer. We walk up to the door to go in only to be aggressively spoken to by a young tall woman with an attitude. Asked us if we had masks we said no. We asked HER where their throw away masks are at the door (like they are at every single Walmart every where else) and she told us they don't have any and we have to use our own. That is insanity in itself folks. Tell people they can't come in without a mask yet not have on hand throw away ones for their customers??So we will never give this Walmart ANY business and I suggest any travelers going there to just use Havasu City as they are actually following the governors call to get back to normal and stop mask mandates. This was the only place in the year and a half of this nonsense that did this. Having a young woman be so rude and aggressive towards a customer over a face diaper? No thank you. Go elsewhere for your Walmart needs and AVOID Parker Arizona! read more

I generally hate Walmart but this location is great! It has everything you need while on vacation. There is a full on grocery store, alcohol and of course the rest of Walmart- clothes, towel, sunscreen etc. On stop shop while partying on the river. read more

Stayed a few nights at the nearby La Paz County Park and this Walmart location had everything we could ask for. Looks like they allow free overnight parking for RVers as well which is always a plus. read more

About a month and a half ago I went into pick up my meds that I had called in after hrs on the automated system. Well I knew that one didn't have any refills on it and knew that their procedure they follow would be that they Fax the DR and then the Dr will send the right notice to ok to refill it. At the time I had about a weeks worth of my thyroid pills to last about a week. Well I went in to pick them up on a Thur evening. they tell me that they are out of stock. And that pill is on back order and no idea when they will have it. Again this is Thur evening an am thinking, no starting to stress due to I now that if they didn't take the time to get ahold of my Dr to let them know. So that maybe she could possibly get a different one oked by my insurance company. And they also didn't bother to contact ME to let me know that they were on back order with no idea of when they might be in. SO anyone that has a thyroid problem, knows that when you dont have your meds that your body is going to take a major dive. No energy, foggy brain, emotional. Just want to sleep among many other issues. I would of thought that a pharmacist or have their assistant call me. OR LET MY DR KNOW. ! So know I know I have to get ahold of my Dr on the next day, which is Fri. Hope they answer. Or leave a message in hope that someone in this office will listen to it. Well they didn't. And that another day to post that complaint. I just hope and pray that nobody has died due to the pharmacist not giving a shit enough to call an tell someone that they are out of med they may need and dont know when they may have them. It ended up being a month before I could get back on them. The right dosage called in. I think Im going to be changing a lot of things here real soon. Cuz Im real tired of not having a Dr or pharmacist that dont give a shit about their patients/customers. read more

I called the Walmart in Parker Arizona, I had been there 2 weeks ago and saw tennis shoes with lights for women. After I got home I felt bad that I did not get them. I live 50 miles from there so Just haven't had the time to go back. Therefore Thursday night I called about 9:40pm. Employee answered I explained them she said she would ask a manager, then she asked were they on sale I said no and described where they were, she then offered to check it out herself. She told me they look like they would fit a women however they are for children. I thanked her much that saved me a 50 mile trip and half a day. Her name was Shauna. Horrible customer service! Went to exchange something and there were 4 people in line. The one woman working the counter never looked at any of us. Never said a word. Walked out from behind the counter into the back room and never returned. There was man working on the back register, he too just walked away. What the heck kind if service is that??? Scott the Pharmacist saved the day! I was on vacation in Parker AZ for a week. I have several severe illnesses that are aggravated by the heat. (POTS, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Fibro, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. , Ect.) I had forgot my next pack of Oral Contraceptives, if I were to miss one pill it would've sent my body into ovulation and with that comes, dizziness, fainting, nausea, and extreme exhaustion. Scott took down all my information and contacted Kaiser for me directly, in less then 24 hours Scott had taken the time to help me get my prescription, he went above and beyond to make service incredible. I am extremely thankful for him, if he wouldn't have helped I would've had to cut my families vacation in half for medical reasons. When I came to pick up my prescription there was no line and I was helped immediately. Scott remembered me and was very kind and genuine. Wish I could give more then 5 stars! Never have I ever been treated so well by a pharmacist. read more

I have been going to this store since the day they opened! Yes when the winter visitors are here the lines can get a little long but it doesn't stay that way. The people are amazing!!! They are all friendly. They only let service dogs in now but that's something they need to seriously change. I was so impressed with how they let animals in. ( better than leaving them in a hot car). This is a typical walmart store and usually has what ever you need. They must be short of employees as you can hardly find one to answer a question and when you do they don't any thing except what is in their dept. Forget trying to find out any thing by phone-that is a night mare. I spent over 40 minutes today trying to find out about a product I had ordered on line and after 3 transfers to different people and being left on hold for 20 minutes i gave up.
